片瓦楞紙板、數個高密度紙管、數片密集板組成，同時在上、下數片瓦楞 紙板上預先穿設數個結合孔，做為與高密度紙管黏結固定之用者；結合時， 僅需將紙棧板的瓦楞紙板黏貼固定在紙箱的底板上即可。 新型專利公告第296,711號揭示一種棧板貨物包裝架之改良，係包 括在棧板上堆疊之紙箱貨物外周，設有四組第一構件，縱向扣合於紙箱貨 物四角端，與至少兩組第二構件，縱向扣合於紙箱貨物對應之兩端面，再 於棧板上各該構件與紙箱貨物之外部以裹膜機施以伸縮膜包覆棧板貨物， 而構成緊密包裝之棧板貨物包裝架。 然，前揭習知技術，在結合棧板與紙箱的過程中，步驟程序繁瑣且 複雜，並且需要較多的時間來完成工作，而造成工時的消耗。因此，如何 減少棧板與紙箱的結合過程所耗工時，以及簡化操作流程係一重要之技術 J239314 議題。 【發明内容】 本發明的目的係提供一種一體成形的棧板紙箱。
