Abstract

【物品用途】;本設計的物品是半導體研磨碟洗淨用刷子，為應用於研磨半導體之整修碟的墊片接觸面之洗淨的刷子；如參考圖所示，利用固定螺栓等固定於突出設置用來噴出洗淨流體之噴嘴的刷子支撐部之上面而安裝在洗淨裝置；整修碟，是使墊片接觸面接觸刷子且保持旋轉進行沖洗，此時，從噴嘴噴出的洗淨流體，從各刷子間的間隙流下來，研磨漿粒和研磨渣與洗淨流體一起通過噴嘴貫通之孔部的間隙流向下方，從露出刷子支撐部之側方的橫長形排出溝，排出外部。;【設計說明】;於各圖中，表現在刷子部的複數個圓柱形，是整合多數根刷毛且予以簡略的畫法。;後視圖與前視圖相同，後視圖省略；左側視圖與右側視圖相同，左側視圖省略。
