能易於大量生產以降低製造成本外,產品的儲存運輸成 本、耐腐蝕性及使用壽命更是影響市場競爭力的重要因素 之一,在如今配管材製造業的激烈競爭環境之下,如何能 以更低成本、更快製程生產出更大量、更耐用且更易於運 輸儲存的配管材產品,實在是業者最爲重視的課題之一。 惟,傳統的另件多是以砂模鑄造的方式來生產製造, 此種習用的另件鑄造方式具有許多缺失,茲列述如下: (1) 鑄造的方式來生產另件,常需要大量的人工, 由人工來控制生產流程不僅使得另件產品的品質常因人因 時變化而不易控制,且亦不易以全自動化的方式來進行大 量生產。 (2) 鑄造所用的鑄鐵材料雖較便宜,然而卻因此導 致由砂模鑄造所生產的另件成品的材質無法穩定控制,每 一批生產出來的另件的品質強度不一,更具有易脆且強度 差之缺點,爲了使產品能具有足夠的強度,鑄造出的另件 2 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS 製造而成,其直管於材料的電性與鑄造而成的另件並不相 同’當直管與另件組裝後,其接觸面因電位差的因素而極 易發生腐蝕的現象,造成使用壽命的降低。 (4) 鑄造而成的另件表面不僅較爲粗糙且具有大量 的毛細孔及砂孔,使得另件表面的塗裝(例如防鏽塗裝、 粉體塗裝或是PE熱熔襯塗裝)難以進行,不僅常在另件表 面形成氣泡,且更易於脫落,導致使用壽命的降低。 緣是,本發明人有鑑於上述缺失之可改善,乃特秉其 生產、銷售配管材多年的經驗,潛心全力加以研究,並配 合學理的運用,終於研創出一種可有效改善上述缺失之本 發明。 即,本發明之主要目的,係在於提供一種另件製造方 法,可具有易於自動化生產、節省管材、成品較輕易於儲 存運、不易腐蝕、表面光滑易於塗裝、且使用壽命長等 優點。 本發明之另件製造方法,可包括有下列步驟:(Α) 以擠管裁截或熱滾軋擠管的方式成形擠出適當曲度與適當 將一金屬材料(可以黑鐵或不銹鋼爲較佳)以 油壓熱擠成形的方式擠壓製成適當直徑的連續性中空直 管,此步驟和一般習用的無縫直管所用的材料及製造方式 皆相同。 (2) 如圖一所示,將該直管1以油壓機(圖中未示) 擠入一具適當曲度之通道21的機台2內,該通道21的直徑 係相同於直管1直徑,於通道21周圍可持續加熱維持一定 的溫度使通道21內的直管1較易於變形,且通道21彎曲的 31附近仍會維持一定的曲度(如圖二所示),連帶使得其 管口32也會呈傾斜狀態,而導致在組裝直管與另件時發生 配合上的困難。本發明藉由將管端31及管口32整直整平, 將可使本發明之另件與直管完美地組接,而完全避免習用 技術的缺失。以下將對管端31及管口32整直整平的加工方 式作一介紹: 請參閱圖三,該第(4)步驟中所述的模具包括有一 外模4及一內模5,該外模4大致上係依據管體3的外型設
