展覽場入口處之多媒體導覽機、或者是設置在機場或車站 供乘客查詢班次及交通狀況的資訊查詢機。所謂「互動式」 即為其可與使用者進行互動；換言之，此等多媒體資訊機 係可依據使用者之瀏覽與搜尋指令而提供相關資訊。以「捷 運生活站（KIOSK)」為例，其係可提供捷運搭乘旅客有關生 活資訊查詢、商圈店家資訊查詢、折價券與電子地圖列印、 影音多媒體廣告觀賞、以及占星和算命等服務。使用者除 6 之時，其係藉由觸控式螢幕1 4而輪入瀏覽或搜尋指令’ 处衣置1 1係接文此一指令並藉由數據電信裝置1 3以 連接至相關資料庫，或者直接從儲存裳置工2處取出所需 處訊。當使用者欲利用互動式多媒體資訊機工0以進行全 融轉帳之時，其僅需將金融卡***至讀卡機丄7之中，處 理裳置11將會經由專線而連接至發卡銀行或財金資訊2 X以進行金融轉帳處理。當使用者透過電子商店網站進 订又易之4 ’其係可選擇將金融卡或******至讀卡機 之中’亚透過與銀行或信用+中心之連線以進行付費交易。 在習知技藝中所現存的互動式多媒體公共資訊機若非 I:\Paten細-Life\TWN\發明專利申請書d〇c 1254225 T純供μ㈣之m僅合併有自動則機之轉帳及 用卡又易功月b ’並未有能與便利商店、超級市場或賣場 中之現行收銀機制相互聯通作動者。 在另方面’利用***消f所累積之紅利點數來兒 換紅利商品的現行機制，目前仍以電話或傳真兒換為主。 依據此-兒換方式，***卡友一般係依據***缴費單 上所列出之紅利點數，接著查閱***發卡銀行所寄發之 紅利商品目錄，在確認所欲兒換之品目及數量後，透過電 話向自f吾音系統或是客服人員進行兒換作業；或可將品 目數里、收件地址等兒換相關資料填寫於單據上並傳真 至***發卡銀行以進行兒換作業。由於近年來網際網路 之逐漸普遍以及網路安全交易環境之逐漸完備，透過網際 網路：進行紅利商品兒換的***卡友有曰漸增加的趨 勢。第二圖所顯示的是***卡友透過網際網路進行紅利 積點兄換的-般流程。使用者可經由網際網路而連接至俨 用卡發卡銀行網站，隨後輸入使用者帳號及密碼以登入服 務，接著在線上查詢紅利點數，並搜尋可供兒換之商品名 %數量’接著直接在網頁上填人所欲兒換之品名、數量、 以及μ地址’從而將確認兒換請^以完成兒換作 業。***發卡銀行在接獲到此等兒換要求後，隨後將與 紅利商品供應商以及物流業者聯繫商品寄送相關事宜。 關於***紅利積點之兒換作業，無論是以電話或傳 真來進行’抑或是透過網際網路來進行兒才奐，***卡友 自完成兒換作業起至其收到所兒換之商品為止：一般仍需 I:\Patent\Hi-Life\TWN\發明專利申請書献 1254225 二至四週之作業時間， 郵寄方式將票券寄予訂講者；以及（三）訂票網站先 方式將票券送往例如是便利商店之指定場所，使用者再前 在指定場所取票。以現行機制進行訂票係確實存在有 缺點及不便。舉例而言，雖炒— 、 雖然5丁票網站之交易環境為利用 加密方式進行保護，伸仍難姑 仍難確保個人金融資料不會受到攔 截盜用細’尤其是在電腦骇客曰漸倡獗，手段漸行言 明的今日，更加難以確伴。+从 I ^ 保此外，使用者若非需親自前往 處所之現存收銀機制，讀利使用者進行***紅利積點 兒換、票券訂購或其他類似消費行為。 【發明内容】 據此，本發明之目的係在於提供一種銷售點系統，盆 不僅係可為使用者所利用以進行所需資訊之查詢，亦可為 使用者進行商業交易操作。 — /本毛明之上述目的係藉由一種銷售點系統所達成，其 :匕括有個具有-互動式多功能終端裝置之使用者終端 ”、-個具有-收銀裝置之前台主機、以及至少—個 功能終端裳置而包括有—個處理裝置、—個螢幕顯示裝 置以及個輸入裝置，用以接收及處理收銀人貢之指令 並將處理後之結果顯示出來。該前台主機更可以包括有一 個條碼讀取機，以便利施行例如是在商品上之條碼的讀取。 根據較佳實施例，本發明之銷售點系統係可用以進 行***紅利積點之即時兒換操作。使用者係可利用互動 式夕力月匕、、&衣置以連接並登入至紅利積點兒換之網站， 父易識別檔之交易狀態更改為例如是代號「〇〇2」來指示出 種已付政之狀態，而互動式多功能終端裝置4 2 a在偵 測到此等交易狀態後係會將已付款之訊息傳送至内容服務 商5 2處（步驟6 0 9 A)。在内容服務商5 2確認訂位成 功後，其係會將例如是稅務資料等票券明細回存至交易識 別檔中，並將交易狀態更改為例如是代號「〇〇3」來指示出 一種已訂位成功之狀態（步驟6 i 〇A)。在前台主機4 4
