【物品用途】;本創作係為一龍形擺飾品的設計。;【設計說明】;本創作設計係以蟠龍吐珠之意匠為其造型主體，形體之設計特色以龍身蟠踞、龍首昂揚，形成一座體擺設之裝飾品；形態上搭配有龍首吐珠、龍鬚伸揚，由正視圖觀之，並有龍爪揚武之勢，整體觀其龍蟠之姿，有別於習見龍態；尤其請參閱左、右視圖，其龍體蟠延之形，更具設計之巧思。整體觀之，本創作係以傳說中之龍為其設計本體，但設計以龍蟠、吐珠、揚鬚、舞爪等形意表達，遂成一造型獨特、視感精巧而具視覺美感之龍形擺飾品；其已完全符合設計專利之申請要件，爰依法向鈞局提出申請。[Item Usage];This creation is a dragon-shaped ornament.; [Design Description];This creation is designed with the idea of a coiled dragon spitting pearls as its main shape. The design features a coiled dragon body and a raised dragon head, forming a three-dimensional ornament. The shape is matched with a dragon head spitting pearls and a dragon beard stretching out. From the front view, the dragon claws are raised. The overall posture of the dragon coiling is different from the usual dragon posture. Please refer to the left and right views in particular. The shape of the dragon coiling is more ingenious in design. Overall, this creation is based on the legendary dragon as its design subject, but the design is expressed in the form of a dragon coiling, spitting out pearls, raising its beard, dancing claws, etc., thus becoming a dragon-shaped ornament with unique shape, exquisite visual sense and visual beauty; it has fully met the application requirements for a design patent, so an application has been submitted to the Jun Bureau in accordance with the law.
