Abstract

The present invention provides a package containing a plurality of disposable diapers with easy pull-out. According to the invention, the disposable diaper (1) is two-folded at a crotch part (8) to form a diaper fold (41). A plurality of folds (41) are piled vertically into two tiers and wrapped with a sheet material (46) thereby forming a disposable diaper package (51). 1247602 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明’係關於用後即棄型紙尿褲之包裝體。 【先前技術】 於·日本特表平11-501275號公報(日本專利文獻、) ’記載有以用後即棄型紙尿褲用袋作爲名稱之發明。根據 本發明,用後即棄型紙尿褲形成上下二段並用四方體之紙 尿褲用袋包裝起來。紙尿褲,分別以前後腰圍域之端緣部 相互重疊之方式於臀下域被對折,下段之紙尿褲,使該等 端緣部朝向上側排列,上段之紙尿褲,使該等端緣部朝向 下側排列。下段之紙尿褲及上段之紙尿褲,爲其端緣部彼 此於上下方向緊密接著一起。於該紙尿褲用袋,藉由沿著 形成於一方側面大致整體之細孔列將紙尿褲用袋撕破,可 形成用以取出紙尿褲之大開口。該開口之一例,於EP A 406928號公報有記載。 於日本實用新案登錄第2591646號公報(日本專利文 獻2 ),記載有關於用後即棄型紙尿褲等之包裝之創作。 該包裝爲四方體者,互鄰之側面與側面形成轉角。於互鄰 之側面,以夾著該轉角之方式,分別形成有開封用釘線。 該包裝,藉由沿著該釘線開封,可從包裝之轉角取出用後 即棄型紙尿褲。 於日本特開2001-261062號公報(日本專利文獻3) ,亦記載有關於用後即棄型紙尿褲等之包裝之發明。於該 -4- 1247602 (2) 包裝,分別沿著2條相互平行且朝向上下方向延伸之假想 線,斷續地形成有切縫,同時於假想線之上下端部之任一 方,沿著展開得比2條假想線之間隔尺寸更大之弧狀之假 想線,斷續地形成有切縫。該包裝,形成其之薄片材料, 沿著此等切縫裂開,而被開封。沿著弧狀之假想線斷續延 伸之切:縫,被作爲打開包裝開封之部位來使用。 【曰本專利文獻1】 特表平1 1 -5 0 1 275號公報 【日本專利文獻2】 實用新案登錄第259 1 646號公報 【曰本專利文獻3】 特開2001-261062號公報 【發明內容】 〔發明所欲解決之技術問題〕 於曰本專利文獻1所記載之紙尿褲用袋之一例,被重 疊成二段而分別位於上下之用後即棄型紙尿褲之端緣部爲 彼此接觸。一般,用後即棄型紙尿褲之端緣部爲剛性較低 之部位,伴隨腰圍彈性構件之收縮產生多數之褶邊。又, 於紙尿褲用袋之中,用後即棄型紙尿褲爲於被壓縮之狀態 。因此,於紙尿褲用袋中被上下重疊之紙尿褲,端緣部彼 此相互間鄰。於日本專利文獻1,記載有作爲用以從該紙 尿褲用袋取出紙尿褲之手段,於一側面形成一大開口,不 過形成於側面大致整體之大開口,即使作成易於取出紙尿 -5- 1247602 (3) 褲者,但於取出紙尿褲後,於開口形成前整齊排列之多數 紙尿褲會變亂,其後會有變得不易取出紙尿褲,或垃圾易 於從大開口進入,不易使紙尿褲用袋在形狀良好之狀態下 保管之情形。 在此’右於該紙尿裤用袋採用貫施於日本專利文獻2 之釘線_時,則可形成取出用之寬幅較窄之開口。不過,因 該開口,爲不能封閉者,故並非爲足以防止成爲弄髒用後 即棄型紙尿褲原因之垃圾之進入者。 又,若於日本專利文獻1之紙尿褲用袋採用實施於曰 本專利文獻3之釘線時,則從紙尿褲用袋底部朝向上側被 撕開,於紙尿褲用袋之下側形成取出用之開口。於如此之 紙尿褲用袋,即使其被撕破,於其被撕破之部分也因會垂 下開而有塞住開口之作用,故可防止垃圾從開口進入。但 是,於該紙尿褲用袋,由於是從下段之用後即棄型紙尿褲 開始取出,故被重疊成二段排列整齊之用後即棄型紙尿褲 之排列易於崩倒,若該排列一旦崩倒,則紙尿褲之取出會 變得較費工夫。本來,對日本專利文獻1之紙尿褲用袋, 從高度方向之中間部位朝向上側亦可實施專利文獻3之釘 線。不過,於如此之紙尿褲用袋,即使於該中間部位形成 有紙尿褲取出用之開口,於該開口之內側,因上下之用後 即棄型紙尿褲之端緣部彼此間鄰,也不易正確辨別各個紙 尿褲,故會有欲取出1個用後即棄型紙尿褲時,誤將2個 用後即棄型紙尿褲取出之情形。 於本發明,以提供一種容易從形成於包裝體之開口取 -6- 1247602 (4) 出各個用後即棄型紙尿褲,而且可防止垃圾從該開口進入 之用後即棄型紙尿褲包裝體爲課題。 〔解決問題之技術手段〕 爲了解決上述課題,作爲本發明之對象者,爲其包含 透液性表面薄片及不透液背面薄片以及夾介於此等兩薄片 間之吸液性芯片,於具備有前後方向之臀下域之前方,形 成有前腰圍域,另一方面於上述臀下域之後方形成有後腰 圍域,上述前腰圍域及後腰圍域具備有朝向該等寬幅方向 延伸之前端緣部與後端緣部之用後即棄型紙尿褲,使上述 背面薄片成爲外側,並於上述臀下域被朝向上述前後方向 對折彎曲,形成紙尿褲折疊體,複數個上述紙尿褲折疊體 在被積層重疊成上下二段之狀態下,藉由被薄片材料包裝 起來,此等紙尿褲折疊體與薄片材料形成六面體之用後即 棄型紙尿褲包裝體。 於有關此用後即棄型紙尿褲包裝體,本發明之特徵如 下。位於上述上下二段之各段之複數個上述紙尿褲折疊體 ,各個被以高度與寬幅相同之方式折疊,使上述臀下域朝 下,使上述前後端緣部朝上,使彼此之上述前後腰圍域之 任一方互相擋接地排列。於位於上述下段之上述紙尿褲折 疊體之上述前後端緣部之上,載置有位於上述上段之上述 折疊體之上述臀下域。 於本發明,有如下般之理想實施形態。 (1)上述六面體,具備有相互平行並朝向水平方向 -7 -
