Description of the invention (5) 1 1 Those who apply the drive voltage 0 Because the second anode conductor 1 2 is different from the first anode conductor 8 No 1 I needs light transmission »Although ITO is added, it can also be made of aluminum film. 1 1 I covers the second anode conductor 12 described above with a second phosphor layer 13 9 to constitute a first 1 1 2 anode 14. The phosphor constituting the second phosphor layer 13 of this example has the same blue light-emitting Z η 0: Zn light-emitting phosphor as the first anode reading pole, and a red light-emitting Z R CdS fluorescent back 1 1 Note I There are two kinds of fluorescent bodies, two kinds of fluorescent systems covering the meaning of the second anode conductor 12, respectively. The second system has a plurality of pinstripe anode conductors 12 a, 1 2 b », and the second anode 14 is filled with 1 and 1 In its appearance, the 9-series fluorescent phosphor is completely covered. The coating page of the fluorescent ajar body described above 1 is installed * It can be used in a solution containing a fluorescent substance t The stripe-shaped anode guide for each system 1 I body 1 2 a, 12b are respectively energized, and M is achieved by electroplating. ΜThe second anode 1 1 | 14 t can be caused on the U side of the luminous field, and Μ blue or red completes the full 1 1 order of the luminous state 〇1 on the base substrate. 5 outside--filter 1 5 The chromaticity mirror 15 does not change the chromaticity t of the 1 1 luminous phosphor, but has a 1 1 brightness difference that can make the lighting part and the non-lighting part > λ a clear display function 0 because Zη 0 : Znη The phosphor itself is a line of white body 9 Therefore, if there is external light incident from the display surface, the ZO of the lighted part is η 0: I Zn η The fluorescent body and the white Zn that reflects the external light without lighting 0: The ratio of 1 1 I between Zn and phosphors becomes smaller, making it difficult to visually recognize the light emitting pattern. The m-light mirror 15 is used to cover 1 1 cut off the external light P to increase the contrast between the light-emitting part and the non-light-emitting part 9 to make the display capacity 1 1 easy to see. 0 1 1 Describes the driving method of the fluorescent display device of this example. As follows: • As shown in Figure 2, 1 I is emitted from the cathode 10 and accelerated by the control electrode 9 11 1 I and the controlled electrons f impinges on the phosphor layers 7 13 of the anodes 8, 1 4 and 1 1 1 The light can make the factory's FUTABA J-text display and "the moment of the J-shaped segment 1 1 this paper size applies to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) 5 39600 printed by the staff consumer cooperative of the Central Standards Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (6) means "12: 00j is a positive display. The so-called" positive display j is a form that causes the pattern to be displayed to emit light. In this example, it is the first fluorescent light of the first anode 8 " The body layer 7 lights up, and at the same time, the second phosphor layer 13 is turned off. Although the non-light-emitting portion on the first phosphor layer 7 is reflected by external light into a white display, the fluorescent layer The display device 1 is provided with a filter 15 on the front side thereof. The contrast between the white non-light-emitting portion and the blue light-emitting portion is sufficient. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the “FUT ΑΒΑ” The text and the moment of the single body indicate "12: 00j emits light, and M obtains a high-grade positive display. In the above positive display, the second anode 14 is not lit. However, when the first anode 8 is lit, , Can simultaneously light up the ZnCdS phosphor of the red light-emitting part of the second anode 14. The blue positive display formed by the first anode 8 appears in the full red display of the second anode 14. At this time also The red background and scene formed by the second anode 14 can be controlled by the M-level mode. The same display as above can be negatively displayed. The so-called "negative display J is the" positive display "to the M reverser. The segment pattern part to be displayed does not emit light, so that the other parts around it are displayed. In this example, the part that is not indicated by the first anode 8 can be lit, and the part that should be indicated by the first anode 8 is not lit, and the Znη :: Zη phosphor point of the 2 phosphor layer 13 is turned on. bright. Although the non-indicating part of the first anode 8 located on the front side emits light, the light color of the part is the same as that of the second anode 14 with the full background. Since the first phosphor layer 7 of the first anode 8 does not transmit light through the second anode 14 at the back, the non-light-emitting portion of the first anode 8 can be surrounded by the full blue of the background to display a black portion. As shown in Figure 3, in the blue light background represented by black, "FUTABAj text" and "Japanese j-shaped segments" indicated by blank parts are displayed. At the moment of the invention description (7), "the non-light-emitting part of 12: 00j. The non-display state in the negative sign is the first anode 8 and the second anode 14 The ZnO: Zn phosphors are all lit. At this time, the display surface is full of blue light. The method of gradation display is described below. The gradation display makes the first and second anodes 8, 14 the same color (this In the example, it is the blue color of the ZnO: Zn phosphor, and at the same time, the M-phase modulation controls the display form of the light-emitting brightness on the side of the second phosphor layer 13. If the display form in this manner is used, the first The anode 8 shows a change in perspective, that is, by changing the background brightness of blue, the blue light in front can float or sink. Feeling. If the background brightness is changed up and down, the previous pattern will have a prominent and backward dynamic vision. If the second anode 14 emits red light, it can also be displayed in various ways in the same state. Obtain different visual effects from the same color. 0 The above-mentioned positive display, negative display, and gradation display, etc., can be arbitrarily switched and changed by the control device (not shown). In the above example, the second fluorescent light The layer is composed of two-color phosphors of red and blue. However, only phosphors of the same color as the first phosphor layer 7 on the front side can be used, and phosphors of the three colors K containing the same-color phosphor Zhao can also be used. At this time, as in this example, the back of each color should be made into a state of full light emission. This example is based on the second anode 14 and 2 colors of phosphors. To make a full-color light, use a strict combination The second stripe-shaped conductor 12a, 12b. In addition, the second anode conductor may be composed of a plurality of dot-shaped conductors divided into a plurality of arrays. Different kinds of phosphors of the second phosphor layer are covered on the circle. Point guides on each group. ------------ ------ Order ------- Line 1 (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) This paper size applies to China National Standard (CNS) Α4 specification (210'X297 mm) 7 39600 Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Central Standards Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 ___B7__ 5. Description of the Invention (8) [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the fluorescent display device of the present invention has the first segmented phosphor layer arranged in the front, And the second phosphor layer on the back side that emits light in the same color as the entire color, the M-display device has the effect of arbitrarily switching the segment display to positive and negative display. In addition, the second phosphor layer on the back side is controlled to change in a gradation manner, so that the change in the perspective of the previous segment display can be made. If the second phosphor layer on the back side emits colored light different from the first phosphor layer, the positive display of the first phosphor layer can be displayed with a background of different colors. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain the effects of higher performance and higher display capability than the conventional fluorescent display device.
