Abstract

【物品用途】;本設計所應用之物品係一種遊戲、把玩用之玩具車，同時也是一種比例精準提供觀賞、收藏用之汽車模型。;【設計說明】;本設計係一種雙門運動型汽車之縮小版，設計特點融合了許許多多圓滑流暢的凹凸飾面、裂隙般的空力孔及擾流構件等元素使整體充滿了運動感。視覺焦點所在，包括大型的前保險桿整合了一對橢圓形的散熱格柵、一對細長的頭燈、及一對像隙縫般藏在梯形狀擾流板後的空力孔等，顯得霸氣感；一對深深刻劃稜角稜線分明的凹面，綴飾在引擎蓋鈑表面中央部的左、右側，多了一份粗獷感；圓融飽滿的前、後擋泥鈑自流暢的車身鈑件鼓出，及一對梯形狀的空力型框強烈凸出在前擋泥鈑的外側，且沿車身鈑件的低點向後方延伸形成一梯級，充滿了運動感；一對細長的尾燈定位在突出的尾脊;與大型的後保險桿之間，一對ㄈ字型像隙縫般的空力孔對稱地綴飾在後保險桿的左、右側，更顯得剽悍有型；一個細長倒梯形狀的擴散器配置在後保險桿下緣，二對排氣管尾管出口相對於擴散器成水平及對稱排列等，散發出豪氣感。;仰視圖為本設計使用時面向地面而為普通消費者不會注意之視面，故省略之；及圖式中所揭露以虛線表示之輪圈部分，為本案不主張設計的部分。
