1246389 五、發明說明（1) 發明所屬之技術領域 本發明係有關固定裝置，尤其是有關一種固定座，用 以使介面卡或保留托架（Retaining bracket)固定於電 腦機殼上的輸出/入托架者。 先前技術 以往的介面卡（或稱為擴充卡），係被用螺絲固疋於 電腦機殼的輸出/入托架。台灣專利公告第49 1 487號揭示 一種固定裝置，包括一固定件兩端分別具有固定機構。固 定件的同一面具有複數定位銷。電腦機殼的輸出/入托架 具有與固定件的固定機構、定位銷相對應的固定孔及配合 ¥ 孔。使固定件一端的固定機構先結合輸出/入托架相對應 的固定孔，再使另一端的固機構結合另一固定孔，並使定 位銷***配合孔内，不需使用螺絲結合固定件及輸出/入 托架，即可固定介面卡或保留托架。 美國專利 US66 938 02、US623 1 1 3 9、US593683 5、 US5 7576 1 8和US5 6 9429 1等，揭示各種固定裝置，用以將介 面卡固定於電腦機殼的輸出/入托架。 上述各種專利案所揭示的固定裝置，均於固定件和電 腦機殼的輸出/入托架，設有相對應的固定機構及固定 孔’或者兩者均設有相對應的螺孔，以供螺絲結合。 馨 發明内容 為了提供一種特別的固定座，能方便結·合電腦機殼的 輸出/入托架，而不需於電腦機殼及輸出/入托架設有相對 應的固定孔或螺孔，使電腦機殼及輸出/入托架，固定介
1246389 五、發明說明（2) 面卡結構之製造更簡單，而提出本發明。 本免明的主要目的，在提供一種介面卡固定座，可直 接結合電腦機殼及輸出/入托架，不需於電腦機殼及輸出/ 入托架’設置任何相配合的固定構造，以簡化固定介面卡 的構造。 本發明的另一目的，在提供一種介面卡固定座，免用 螺絲就能快速及較穩固的結合電腦機殼及輸出/入托架， 以固定介面卡。 本發明的介面卡固定座，包括依序相連結的第一板 體、第二板體、第三板體，各板體之間形成階梯狀；第一 j 板體與第二板體的相對端彎折一夾持部；第三板體的兩端 各別彎折一扣耳；俾使第三板體的兩扣耳分別扣於輸出/ 入托.結合板的兩端，再使第一板體的爽持部與第二板體 分別抵靠於一電腦機殼側板的兩端，使第二板體封閉該電 腦機殼及結合板之間的間隙，並使一介面卡的結合端被固 定於第三板體與結合板之間。 本發明的其他目的、功效，請參閱圖式及實施例，詳 細說明如下。 實施方式

第7頁 I246389________ 五、發明說明（4) 対閉間隙Μ ’可兼做為防磁輕射之用。 本發明的固定座，也可僅有第一板體、第二板體、第 三板體的設計’利用第三板體的兩扣耳分別扣於輸出/入 托架結合板的兩端，再使第一板體的失持部與第二板體分 別抵靠於一電腦機殼側板的兩端，也能達成使固定座與結 合板固定介面卡的效果。 本發明一體成型的固定座，能直接結合電腦機殼及輸 出/入托架’而不需於電腦機殼及輸出/入托架設有相對應 的固定孔或螺孔，使固定介面卡結構之製造更簡單、更不 費時。 本發明利用夾持部、第二板體、兩扣耳、第三片體及 彈片的設計’能快速及較穩固的使固定座與電腦機殼及輸 出/入托架相結合，而使介面卡被固定於電腦機设的輸出/ 入托架。 以上所記載，僅為利用本發明技術内容之實施例’任 何熟悉本項技藝者運用本發明所為之修飾、變化’皆屬本 發明主張之專利範圍，而不限於實施例所揭示者。

Claims (1)

1246389 六、申請專利範圍 1 一種介面卡固定座，包括依序相連結的第一板體、第二 板體、第三板體，該各板體之間形成階梯狀；該第一板體 在與該第二板體的相對端彎折一夾持部；該第三板體的兩 端各別彎折一扣耳；俾使該第三板體的兩扣耳分別扣於該 輸出/入托架結合板的兩端，使該第一板體的夾持部與該 第二板體分別扣接於一電腦機殼側板的兩端，使該第二板 體封閉該電腦機殼及該結合板之間的間隙’並使一介面卡 的結合端被固定於該第三板體與該結合板之間。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之介面卡固定座，其中該夾 持部與該第二板體分別在該第一板體同一面的相對端。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之介面卡固定座，其中該第 三板體於該第二板體的相對邊及相對面，另連結一第四板 體，該第四板體另連結一第五板體；該第三板體及該第五 板體分別在該第四板體同一面的相對端；該第五板體水平 延伸至少一支彈片。 4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之介面卡固定座，其中該夾 持部具有一尾段，該尾段與該第二板體分別在該第一板體 的相對端。 5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之介面卡固定座，其中該彈 片具有靠近該第三板體的彎折段。 6. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之介面卡固定座，其中該等 彈片之間具有間隙。 . 7. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之介面卡固定座，其中該第 二板體兩端延伸兩凸片。
