1244899 ⑴ 玖、發明說明 [發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種適用於運動或工作等，且防寒性和 防水性優異的雨衣、便服、工作服等之附有手套之衣服。 【先前技術】 以往，在進行處理水之作業等時，大多使用具有覆蓋 到手肘之部分的長度之長手套，但這樣的長手套，在進行 如水會飛濺之作業的情況時，則有可能水會從袖口進入， 或者穿著衣服會弄濕。又，此到底是假想在室內之利用， 而在室外等進行雨中之作業則另外必須要雨衣。 因此，提案有將手套一體地安裝於袖口之衣服。此等 在雨中之作業亦可使用，且可大致確實地解決水或塵埃進 入或者穿著衣服被水等弄濕之問題。 關於這樣的手套一體型之衣服，例如有：將手套安裝 於穿著衣服本體之袖口，並在手套之手掌面設置開口部， 且將覆蓋頸部之領子安裝於穿著衣服本體的上部之與手套 一體之穿著衣服（例如，參照專利文獻1 )。 另外，還有：分別由具有防水性之材料作成，且將手 套之嵌合口以水密狀態連結於作業服的長袖之袖口，而使 手套~體地連結之作業服（例如，參照專利文獻2 )。 【專利文獻1】 日本特開2001- ]_17〇6 號公報 【專利文獻2】 日本實用新型登錄第 - 4- (2) 1244899 3〇8 8 4 5〇號公報 【發明內容】 【發明所欲解決之問題】 然而，將手套一體地連結之上述專利文獻1或專利文 獻2所記載之以往的衣服，係沒有考慮到不使用手套之情 況時，而有作爲衣服的使用便利性之問題。 尤其，如在專利文獻1所記載之穿著衣服，在手套的 手掌面上設置開口部，雖可防止水從袖口侵入，但會有沙 或塵埃從手掌面之開口部進入手套中之問題。 又，在專利文獻2所記載之使手套一體地連結之作業 服，則會有：穿著者必須經常裝著手套來使用，且因由汗 導致的濕氣不能散發使手套內發黏，而無法在舒適的狀態 下長時間穿著之問題。 本發明之目的，係提供一種可解決上述問題之附有手 套之衣服。 【用以解決問題之手段】 本發明之申請專利範圍第1項所記載，係一種附有手 套之衣服，其具有：形成左右袖部之衣服本體、及在上述 袖部之袖口近旁設置收納開口部之手套收納部、及在該手 套收納部之上述收納開口部的周緣，安裝放入手指尖的手 套開口部之一部分，並且可取出放入自如地收納在上述手 套收納部之手套。 -5- 1244899 (3) 本發明之申請專利範圍第2項所記載，係如申請專利 範圍第1項之附有手套之衣服，其中’在上述袖部之袖口 近旁，設置可開關自如地封閉上述收納開口部之蓋部。 本發明之申請專利範圍第3項所記載，係如申請專利 範圍第1項之附有手套之衣服，其中’在上述手套開口部 之周緣形成手腕密封部，且從上述手套收納部將上述手套 取出而裝著時，將上述袖口覆蓋而可閉塞上述手套開口部 〇 本發明之申請專利範圍第4項所記載，係如申請專利 範圍第1項之附有手套之衣服，其中’在上述手套之手背 面側設置用以收納發熱劑包裹或吸濕劑包裹等之包裹收納 部。 本發明之申請專利範圍第5項所記載，係如申請專利 範圍第1項之附有手套之衣服，其中’具備有：在將上述 手套從上述手套收納部取出之狀態下’可將上述手套保持 在上述手套收納部的表面之手套保持手段。 本發明之申請專利範圍第6項所記載’係如申請專利 範圍第1項之附有手套之衣服，其中，將上述衣服本體作 爲雨衣。 【實施方式】 [發明之實施形態】 本發明的附有手套之衣服，其結構係具有：形成左右 袖部之衣服本體、及在上述袖部之袖口近旁設置收納開口 -6 - (4) 1244899 部之手套收納部、及在該手套收納部之上述收納開口部的 周緣，安裝放入手指尖的手套開口部之一部分，並且可取 出放入自如地收納在上述手套收納部之手套。 又，本發明亦可適用於雨衣或運動服等，可將手套保 持在手套收納部而不會損及衣服之設計性，且根據需要可 將手套從手套收納部拉出來裝著，因此極富便利性。 尤其，在雨中作業時作爲雨衣穿著之情況下，若手套 非與衣服一體而爲另體時，則雨水會從手套之開口部分侵 入而弄濕手套內，但根據本發明之實施形態，也不會有這 種可能性。又，騎乘自行車、機車等單車時也具有同樣之 效果，並且亦可防寒。 如此地，可將防水性及防寒性佳之手套根據需要來裝 著’另一方面，在不使用手套之狀態下，可將手套敏捷地 收納在袖口近旁，因此不會産生妨礙。又，在裝卸手套之 際可將濕氣逸出，因此在手套使用時，可長時間舒適且衛 生地穿著手套。 又’即使在雨天以外時，在室外作業之情況下，如果 在裝著手套之狀態下作業的話，亦可有效地防止手曬黑。 可是，本發明的附有手套之衣服，係爲了使寒氣或雨 水等不會從袖口的間隙或收納開口部進入，在上述袖部之 袖口近旁可設置將上述收納開口部開關·自如地封閉之蓋部 。藉由這樣的結構，可提供一種防水性更加優異良的附有 手套之衣服。 又’在上述手套開口部之周緣形成手腕密封部，且從 (5) 1244899 上述手套收納部將上述手套取出而裝著時，可將上述袖口 覆蓋地而閉塞上述手套開口部。 藉由這樣之結構，在將手套裝著於手上時，可確實地 防止外部之寒氣或內部之暖氣從手套開口部流入流出，因 此可更加提高防寒性和防水性。而且，容易將由手腕密封 部產生之新的設計性附加在便服等之衣服上。 如此地，如果作成可閉塞手套開口部之結構的話，可 適用於例如消毒作業用之衣服。即，在如一般噴灑消毒液 · 之作業中，雖大多將噴霧器朝上來使用，但如果使用本發 明的附有手套之衣服的話，則消毒液不會滴落而從袖口等 侵入。 更且，可在上述手套之手背面側設置用以收納發熱劑 包裹或吸濕劑包裹之包裹收納部。 藉由這樣的結構，可産生手套內部之保溫效果和去除 濕氣等效果。這樣，由於可附加使手套舒適地使用之功能 ，因此可更舒適地使用。 φ 又，在將上述手套從上述手套收納部取出之狀態下， 其結構可作成：具備有將上述手套保持在上述手套收納部 之表面上的手套保持手段。 作爲手套保持手段，如果使用搭扣的話，亦可極簡單 地將手套保持在上述手套收納部之表面。即，在從使用手 套之狀態產生必須取下手套之情況時，由於不必將手套一 一地收納至手套收納部內，而可簡單地將手套保持在手套 收納部之表面，因此使用便利性更加提高。 -8- 1244899 (6) . 以下’參照圖面對本發明之實施例的附有手套之衣服 更具體地說明。 【實施例1 ] 第1圖是本實施例的附有手套之衣服的平面圖，第2 圖是顯示其穿著狀態之說明圖，第3圖是收納在手套收納 部的手套之說明圖，第4圖是將手套從手套收納部拉出的 狀態之說明圖。 φ 在第1圖〜第4圖中，符號1 〇係本實施例的附有手 套之衣服，而在雨衣或者工作服等衣服本體1 1形成左右 袖部1 1 a 。符號1 2係設置在此等左右袖部1 1 a的袖 口 1 3上之手套收納部，而在上述袖口附近形成收納開口 部 1 2 a。 可取放自如地收納在上述手套收納部1 2之手套1 4 ，係呈兩指手套狀，使其在使用時可簡單地將手***。該 手套1 4，係於上述手套收納部1 2之收納開口部1 2 a Φ 周緣，將放入手指尖之手套的開口部之一部分一體地縫製 〇 又，與上述收納開口部1 2 a接鄰地，將可開關自如 地封閉該收納開口部1 2 a的蓋部1 5之基端縫著於上述 袖口 1 3。接著，在該蓋部1 5之內側面與上述手套收納 部1 2之表面設置搭扣1 5 a 。 符號1 6係蓋狀之手腕密封部，其係在將手套1 4從 手套收納部1 2取出並裝著於手上時用以密封成爲手腕部 -9- (7) 1244899 分之手套開口部1 4 a及袖口 1 3的蓋狀之手腕密封部， 且成下擺狀地連接設置於手套1 4之手掌側，而在該手腕 密封部1 6之內側面及袖口 1 3 ，設置由搭扣所構成之密 封卡止部1 6 a。此外，亦可使用鈕扣等來代替搭扣。 又，符號1 7係在袖口 1 3由橡膠等之伸縮材料所形 成之袖口帶，符號1 8係用以將***手腕的袖口帶1 7固 定之可貼上或卸下之搭扣部。 上述結構之附有手套之衣服1 0 ，尤其適用於雨衣類 ，但其他亦可作爲便服、運動服、工作服來使用。即，只 要是在上述兩袖部1 1 a 、1 1 a ，配置分別縫製成袋狀 並且將手套1 4之基端部縫著而可收納該手套1 4之手套 收納部1 2 ，且根據需要可將被收納之手套1 4從上述手 套收納部1 2取出並裝著於手上之衣服即可。 如上所述，手套收納部1 2係具有用以覆蓋其收納開 口部1 2 a之蓋部1 5 ，且在手套1 4之收納時可幾乎不 顯眼地保持手套1 4。該蓋部1 5係可介由搭扣1 5 a或 者鈕扣等來關閉，藉此，可將手套1 4美觀地收納在袖部 1 1 a之手套收納部1 2。 在此’作爲手套1 4，在本實施例中係呈兩指手套狀 ’但亦可適用於具有五根手指之類型。又，手套1 4係由 與衣服本體1 1相同之材料，例如，尼龍、丙烯、聚酯、 維尼綸等之布料所構成，一體地縫製在衣服本體1 1之袖 部1 1 a上’根據需要施以防水加工等之表面處理。 又’在手套1 4，設有從其手套開口部1 4 a延伸設 (8) 1244899 置的手腕密封部1 6 ’且由形成帶狀的搭扣所構成之密封 卡止部1 6 a裝卸於手腕密封部1 6。藉由該手腕密封部 1 6之裝者’使外部之寒氣等不會從袖口 1 3進入，從而 提商了防寒性和防水性。 袖□帶1 7係由具有長度方向上的伸縮性且具有防水 性的橡膠紐帶等帶狀基材所形成，可使其根據穿著者之手 腕形狀伸長。藉此，使袖口帶1 7之內周面合適於穿著者 之手腕。接著，在袖口帶1 7之外周面上，因設有搭扣部 鲁 1 8之雌部或者雄部之其中一方，且將拉伸的紐帶狀等之 延伸部1 8 a捲繞，故可保持使其合適於穿著者之手腕的 狀態。這樣，可使袖口帶1 7之內周面有效地緊密連接於 穿著者的手腕之全周。 此外，上述袖口帶1 7，係亦可將上述袖部1 1 a之 手腕側作爲雙重結構，設置於內側之布料上。在此情況下 ，即使廢止用以固定袖口帶1 7之上述搭扣部1 8也沒關 係。 籲 參照附圖對如上構成之本實施例的附有手套之衣服 1〇之手套的裝著方法進行說明。 第5圖（a )是手套1 4被收納在手套收納部1 2內 的狀態之說明圖’第5圖（b )是將手套1 4從手套收納 部1 2拉出的狀態之說明圖’第5圖（c )是將手套1 4 裝著於手上的狀態之說明圖。 如第5圖（a )所示’在不使用手套1 4時’將手套 1 4在折疊狀態下收納於手套收納部1 2內’且將蓋部 -11 - (9) 1244899 1 5貼著於搭扣1 5 a而堵塞住收納開口部1 2 a 。這樣 ’在手套1 4不使用時，可將手套1 4美觀地保持在衣服 本體1 1上毫無障礙地進行運動或工作。 在爲了防寒等而裝著手套1 4之情況時，如第5圖（ b )所示’將蓋部1 5從搭扣1 5 a取下，而將收納在手 套收納部1 2之手套1 4拉出。此外，爲了便於該手套 1 4之拉出’亦可在手套1 4上設置紐帶狀的難滑性拉出 標籤（未圖示）等。藉此，即使在單手裝著手套1 4時， 亦可容易地將單方側之手套1 4從其手套收納部1 2取出 〇 其次，從手套1 4的手腕側之手套開口部1 4 a*** 手指尖。更且，將從手套開口部1 4 a延伸的手腕密封部 1 6從手腕之上方卡止於設在袖口 1 3之密封卡止部 1 6 a上，而如第5圖（c )所示，可使從手腕往前之部 分整體保持爲大致密閉之狀態。 如上所述，將手套1 4保持在衣服本體1 1上就這樣 可進行其裝卸，因此操作之方便性優異，並且寒氣或雨水 等不會從袖口 1 3之縫隙進入，無論何時都可舒適地使用 。尤其，在冬季等，騎乘自行車、機車等之單車的情況下 ，不需要另外準備防寒用之手套類，便利性極高。又’如 果衣服本體1 1是雨衣的話，雨天騎單車亦爲有用。 又，即使在雨天以外，在室外工作之情況下，如果在 裝著手套1 4之狀態下工作的話，可有效地防止手曬黑。 更且，例如將衣服本體1 1用作消毒作業用之衣服時 -12- 1244899 (10) ，不管在室內之情況，或者在含有庭院或果園等室外，在 消毒作業中大多將消毒用之噴霧器朝上來使用，但在那種 情況下’消毒液也不會滴落而從袖口侵入，很安全。 可是，在上述之實施例中，係將手套1 4及手套收納 部1 2作爲配置在袖部1 1 a之手背側，即，在穿著附有 手套之衣服1 〇的狀態下使胳膊自然地垂下之狀態下配置 在外側來進行說明，但亦可設置在其相反側之手掌側。 [實施例2】 第6圖是另一實施例的附有手套之衣服的主要部分之 擴大說明圖。此外，本實施例的附有手套之衣服，係除了 手套部分之外，其主要結構與前面的實施例1說明的附有 手套之衣服1 0相同，因此對於具有相同功能之構件係附 予相同之符號而省略其說明。 在第6圖中，符號2 0係本實施例的附有手套之衣服 ，且由雨衣等所構成。符號2 1係一體地形成於該衣服本 體1 1的袖部1 1 a之手套，且在該手套2 1上用以放入 手的開口部之一部分被縫製於上述袖部1 1 a。 在這樣的結構中，本實施例係具有：在上述手套2 1 之手背面側，設置形成爲袋狀之用以收納發熱劑包裹或吸 濕劑包裹等之包裹收納部2 2，之特徵。在該包裹收納部 2 2 ，形成有用以存取發熱劑包裹或吸濕劑包裹、小東西 、紙幣等之包裹開口部2 3。 又，上述手套2 1係由與衣服本體1 1相同的防水性 -13- (11) 1244899 布料等製成，且在該手套2 1之內側，具有：由形成多數 個具通氣性的細孔之薄片或網狀之織布、不織布等形成袋 狀之包裹收納部2 2。將該包裹收納部2 2之包裹開口部 2 3打開，可在其中放入發熱劑包裹或吸濕劑包裹等，或 者亦可放入紙幣或小東西等來使用。 發熱劑包裹，係在如鐵粉之金屬粉中混合水、活性炭 、木粉、食鹽等輔助劑並將其收納在通氣性的袋內之物。 由於該金屬粉係藉由氧氣（空氣）之供給而發熱，因此藉 由拆開包裝密封袋可使維持預定時間的作爲懷爐之發熱。 藉此，即使在嚴寒時，亦可有效地溫暖手，在野外之泛用 性優異。 又，作爲吸濕劑包裹，係可適用將生石灰或矽膠等之 吸濕劑收納於扁平狀的密封袋之物。 保持此等發熱劑或吸濕劑之密封袋，例如，係由通氣 性樹脂層及非通氣性樹脂層所構成。這種情況下，密封狀 態之保存性優異，並且在使用時將由通氣性樹脂層及非通 氣性樹脂層所構成的疊層薄膜從切口之位置撕開預定寬度 而部分地去除，使通氣性樹脂層露出因而可簡單地使吸濕 或發熱開始。 如上所說明的，本實施例的附有手套之衣服2 0 ，係 包裹收納部2 2設置在手套2 1之內部，且根據需要可從 包裹開口部2 3收納用後即棄型懷爐等之發熱劑包裹或除 去手套內之濕氣的吸濕劑包裹等，因此可附加手套內部之 保溫效果或除去濕氣等所產生的舒適使用效果等之功能， -14- 1244899 (12) 而進一步提供可舒適地使用之附有手套之衣服。如此地， 如果使用本實施例的附有手套之衣服2 0的話，防寒性顯 著地提高，尤其在嚴寒時騎乘單車等之情況下，可大大地 緩和握把手的手之難耐的寒冷而可舒適地騎乘。 【實施例3】 進一步作爲另一實施例，可將附有手套之衣服作成如 第7圖所示之結構。第7圖是本實施例的附有手套之衣服 的主要部分擴大說明圖。 此外，本實施例的附有手套之衣服，係除了手套部分 之外，其主要結構與前面的實施例1及實施例2說明的附 有手套之衣服1 0、2 0相同，因此對於具有相同功能之 構件係附予相同之符號而省略其說明。 在第7圖中，符號3 0係由雨衣等所構成之本實施例 的附有手套之衣服，在其袖部1 1 a —體地形成手套3 1 ，並且收納該手套3 1之手套收納部1 2係形成於上述袖 部1 1 a之近旁。 本實施例之結構特徵，係設置可將從上述手套收納部 1 2取出的手套3 1簡單地保持之保持手段。 即，如第7圖所示，在上述手套3 1的手指尖部分近 旁之背側與手套收納部1 2之上方位置分別安裝作爲上述 手套保持手段之搭扣3 2。當然，在其中一方安裝搭扣 3 2之雄部，而在另一方安裝雌部。 藉由這樣的結構，在本實施例中，如圖所示，在將上 -15- 1244899 (13) 述手套3 1從上述手套收納部1 2取出之狀態下，因上述 搭扣3 2、3 2彼此連結，即使不將手套3 1——地收納 至上述手套收納部1 2內，亦不會妨礙地可簡單地保持手 套。 因此，在從使用手套3 1之狀態變爲不需要手套3 1 之情況，或者在一旦產生必須取下手套之情況等時，可將 手套3 1保持在上述手套收納部1 2之表面上，可使更加 提高作爲附有手套之衣服3 0的使用便利性。 【實施例4】 又，進一步作爲另一實施例，可將附有手套之衣服作 成如第8圖所示之結構。第8圖（a )是本實施例的附有 手套之衣服的主要部分擴大平面圖，第8圖（b )是本實 施例的附有手套之衣服的主要部分擴大立體圖。 此外’本實施例的附有手套之衣服5 〇，係除了手套 部分之外’其主要結構與前面的實施例1〜實施例3說明 的附有手套之衣服1 0、2 0及3 0相同，因此對於具有 相同功能之構件係附予相同之符號而省略其說明。 本實施例中，在裝著手套5 1時，爲了使該手套5 1 不會處於不穩定之狀態，並且爲了使裝著感良好，因此設 置可將手腕部分勒緊之勒緊手段。 作爲勒緊手段，係如第8圖（a )所示，其結構可作 成：圍繞手套5 1之手腕部分旋轉地形成***紐帶體4 1 之紐帶通部4 2 ’且在設於紐帶體4 1的其中一端之的勒 -16 -
