Abstract

A description is provided of a method as well as an apparatus for grinding particulate material, such as cement raw materials, cement clinker or similar materials, in a roller mill (1) by subjecting the material to pressing action in a zone (13) between opposite, rotating surfaces where the material is directed to the grinding zone via a feed shaft (11). The method is peculiar in that the material in the feed shaft (11) is accelerated through the action of gravity to a desired velocity without involving essential air admixture, whereas the apparatus is peculiar in that the feed shaft is essentially of a vertical configuration, with a downwardly reduced cross-section, where the reduction of the shaft's cross-sectional circumference per height unit is downwardly decreasing. The described configuration of the feed shaft has, surprisingly, proved that the material over a given height of fall may attain high velocities and that this is achievable without involving admixture of air into the material. It has thus been established that it will be possible for the material to attain velocities which are close to the velocity achievable in connection with the free fall of individual particles.

Description of the Invention (1) The present invention relates to a method for grinding particulate matter such as cement raw materials, cement clinker or the like, This is done by subjecting the substance to a pressing force in an area between two surfaces in opposite directions of rotation in a roller mill (such as a roller mill, ring roller mill, vertical grinder, or the like). This material is introduced into the grinding zone via a feed well. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the invention. The aforementioned methods and devices are of conventional skill. In recent years, the development of milling technology has mainly focused on improving the cost efficiency of the milling process. In the context of the present invention, the main focus is on improving the economical operation of the milling process and reducing the obstacles to the grinding machine related to its productivity evaluation. "Funds"-a method widely used to reduce investment costs includes speeding up the operation of the machine, so increasing productivity β requires no explanation, the operating speed of the machine can only be increased to a certain point, and if the peripheral speed of the roller mill is arbitrary If added, most of the problems arise from the fact that, for example, the operation of the roller compactor is established. Such operational problems can be attributed to many different factors. One of the explanations may be that it is difficult to achieve the acceleration effect of the substance, which is intended to hinder the grinding in the rolling mill to a degree equivalent to the peripheral speed of the rolling mill. The acceleration of this substance is usually achieved by a roller mill by physical contact with the latter and / or by gravity. However, the performance of the roller mill is limited to the operation of the very small fan garden. Therefore, the degree of acceleration is severely limited. In addition, the gravity in the feed well will be subject to the friction of the well against the substance and / or the friction of the substance itself. Offset. Moreover, the acceleration effect achieved in traditional feed wells will also induce significant air mixing * which is not needed and will adversely affect {Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) This paper size applies China National Standards (CNS) A4 Grid < 2 丨 0 × 297 Public Holiday) 4 Printed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs 4 Bureau κκ 工 工 工 合作 协 A 7 B7 V. Description of the invention (2) Twin milling process. The use of vertical feeds with a circular or rectangular cross-section and a uniform cross-sectional area across the entire length will cause gravity to accelerate matter to high speeds, but in this scenario, the distance between the particles will increase at the same time. Situation, thus reducing the density of the substance and the entanglement of the air mixture. It is possible to maintain the distance between particles by using a pyramid-shaped or conical-shaped feedwell, but in this type of feedwell, the substance is affected by friction, which is very substantial due to the friction So that the speed that can finally be reached is quite small. In such a common feed well, the perimeter of the transverse load surface is a linearly decreasing height function, and for these feed wells, the reduced perimeter of the cross section per unit height therefore remains constant. The object of the present invention is to provide a method and a device for remedying the above-mentioned drawbacks. This can be achieved by the method described in the preface. And its characteristics are: the material in the feed well is accelerated to the desired speed by gravity, but does not get involved in the essential air mixture. The device according to the invention is characterized by the perimeter of the transverse load surface per unit height of the feed well The amount of reduction is decreasing as it goes down. The topography in the described feed has surprisingly confirmed that the substance can reach high speeds at a certain drop height 'and that this is a feasible result without involving the air mixture to the substance. It is also confirmed that it is possible for matter to reach a speed that can be reached by individual particles during free fall. The substance can be accelerated to a speed of more than 1.5 meters / second, however, it is better to accelerate the substance to a speed of more than 5 meters / second, and more preferably greater than 10 meters / second. The police are informed by the branch pipe where the water flows slowly. Quite small, the width of the water nozzle is roughly equivalent to the outlet "at the downstream of the nozzle, gravity increases the water flow rate ', but because the water flow rate through the nozzle is the same, and because the density through the nozzle is the same, this means water spray The cross section is smaller. In this way, the water nozzle will reach a nearly hyperbolic shape and the cross-sectional area is a function of the landing height. Its characteristics can be expressed by the following formula: (1) A = (l + A) V / (2gh) 1/2, Medium A is the cross-sectional area V is volume flow rate g is gravity acceleration η is landing height Δ is a correction factor, which explains the frictional force in the substance, and it is assumed that it is close to 0 for water Small value. The water nozzle must be assumed to have a slightly round shape, so its perimeter can be calculated according to the following formula: (2) 0 = nD = ii [4V (l + A) / 7i (2gh) 1/2] 1 / 2, where 0 is the perimeter and D is the diameter of the water nozzle. The result shown by the above formula is that 'the perimeter is not directly proportional to the landing height, but is proportional to the 1 / 4th power of the landing height. According to the invention To build the feed well so that its cross-sectional area becomes a function of the landing height. 'The surface precision is basically as defined in the above formula. Description of the invention (4) When feeding particulate matter through the feed well according to the present invention, in order to take into account the frictional force occurring during the process, The positive factor Δ must be within the range of 0 to 0.2, and preferably less than 0.1. For example, the feed well may be composed of many pyramidal or conical sections to reduce the cross-sectional perimeter of the feed well. It shows a trend of decreasing gradually. To ensure that the shape of this feed well does not deviate too much from the formula (1) indicated above, the number of segments to be merged is preferably at least 3, but 5 More preferably, and at least 10 is the best. However, the reduction of the perimeter of the cross-section of the feed well is better to continuously decrease downwards, as if the feed well is a trumpet-shaped configuration . In principle, it is possible to use the feed well according to the present invention to transport any particulate matter from one layer to the lower by gravity, and for this purpose the feed 丼 should be of a substantially vertical configuration It has a decreasing cross section, which decreases, and the reduction amount of the perimeter of the cross section of the feed well decreases. The present invention will be explained in more detail with the following description and with reference to the cymbal shape, in which the first circle shows a roller compactor device including a feed well according to the present invention. In Fig. 1, a roller compactor device including a roller compactor 1 can be seen. The roller compactor 1 has two rollers 3 and 5 which rotate in opposite directions. During the operation of the roller machine, the material to be abraded is fed from the bin 7 through the feed conveyor 9 and the feed well π to the milling zone 13 located between the rollers 3 and 5. The ideally, the feed well is constructed in the manner of reducing the cross section in the past. Acceleration) is inversely proportional. Therefore, it is possible for a substance to reach a speed close to the speed of free fall without air mixture, which allows the roller to be operated at a higher speed, thereby increasing its productivity.
