【物品用途】;本創作是有關於一種學步車之新式樣設計，特別是關於一種可供幼童乘坐且可學習行走步伐之學步車。;【設計說明】;本創作係為一種學步車之新穎式樣，其造型特殊，且線條流暢圓潤，一舉變革傳統習知物品讓人有單調、呆板之外觀設計。如附圖所示，底座連結一托盤而成，該底座呈一約呈矩形四邊為圓角形狀，且該後方左右兩側設有一容置空間，而托盤呈一約呈矩形狀，且其前端略微寬厚。該托盤的各端角以圓弧線段修飾，另於該托盤內部且靠後方處設有圓弧角的中空空間，該托盤前端面設有邊緣經過以弧線潤飾的下陷槽。該框架藉由其側邊之Z狀連結臂連接至一上箱體，其設計寓意相互呼應。由左、右側視圖觀之，Z狀連結臂設有複數個大小不一之圓形鈕，藉此設計給予人流線且具人體工學之時尚設計，除顧及整體平衡的對稱感外，亦使人於直覺操作下親身感受流行風潮的視覺享受。;本創作之造型，潤澤柔和，結構簡單大方與時尚之風格，實符合新式樣專利之要件，並兼具有創作性與實用性，誠為一極佳的外觀形體設計，爰依法提出專利申請，懇請核賜專利，實深任感荷。[Purpose of the item]; This creation is about a new style design of a baby walker, especially a baby walker that can be used by young children to learn to walk. ; [Design description]; This creation is a new style of baby walker, with a special shape and smooth and rounded lines, which changes the monotonous and dull appearance design of traditional learning items.
