577844 A7 B7_ 五、發明説明(彳) 【技術領域】 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項存填寫本頁) 本發明,係有關止回閥及具備止回閥之液體容器。 【技術背景】 習知技術,有創作日本專利(案)實開昭 6〇—89143號公報,和實開平2 — 83257號公 報記載,在設於容器之口的彈性體設有切口,同時藉由賦 予容器之外壓以產生容器內壓藉由被壓出之液體等使該切 口被壓大並進行開口,使液體等在吐出後用以開放賦予容 器本體之外壓使該彈性體藉由自己之復原力做爲關閉切口 之構造的止回閥或栓構造。 前者,係外觀以砲彈型在內部將具有圓項型之空洞的 栓以彈性或可撓性素材加以形成,並在其前端至少具備1 個切口。 又,後者係在圓弧狀將凸陷之薄板狀的上壁板以彈性 素材加以形成,並在其中央部具備有切口。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 者之技術形成完全正相反之狀況,會容易使切口打開。 兩者係在如此之情形中,與其說是內容物之洩漏不如 說是會形成具有吸入空氣之缺點。 如此,習知技術係將切口做爲簡單的閥做爲利用之技 術,只不過被提出專利申請在容器內壓高時係進行容許吐 出,內壓下降則停止吐出之技術,而無在容器內用以防止 吸進空氣之技術的思想。因此,做爲閥機構雖然具有極簡 單的構成但是食品或化粧品,化學藥品等,由於與空氣接 液體容器,係使瓶之蓋成爲計量枉或使泵式之合成樹脂製 瓶正在普及。前者係將計量枉由容器本體卸下加以使用, 可自由用以計量必要量,但正確的計量係不適合。又,後 者係在合成樹脂製之瓶容器本體的上方開口部具備手壓式 之泵,在必要時將該泵以手壓下能用以排出內容物。若據 此則藉由1次之手壓使吐出之量大致固定。 可是,具備計量枉之容器,係合對於設在計量枉之刻 度將內容量由容器本體流出加以使用,所以在正確的計量 之通路的筒狀體,及在前端近傍將由具備開口部之彈性材 料所構成之閥體設成能進行覆蓋於該筒狀體,進而在前端 近傍將具備開口部之外皮體設成能用以覆蓋該閥體。 (2 )係一種設於流體容器之吐出口之閥,具有貫通 之通路的筒狀體,及在前端近傍將由具備開口部之彈性材 料所構成之閥體設成能進行覆蓋於該筒狀體,進而在前端 近傍將具備開口部之外皮體設成能用以覆蓋該閥體同時具 備有保護蓋僅使該外皮體之開口部露出。 (3 ,則藉由容器本體3之彈(復原)力使容器內壓形成負壓 時則使閥體5進行變形於內側使切口 9打開,或在閥體及 外皮體之間產生間隙會使空氣流入到容器本體內。又如第 1 5圖所示無外皮體6時則使閥體之切口 9幾乎不開口僅 進行膨脹。因此,如本發明,必定使筒狀體4,閥體5及 外皮體6之3個功能以有機性相互進行作用爲佳。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 如第3圖及第4圖所示在筒狀體4之前端15及閥體 5之內側面1 6,以及閥體前端1 7及外皮體內側面1 8 之間係分別被設有空間A、B。空間A係由容器本體內通 過筒狀體4之通路1 9而來之內容物積存處,使該容積愈 大則用以分散閥體5之內側面1 6之壓力形成愈壓下。該 空間B之深度(在圖係上下方向之高度)C愈大則閥體5 膨脹愈大,而切口 9也形成打開更大的開口部。而且此等 空間A、B係第5圖所示筒狀體4之通路的口徑D,吐出 力使切口 9關閉停止吐出,但閥機構特別閥體5係直接浸 於內容物之狀態下關閉,所以由閥體5不會引進空氣到容 器本體3側。 不使用時,如第7圖所示關閉蓋1 1則使設於其中心 之突起1 2進行擋接密接於吐出口 2前端用以遮斷與空氣 之接觸。藉由做爲如此之構造,在閥體之內側有空間A使 閥體5在容器本體3使容易變形之構成,儘量在閥體5因 爲使被間隔之空間A、B間的壓力取得平衡,一旦被拉進 於容器本體3使切口
