Α7 Β7 五、發明説明（1 ) 本發明係關於一種髖關節膺復物，附有一根桿將*** 知骨内’以一件式聯結至頸轴承上端及具有縱切槽。 桿之縱切槽可改善力量由膺復物傳遞至周圍骨。此點 對於無膠合劑植入之病例特別重要。此種病例中，股組織 於癒合過程中生長入切槽内，及或多或少牢固聯結膺復物 表面。但膺復物經配備有切槽也有助於經膠合的植入病例 。若於追蹤手術時，位於切槽内部的骨材或膠合劑材料必 須再度去除，外科醫生須由近端將適當鑿刀引進切槽内。 其先決要件為切槽可由近端接近。 經濟部中央樣準局員工消費合作社印製 (请先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 股骨競關節膺復物為已知（EP-B 93378，第1及2圖）， 其具有頸軸承設計成與桿呈單件式。桿設置有縱肋，介於 肋間形成深切槽。於上端，肋及切槽遠至頸軸承且由頸轴 承劃界線。因頸轴承由關節方向覆蓋切槽空間，此種空間 於追蹤手術時難以接近。因此也曾提議（同案第5圖）將搭 接部件製造成活動式’而植入膺復物，但未揭示膺復物的 聯結情況》類似已知膺復物（Waldemar Link(GmbH &公 司）手冊：「聯結肋系統」）中，馬蹄形頸軸承之臂固定於 桿之前及後導溝。當頸轴承移開時，於導溝區並未存在有 凸出部件來妨礙手術接近《但導溝於桿之縱向方向為橫向 延伸，故許多情況下不合所需，原因會減少桿的剖面積因 而降低桿強度。此外，有關頸轴承之可靠度，許多醫生偏 好以單件式聯結於桿的頸轴承。 已知股骨髖關節膺復物（FR-A 2 595 241)，其免除此 本紙朱尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) Α4規格（2ΐ〇χ297公釐） 4 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明（2 ) 一~；— 種問題之辦法係以頸軸承之方式設置小凸出部，但僅設置 於膺復物桿之無切槽中央窄側，而設置有切槽之桿之前侧 及後側皆不含頸轴承。但曾經嘗試形成大表面積之頸轴承 俾減少骨被頸轴承之比負載，因此該發明之條件為頸麵承 也存在於配備有切槽之桿兩侧上。 本發明揭示一種競關節膺復物，其雖然存在有頸轴承 以整合一體式聯結至桿，但其切槽空間可接近。解決辦法 在於頸軸承與切槽區設置有切出部，及縱切槽止於頸轴承 上方。換έ之，縱切層持續貫穿頸轴承區，頸轴承被切槽 所切開。因此於追蹤手術時可將器械引進切槽内而清除切 槽區的骨質聯結；或於植入過程中使用切槽空間來填塞骨 質材料。雖s如此，膺復物具有頸軸承，其整合一體聯結 至桿。許多情況下，於切出部外側有頸軸承提供的表面足 夠提供支撐。若需要較大軸承面積，則根據本發明可使用 活動搭接部件提供，搭接部件主要封閉縱切槽區的切出部 。頸軸承及/或桿形成滑動導件，導件平行頸軸承的形成 延伸且沿此導件搭接部件可***或去除而植入膺復物。 將參照附圖闡釋優異範例具體例說明本發明之進一步 細節如下，附圖中： 第1圖顯示膺復物之側視圖，及待推上的搭接部件剖 面圊， 第2圖顯示待推上的搭接部件之平面圖， 第3圖顯示膺復物之側視圖， 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS) A4規格（210x297公釐） (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝· 訂 經濟部中央榡準局貝工消費合作社印裝
393S15 A7 ___ B7 五、發明説明（3 ) 第4圖顯示第i圖沿線〖v之剖面圖， 第5圓顯示對應於第4圖之視圖但嵌合搭接部件及 第6圖顯示第1圖沿線VI之剖面圖。 待***股骨内的膺復物桿丨於上端沒入頸2内，頸載有 一個錐3，錐上設置關節頭。桿〗與頸2間有個頸轴承4，其 於桿或頸之各側向外側凸出，或至少於前側及後側凸出了 及其具有平坦底面預期承載於骨之切除面上。 桿1於前側及後側具有兩個切槽5，其平行桿的中線延 伸。如已知，切槽5用來使膺復面與周圍骨質材料更緊密 聯結，此等骨質材料係於產生容納膺復物桿之穴時留在此 區者，或到達此區而被膺復物桿所異位者，或藉填塞而壓 密於此區者或隨後長入者。桿及切槽的剖面形狀由第嗰 可見’亦即由外部輪廓可見。 欲禮保切槽表面可接近供於植入期間填塞骨質材料或 供於去除期間解除骨與廣復物表面的聯結，頸轴承4於各 切槽區設置有切出部6,如第4圖所示。可知仍保留相當表 面積，該表面積依病例情況而定，例如足夠承載於切除面 上。 若頸抽承4之剩餘表面不夠，則增加搭接部件厂馬蹄 形部件具有平行導緣9,其於内部8接合。容納切槽10於廣 復物桿1上端之頸轴承4下方，切槽於前側及後侧個別對應 於導緣9。當搭接部件7於第丨圖之箭頭方向被推送至桿上 時’導緣由切槽U)所容納及固定。可利用螺絲⑽
