Abstract

The invention relates to a kind of system for decreasing the call blocking probability in wireless local loop system which mainly comprises a base station controller, BSC, a plurality of radio base stations, RBS and a plurality of radio network terminals, RNT. Each RBS allows several RNTs to use finite numbers of radio channels, within the radio telecommunication range, to create connections and exchange control commands. The present invention employs suggested handover method to dispatch part of communicating wireless network terminals from saturated wireless base station cell to other unsaturated wireless base stations so as to reserve spare wireless channels for the wireless base station preventing blocking of other wireless network terminals in the wireless base station cell wishing to establish communication and enhance the efficiency of whole system wireless channel.
