Description of the Invention (1) [Related Fields of the Invention] The present invention relates to an ink supply cartridge for an inkjet printer, particularly a pressure adjustment mechanism in the ink supply cartridge. The cartridge can be adapted to the change of the ring J to prevent leakage, and when the ink in the ink supply card E is reduced: still ': The backpressure in the entire ink supply cartridge allows the ink to be replenished frequently. [Knowledge Technology] Computer printers in the market can generally be divided into about three types: dot matrix printers, inkjet printers, and laser printers. Although the dot matrix printer is strictly cheap, its slow printing speed and poor print quality have become its injuries, so that it cannot compete with inkjet or laser printers in the market. Therefore, the range of use Limited to a specific range. Currently, there are many printers on the market = ink or laser printers. The performance of these two printers is better than each other.:: Ink: printers are cheaper to buy, but they are printed; The machine is high, and its printing cost is two (because μ laser printer is used for single printing). Conversely, for inkjet printers, the ancient 1 冋 ^ print is printed out and printed because of its pixel body—, 13, which can be used for black and white or color printing, so the use of ^ ++ is increased. 300 dpi to 12 0 dpi), how to provide space for mekakun. However, in a limited environment, keeping the ink supply smooth to reduce the number of inks, take multiple inks, and urgently need to solve the various problems in the use of environmental printers. And consumable costs are indeed the current inkjet. In order to make the limited ink supply cartridge empty, the design is to fill the ink 17 with the most ink volume, the simplest

Description of the invention (4) The invention is a hollow structure in the ink supply civil system, which-it has a slight opening to contact the ink to adjust the back of the card. A pressure adjustment mechanism is set at the pressure, and the adjustment end forms a vent hole to the atmosphere and the other end hole is formed at the bottom of the ink supply card g in a balanced state. [Detailed description of the invention] A solid cross-sectional view of the ink supply caliper 1 of the present invention is shown with reference to FIG. 2 / FIG. 2. The ink supply cassette 1 is used to provide a thermal bubble jet printer (Thermal Ink Jet Printer). The printing ink includes a casing 11, a pressure adjusting mechanism 12, a twilight, a, a, h, and a yupeifu ink 13 and an inkjet head 14. It is worth noting that the ink supply cassette of the present invention does not include any adsorbed substance (such as · Hai Jin). It can provide the maximum ink volume in a limited space of the card E and there is a reserved space within the ink supply cassette ratio. 15 to provide the back pressure of the inkjet cartridge during printing (these two have an initial pressure ρ 〇 and volume ν 〇). As the printing method of inkjet printer well known in the industry, the aforementioned inkjet head 4 will locally heat the ink 1 3 in the ink supply cassette 1 as needed to evaporate and eject from the holes of the inkjet head 4 Finish printing. Further referring to FIG. 2, it can be known that the ink supply card of the present invention is provided with a pressure adjustment mechanism 12. In this embodiment, the pressure adjustment mechanism 12 is presented in the form of a fine workman, and the length of the thin tube is longer than the ink supply card. The height of the cassette 1 Η Therefore, an air vent 121 is formed at one end of the mechanism 12 to communicate the atmospheric pressure and is fixed to the ink supply cassette! The thin tube can be hung on the bottom of the ink supply cartridge-i. The diameter of the aforementioned pressure adjustment mechanism 12 is about 0.5 to 2 and its diameter is much smaller than the cross-sectional area of the ink supply card E 丨 and thus the ink capillarity can be formed in the thin tube. . As is known from the experience of use, the inversion phenomenon often occurs when the ink cartridge is transported, and the pressure adjustment is 483836 -__ Case No. 8810870 «_year month__L · ·-V. Description of the invention (5) The whole mechanism 1 2 of The other opening 1 2 3 utilizes the capillary phenomenon formed with the ink to form an ink segment at the punching point of the other opening. Its function is like a check valve to prevent air from filling through the vent 1 2 1 to the negative pressure of the ink cartridge. The pressure adjustment mechanism 12 is a hollow tube that hangs from the bottom of the inkjet head 1 4 side of the ink supply cartridge 1 and has at least one opening 1 2 3 In a preferred embodiment, the hole diameter of the opening 1 2 3 may be Tongguan, 0.15 mm, or 0.2 mm, where the opening 123 may be formed by embossing a hollow tube, punching, or injection molding. The processing method is directly formed on one end of the hollow and thin tube. Mbu μ especially makes your skin μ Ganda 0.1mm thin: ί: tube :: end in the end. The process is even simpler than hollow tube. It is directly made of metal or plastic, and the vent 12 丨 is fixed on the top of the ink supply cassette. / 寺 材料 形It is known that the ink supply cartridges will be sold for sale after the manufacture is completed. However, in the aforementioned transportation, it is difficult to seal and transport the variables (such as temperature or pressure). 5. In the process of ding, we can know that: J The ideal gas equation PV = nRT》 where P: pressure V: volume η: gas Moore constant R: gas constant T: temperature one ~ * Λ degrees open, it is known that the dry content-+ the initial pressure P of the space 15 〇 Followed by 拎 = the ink supply cartridge will lead to or when the atmospheric pressure Patm decreases :: = the ink is leaking g g0 has not changed, and at the same time it will cause the ink to be within 5 of the sealed space-as shown in the figure 111 $ 8 pages 483836 _ Case No. Emperor 1.〇qing 8 years g_ Five, the description of the invention (6) shows that after the manufacturing of the ink supply cartridge 1 of the present invention, due to the initial pressure of the reserved space i 5 The pressure difference between P 0 and atmospheric pressure patm and the capillary capillary phenomenon in the pressure adjustment mechanism 12 'ink 13 will flow into the thin tube and reach a state of force equilibrium. If the temperature increases, the initial pressure p 15 of the space 15 will increase. Because the diameter of the openings 1 to 23 (about 0 ·; [~ 〇 · 2mm) is much larger than the inkjet of the inkjet head η The increased pressure difference will cause the ink 13 to flow into the thin tube of the pressure adjustment mechanism, and the ink in the thin tube will rise to reach another equilibrium state. Similarly, if the atmospheric pressure Patm drops, the change in pressure will also change. As a result, the ink in the thin tube flowing into the pressure adjustment mechanism 12 rises and reaches another new equilibrium state. Therefore, the ink supply cartridge of the present invention does not cause the problem of ink leakage due to changes in environmental factors When the conventional ink supply cartridge is installed in an inkjet printer, the ink level is reduced to a height of ^ due to the decrease in ink consumption, and the volume of the space is increased to VI. According to the ideal gas equation, it can be seen that the initial pressure P0 in this space 5 will drop to Pb. In the state where the atmospheric pressure Patni does not change, the difference between P1 and Patni expands, causing the ink in the ink supply Kakakun to flow out of V. The ink supply is not smooth. With continued reference to FIG. 5, when the ink supply cartridge worker of the present invention drops the ink 13, the diameter of the opening i 2 1 is much larger than the ink ejection hole of the inkjet head i 4, so the ink that originally flows into the pressure adjusting mechanism 12 will First flow back into the ink supply cassette 1 to achieve another balance. If the liquid level of the ink 3 is further lowered, the atmospheric pressure Patm is far greater than the pressure ρm of the space 15 in the cassette, causing air to be compressed into the space 15. This will increase the pressure PLL in the space 15 and increase the space 15 The difference between the pressure P1 and the atmospheric pressure is reduced, so that the ink 1 3 can smoothly flow out of the inkjet hole of the inkjet head 4. Figure 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the pressure adjustment mechanism 483836-~-year month ___ 5. Description of the invention (7) 1 2 is integrated with the casing i 丨. In this embodiment, the pressure adjustment mechanism 12 can be outside the molded ink supply cassette 1. The shell 11 simultaneously forms a thin tube structure with an opening 1 2 丨, thus avoiding the additional process of manufacturing the ink supply cassette And cost, and can achieve the same effect. [Description of Symbols of Schematic Elements] 1 Ink supply cassette 1 1 Housing 12 Pressure adjustment mechanism 121 Opening hole 13 Ink 14 Ink head space [Effects of the invention] After explaining the preferred embodiment of the ink supply cassette of the present invention in detail, familiarize Those skilled in the art can clearly understand and can make various changes and modifications without departing from the scope and spirit of the patent application described below. The ink supply card according to the present invention can simplify the manufacturing process and improve production efficiency, and the ink capacity of the ink supply cassette can be greatly increased to reduce the printing cost of the inkjet printer. To sum up, the present invention has many excellent characteristics. It solves the shortcomings and inconveniences of the conventional technology in practice and application. It proposes a solution to the problem, completes a practical and reliable device, and achieves a novel and truly economic benefit. The value really meets the application requirements for invention patents.
