1247602 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明’係關於用後即棄型紙尿褲之包裝體。 【先前技術】 於·日本特表平11-501275號公報（日本專利文獻、） ’記載有以用後即棄型紙尿褲用袋作爲名稱之發明。根據 本發明，用後即棄型紙尿褲形成上下二段並用四方體之紙 尿褲用袋包裝起來。紙尿褲，分別以前後腰圍域之端緣部 相互重疊之方式於臀下域被對折，下段之紙尿褲，使該等 端緣部朝向上側排列，上段之紙尿褲，使該等端緣部朝向 下側排列。下段之紙尿褲及上段之紙尿褲，爲其端緣部彼 此於上下方向緊密接著一起。於該紙尿褲用袋，藉由沿著 形成於一方側面大致整體之細孔列將紙尿褲用袋撕破，可 形成用以取出紙尿褲之大開口。該開口之一例，於EP A 406928號公報有記載。 於日本實用新案登錄第2591646號公報（日本專利文 獻2 )，記載有關於用後即棄型紙尿褲等之包裝之創作。 該包裝爲四方體者，互鄰之側面與側面形成轉角。於互鄰 之側面，以夾著該轉角之方式，分別形成有開封用釘線。 該包裝，藉由沿著該釘線開封，可從包裝之轉角取出用後 即棄型紙尿褲。 於日本特開2001-261062號公報（日本專利文獻3) ，亦記載有關於用後即棄型紙尿褲等之包裝之發明。於該 -4- 1247602 (2) 包裝，分別沿著2條相互平行且朝向上下方向延伸之假想 線，斷續地形成有切縫，同時於假想線之上下端部之任一 方，沿著展開得比2條假想線之間隔尺寸更大之弧狀之假 想線，斷續地形成有切縫。該包裝，形成其之薄片材料， 沿著此等切縫裂開，而被開封。沿著弧狀之假想線斷續延 伸之切:縫，被作爲打開包裝開封之部位來使用。 【曰本專利文獻1】 特表平1 1 -5 0 1 275號公報 【日本專利文獻2】 實用新案登錄第259 1 646號公報 【曰本專利文獻3】 特開2001-261062號公報 【發明內容】 〔發明所欲解決之技術問題〕 於曰本專利文獻1所記載之紙尿褲用袋之一例，被重 疊成二段而分別位於上下之用後即棄型紙尿褲之端緣部爲 彼此接觸。一般，用後即棄型紙尿褲之端緣部爲剛性較低 之部位，伴隨腰圍彈性構件之收縮產生多數之褶邊。又， 於紙尿褲用袋之中，用後即棄型紙尿褲爲於被壓縮之狀態 。因此，於紙尿褲用袋中被上下重疊之紙尿褲，端緣部彼 此相互間鄰。於日本專利文獻1，記載有作爲用以從該紙 尿褲用袋取出紙尿褲之手段，於一側面形成一大開口，不 過形成於側面大致整體之大開口，即使作成易於取出紙尿 -5- 1247602 (3) 褲者，但於取出紙尿褲後，於開口形成前整齊排列之多數 紙尿褲會變亂，其後會有變得不易取出紙尿褲，或垃圾易 於從大開口進入，不易使紙尿褲用袋在形狀良好之狀態下 保管之情形。 在此’右於該紙尿裤用袋採用貫施於日本專利文獻2 之釘線_時，則可形成取出用之寬幅較窄之開口。不過，因 該開口，爲不能封閉者，故並非爲足以防止成爲弄髒用後 即棄型紙尿褲原因之垃圾之進入者。 又，若於日本專利文獻1之紙尿褲用袋採用實施於曰 本專利文獻3之釘線時，則從紙尿褲用袋底部朝向上側被 撕開，於紙尿褲用袋之下側形成取出用之開口。於如此之 紙尿褲用袋，即使其被撕破，於其被撕破之部分也因會垂 下開而有塞住開口之作用，故可防止垃圾從開口進入。但 是，於該紙尿褲用袋，由於是從下段之用後即棄型紙尿褲 開始取出，故被重疊成二段排列整齊之用後即棄型紙尿褲 之排列易於崩倒，若該排列一旦崩倒，則紙尿褲之取出會 變得較費工夫。本來，對日本專利文獻1之紙尿褲用袋， 從高度方向之中間部位朝向上側亦可實施專利文獻3之釘 線。不過，於如此之紙尿褲用袋，即使於該中間部位形成 有紙尿褲取出用之開口，於該開口之內側，因上下之用後 即棄型紙尿褲之端緣部彼此間鄰，也不易正確辨別各個紙 尿褲，故會有欲取出1個用後即棄型紙尿褲時，誤將2個 用後即棄型紙尿褲取出之情形。 於本發明，以提供一種容易從形成於包裝體之開口取 -6- 1247602 (4) 出各個用後即棄型紙尿褲，而且可防止垃圾從該開口進入 之用後即棄型紙尿褲包裝體爲課題。 〔解決問題之技術手段〕 爲了解決上述課題，作爲本發明之對象者，爲其包含 透液性表面薄片及不透液背面薄片以及夾介於此等兩薄片 間之吸液性芯片，於具備有前後方向之臀下域之前方，形 成有前腰圍域，另一方面於上述臀下域之後方形成有後腰 圍域，上述前腰圍域及後腰圍域具備有朝向該等寬幅方向 延伸之前端緣部與後端緣部之用後即棄型紙尿褲，使上述 背面薄片成爲外側，並於上述臀下域被朝向上述前後方向 對折彎曲，形成紙尿褲折疊體，複數個上述紙尿褲折疊體 在被積層重疊成上下二段之狀態下，藉由被薄片材料包裝 起來，此等紙尿褲折疊體與薄片材料形成六面體之用後即 棄型紙尿褲包裝體。 於有關此用後即棄型紙尿褲包裝體，本發明之特徵如 下。位於上述上下二段之各段之複數個上述紙尿褲折疊體 ，各個被以高度與寬幅相同之方式折疊，使上述臀下域朝 下，使上述前後端緣部朝上，使彼此之上述前後腰圍域之 任一方互相擋接地排列。於位於上述下段之上述紙尿褲折 疊體之上述前後端緣部之上，載置有位於上述上段之上述 折疊體之上述臀下域。 於本發明，有如下般之理想實施形態。 (1)上述六面體，具備有相互平行並朝向水平方向 -7 - 1247602 (5) 擴張之頂面部與底面部、相互平行並朝向垂直方向擴張之 第1、第2側面部、相互平行並朝向垂直方向擴張，同時 與上述第1、第2側面部垂直相交之第3、第4側面部； 上述第1、第2側面部與上述第3、第4側面部，分別相 互垂直相交形成4條稜線，於形成上述4條棱線中任一者 之1條稜線之兩側面部，形成有用以沿著此等兩側面部所 形成之上述稜線，以可易於撕破上述薄片材料之方式，朝 向垂直方向延伸之各1條切縫之列，於形成於上述兩側面 部之上述切縫列與切縫列之間，於比位於上述上段之上述 折疊體之上述臀下域更下側，夾介有朝向分別與上述切縫 列相交之方向延伸之切縫列。 (2 )形成於上述兩側面部並朝向垂直方向延伸之上 述切縫列彼此之間隔，於上述垂直方向爲相同。 (3 )形成於上述兩側面部並朝向垂直方向延伸之上 述切縫列彼此之間隔，爲於比朝向上述相交方向延伸之切 縫列更上側處形成得較寬，而於下側處形成得較窄。 (4 )朝向上述相交方向延伸之切縫列，是處於朝向 上述垂直方向下側凸出彎曲，或是畫V字朝向下側傾斜 之任一形態。 (5 )於分別朝向形成於上述兩側面部並朝向上述垂 直方向延伸之上述切縫列之上側之延長線上以及朝向下側 之延長線上之至少一方，形成有比上述切縫列彼此間之間 隔長度更長，且與該等延長線相交並朝向水平方向延伸之 切縫列。 -8- 1247602 (6) 【實施方式】 參照附圖，詳細說明有關本發明之用後即棄型紙尿褲 包裝體如下。 第1圖，爲顯示用後即棄型紙尿褲1被折疊並重疊成 上下二段積層時之順序圖。第1圖之（a )，爲折疊前之 紙尿褲1之部分剖視平面圖。紙尿褲1，具備有透液性表 面薄片2、及不透液性背面薄片3，以及此夾介於等兩薄 片2、3間之吸液性芯片4。兩薄片2、3，在從芯片4之 周緣延出之部分處相互重疊，並藉由接著或熔著相互接合 ，而形成在圖之上下方向爲前後方向爲較長之矩形之紙尿 褲本體5。本體5，是由臀下域8、及位於臀下域8前方 之前腰圍域6，以及位於臀下域8後方之後腰圍域7所組 成，從前後腰圍域6、7分別之本體5之側緣部5 a、5 b朝 向側面延伸有一對前方翼部1 1 a、1 1 b以及一對後方翼部 12a、12b。於後方翼部12a、12b之內面設置有機械性黏 扣帶之鉤構件13a、13b。本體5，藉由表面薄片2及背面 薄片3分別於前後腰圍域6、7相互重疊而形成，具備有 不含芯片4之前端緣部1 6以及後端緣部1 7，於此等前後 端緣部16、17，帶狀之腰圍彈性構件18、19在被朝向本 體5之寬幅方向伸長之狀態下，夾介熱熔接著劑（圖示省 略）接合於表面薄片2及/或背面薄片3之內面。本體5， 又於兩側緣部5a、5b具備有腿圍彈性構件21、22，此等 彈性構件21、22，在被朝向前後方向伸長之狀態下，夾 -9- (7) 1247602 介熱熔接者劑（圖不省略）接合於表面薄片2及/或背 薄片3之內面。於兩側緣部5a、5b之內面，形成有防 立邊23、24。此等防漏立邊23、24，是由在前後方向 長之矩形之薄片所組成’外緣部26、27、及前端緣部 、29(參照第1圖之（b))，以及後端緣部3i、32( 照第1.圖之（b))藉由接著或是熔著接合於表面薄片 ’不過內緣部33、34於表面薄片2並沒有接合，而是 表面薄片2協動’形成可朝向紙尿褲1內側開口之口 36、37 ° 於第1圖之（b )，紙尿褲1之側緣部5a、5b之一 分、及前方翼部11a、lib，以及後方翼部12a、12b被 向紙尿褲1之內側折疊重疊於表面薄片2。 於第1圖之（c ) ，（ b )之紙尿褲1，沿著將紙尿 1之前後方向之尺寸二等分並橫跨臀下域8之中心線D ，使表面薄片2成爲內側地被對折，形成紙尿褲1之折 體41。折疊體41，具備有頂部43以及底部44，頂部 ，是藉由不含芯片4之前後端緣部16、17所形成，爲 性較低之柔軟部位。於其爲頂部43之下側，且於表面 片2與背面薄片3間夾介有芯片4之部位之外面，被黏 帶42藉由接著或是熔著設置於背面薄片3。被黏扣帶 ，鉤構件13a、13b爲以可離脫之方式固定黏著之機械 黏扣帶之環構件。折疊體41之底部44’是藉由紙尿褲 之臀下域8而形成，爲含有芯片4之剛性較高之部位。 第1圖之（d )，爲顯示於第1圖之（〇各個紙尿 面 漏 較 28 參 2 與 袋 部 朝 褲 -D 疊 43 剛 薄 扣 42 性 1 褲 -10- 1247602 (8) 1被以具有相同高度與相同寬幅之方式折疊而形成之複數 個折疊體4 1，成爲藉由以假想線顯示之包裝用薄片材料 46包起來之包裝體51(參照第2圖）時之狀態之圖。複 數個折疊體4 1，被重疊成上下二段，於上段·5 2及下段5 3 ，以折疊體41之前腰圍域6爲與其互鄰之折疊體41之後 腰圍域7互相接觸之方式，分別朝向雙頭箭頭Α方向排 列。以形成下段5 3之方式排列之折疊體4 1，於形成頂部 43之紙尿褲1之前後端緣部16、17之上，載置有以形成 上段52之方式排列之折疊體41之底部44。 第2圖，爲有關本發明之用後即棄型紙尿褲包裝體 5 1之部分剖視立體圖。包裝體5 1，如第1圖之（d )所示 ，是由以成爲上下二段之方式重疊之複數個折疊體41， 以及包裝此等折疊體41之薄片材料46所構成。包裝體 51，實質爲藉由折叠體41及薄片材料46而形成六面體者 ，具備有相互平行並朝向水平方向擴張之頂面部58與底 面部5 9、及相互平行並朝向垂直方向擴張之第1側面部 6 1與第2側面部62，以及相互平行並朝向垂直方向擴張 ，同時垂直相交於第1側面部61與第2側面部62之第3 側面部6 3與第4側面部6 4。此等第1〜第4側面部61〜 6 4，在第1側面部61及第3側面部6 3形成有延伸於垂直 方向之第1稜線71 ’在第3側面部63及第2側面部62 形成有延伸於垂直方向之第2稜線72，在第2側面部62 及第4側面部64形成有延伸於垂直方向之第3稜線73， 在第4側面部6 4及第1側面部6 1形成有延伸於垂直方向 -11 . 1247602 (9) 之第4稜線74。頂面部58，具備有把手部76，連接於該 把手部76之部位76a、76b形成緩斜面，不過實質上可視 爲水平面之部位。 於第1〜第4稜線71〜74中之形成第4稜線74之第 1側面部6 1與第4側面部64，形成有沿著第4稜線74朝 向垂直.方向延伸之第1切縫列8 1與第2切縫列8 2。第1 切縫列81與第2切縫列82，通過上段52之折疊體41以 及下段5 3之折疊體4 1所相互重疊之部位，至少延伸至分 別比將包裝體51之高度大致二等分並朝向水平方向延伸 之中央線Μ更上側，以及比中央線Μ更下側之所需之長 度。第1切縫列81及第2切縫列82之間隔W，爲分別從 切縫列8 1、8 2至第4稜線74之水平距離之和所求得之値 ，於圖示例之包裝體5 1，該間隔W於垂直方向爲一樣。 理想之間隔W，爲在1 〇〜1 〇 〇 m m之範圍內。於中央線Μ 之下側，形成有與第4稜線74相交並大致水平延伸，亦 以與第1切縫列8 1及第2切縫列8 2相交之方式延伸之第 3切縫列8 3。於第1切縫列8 1及第2切縫列8 2之個別上 下兩端部，形成有延伸於水平方向之止裂用切縫86、87 、88、89。又，於止裂用切縫86、88之上側，以及止裂 用切縫8 7、8 9之下側，形成有朝向水平方向延伸之第4 切縫列91及第5切縫列9 2。第4切縫列91及第5切縫 列92 ’爲與第1切縫列8丨及第2切縫列82之延長線相 交，以比第1切縫列81及第2切縫列8 2之間隔W更長 之方式延伸。 •12- (10) 1247602 第3圖，是與第2圖爲相同視圖，不過於第3圖之包 裝體51，形成有用以各個取出折疊體41之開口 1〇1。於 第2圖之包裝體51，若將位於第1切縫列81與第2切縫 列82間且位於第3切縫列83之正上方之部位93，朝向 包裝體5 1之外側拉出，或是用指尖朝向包裝體5 1之內側 壓入時，於位於部位93附近之第1、第2、第3切縫列 81、82、83處，薄片材料46會破裂。若把破裂之薄片材 料46朝向包裝體51之上側拉開時，薄片材料46會沿著 第1、第2切縫列81、82再被拉破而產生帶狀部分98, 同時形成有開口 1 〇 1。於開口 1 〇 1，在上段52，由於會露 出位於第4稜線74內側之折疊體41之底部44，故只要 抓住該底部44，即可確實且快速地僅取出1個折疊體411 。於開口 101，除了折疊體41之底部44之外，也露出有 位於下段53之折疊體41之頂部43，不過於該頂部43因 藉由腰圍彈性構件1 8、1 9之收縮產生褶邊，而剛性高之 底部44可容易與如此之頂部43辨別，故於包裝體51， 無所謂誤將下段5 3之折疊體4 1取出之疑慮。 沿著第1、第2切縫8 1、82被朝向上側撕破之薄片 材料46，到達止裂用切縫86、88後即停止該撕裂。不過 ，因撕破而產生之薄片材料46之帶狀部98，若再被強力 朝上側拉開，則薄片材料46，會被撕破至第4切縫列91 ，同時第4切縫列9 1若也被撕破，則帶狀部98會以其帶 片之狀態從包裝體5 1斷離。取出下段5 3之折疊體4 1時 ，只要將手指勾在位於第3切縫列83下側之部位94 (參 -13 - (11) 1247602 照第2圖），將薄片材料46朝向下側拉開即可。薄片材 料4 6，會沿者第1、第2切縫列8丨、8 2被撕破直至到達 止裂用切縫87、89爲止。薄片材料46若被撕破則會產生 以拉出假想線顯示之帶狀部9 9，若該帶狀部9 9再被強力 朝向下側拉開，則薄片材料4 6會被撕破至第5切縫列9 2 ，同時·第5切縫列92也被撕破，帶狀部99會以其帶片之 狀態從包裝體5 1斷離。 第4圖’是以同第2圖視圖方式，顯示本發明之實施 形態之一例。第4圖之包裝體5 1之第1切縫列8 1與第2 切縫列82，以第3切縫列83爲交界線分別被分爲上側切 縫列8 1 a與下側切縫列8 1 b，以及上側切縫列8 2 a與下側 切縫列8 2 b及。於第1切縫列8 1與第2切縫列8 2之間隔 W之中，上側切縫列8 1 a與8 2 a之間隔W 1，較佳爲在1 0 〜100 m m之範圔內，下側切縫列81b與82b之間隔W2 爲比W1小，較佳爲比W1小5〜20 m m之範圍內。於如 此形成之第4圖之包裝體5 1，由於用以將薄片材料46朝 向上側撕破之上側切縫列 8 1 a、82a，與用以將薄片材料 46朝向下側撕破之下側切縫列81b、82b可容易辨別，故 不會弄錯將薄片材料46撕開時之方向。 於有關本發明之包裝體5 1，例示於第1圖之開放型 用後即棄式紙尿褲1，可代以短褲型之紙尿褲。短褲型之 紙尿褲，以把位於前腰圍域與後腰圍域間之兩邊緣部分朝 向紙尿褲之內側折入，作成其平面形狀大致呈矩形之折疊 體之後，成爲如第2圖之包裝體5 1爲理想。於使用於包 -14- 1247602 (12) 裝體51之薄片材料46,可使用薄膜或紙等。於 單軸方向延伸者時，若使第1、第2切縫列81 伸方向與薄膜之延伸方向一致，則薄片材料4 6 於撕破。第1〜第5切縫列8 1〜8 3、9 1、9 2，例 在薄片材料4 6施以釘線製得。此等切縫列8丨〜 92之分別之切縫之長度，以及形成列且互鄰之 之間隔尺寸’只要考慮薄片材料46之特性設計 即可’不過，一般，該長度以在〇·5〜3 mm之 該間隔尺寸以在1〜6mm之範圍內爲理想。 第3切縫列83，爲大致朝向水平方向延伸 爲了在抓住或押下部位93摘之時，能簡單地撕 料46，亦可如第4圖般以朝向下側凸出之方式 以畫V字之方式直線傾斜。第3切縫列8 3，又 中央線Μ下側 5〜40 m m之位置，則將薄片材 向上側撕破時，位於上段52之折疊體4 1之底咅| 易於抽出之方式露出。形成於包裝體51之第4 縫歹U 91、92以及止裂用切縫86、87、88、89， 此等切縫之任一方。 〔發明之效果〕 有關本發明之用後即棄型紙尿褲包裝體’由 折之紙尿褲被重疊成上下二段，於位於下段之紙 緣部之上載置有位於上段之紙尿褲之臀下域’故 性較低之該端緣部產生褶邊，或受包裝之影響產 薄膜爲朝 、82之延 會變得易 如可藉由 83 、 91 、 切縫彼此 適當之値 範圍內， 者，不過 破薄片材 彎曲，或 若位於比 料46朝 5 44會以 、第5切 亦可省略 於是被對 尿褲之端 即使於剛 生變形， -15- (13) 1247602 重疊於該端緣部之上段之紙尿褲之剛性高之臀下域，也不 會受該褶邊或變形之影響而變形。於該包裝體，在相互垂 直相交形成1條垂直稜線之兩側緣部，分別形成有延伸於 垂直方向之切縫列，同時於此等切縫列之間，形成有以與 此等切縫列相交之方式延伸之切縫列，該以相交之方式延 伸之切.縫列，由於位於比下段紙尿褲之端緣部與上段紙尿 褲之臀下域相互重疊之部位更下側之處，故只要將包裝體 之薄片材料朝向比該以相交之方式延伸之切縫列更上側方 向撕破，形成紙尿褲取出用之開口，則於該開口會露出上 段紙尿褲之沒有變形之臀下域。該臀下域，因可易於與下 段紙尿褲之端緣部辨別，故上段之紙尿褲，可確實且快速 地被一個個取出。朝向上側若將薄片材料撕破形成帶狀部 ，此時放開該帶狀部會從手離開而垂下，會塞住開口之至 少一部分，可防止垃圾進入包裝體。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖是顯示用後即棄型紙尿褲之折疊順序之圖。 第2圖是用後即棄型紙尿褲包裝體之部分剖視立體圖 〇 第3圖是以同第2圖視圖方式，顯示已形成有開口之 包裝體。 第4圖是以同第2圖視圖方式，顯示實施形態之一例 -16· 1247602 (14) 【主要元件之符號說明】 1 :用後即棄型紙尿褲 2 :表面薄片 3 :背面薄片 4 :芯片 6 :前腰圍域 7 :後腰圍域 8 :臀下域 1 6 :前端緣部 1 7 :後端緣部 4 1 :紙尿褲折疊體 51 :包裝體 5 8 :頂面部 5 9 :底面部 61 :第1側面部 62 :第2側面部 63 :第3側面部 64 :第4側面部 71 、 72 、 73 、 74 :稜線 81、82 :切縫歹!J (第1、第2切縫列） 8 3 :切縫列（第3切縫列） 91、92 :切縫列 W、W1、W 2 :間隔1247602 (1) Description of the Invention [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a package of a disposable diaper.
