Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用於警示後方來車及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後車燈的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後燈」之新式樣。本新式樣後燈係配置在汽車後門的左、右側邊屬於後燈組的一部分，並與配置在後擋泥鈑上之另一部分後燈匹配成一後燈組，兩者成整體化設計。本新式樣後燈外觀主要特徵，在本體的左、右側形成一個朝相對方向傾斜的端部，乍看輪廓像倒梯形狀般。在本體表面上藉由不同的裝飾元素區隔成複數區域，用來配置諸如主、煞車燈及倒車燈等；其中，在上端的高點包含一個尖銳、傾斜像刀刃般的區域，它的下方綴飾複數道水平方向、平行、寬窄不一、深淺相間的矩形區域等，都是聚集目光焦點所在。;誠如「使用狀態參考一」及「使用狀態參考二」所示，標示B(E)之管狀橫向延伸的部分為主燈，係沿透明罩內側的淺層區域配置採邊端光源之設計；標示A(D)的部分為煞車燈，安排在透明罩內側的深層區域；標示C的部分為倒車燈；及，標示F的部分為方向燈等。;如上述之「汽車用後燈」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
