Abstract

The present invention provides a blend material composition of cement comprising gypsum, aluminum sulfate and/or alum, and active silica, characterized in that 0.2~6 parts by weight of gypsum, 0.1~2.5 parts by weight of aluminum sulfate and/or alum, and 0.05~2.0 parts by weight of active silica, based on 100 parts by weight of cement, are present therein. Concrete compositions comprising said blend material composition of cement, and a process for producing concrete products using said blend material composition of cement, are also provided.

經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 本發明係有關水泥滲合材料及水泥組成物,以及製造 使用其所成的混凝土製品的製造方法申請,詳言之係,以 蒸氣熟化等加熱熟化方式使砂漿或水泥促進其凝結及短期 間提昇強度之發明,常用於水泥二次製品之提昇脫膜時。 至目前爲止,水泥二次製品常具有多品種,多種類, 且大量被販賣之情形,相應於此,二次製品之工場必須時 常備有許多種類之模框,且必須具有放置製品的廣大放置 場才行。 因此,如何以較少的模框提升生產效率等種之的提早 脫模方法常成爲被研究的對象。 提早脫膜的方法一般常考慮到的方式爲,提高熟化溫 度,使用高水硬性的水泥或,使用促進水泥凝結硬化的氯 化物或硝酸鹽,雙硫氰酸鹽等強力凝硬促進劑。 但,如此無理的提升水泥的水和反應雖可於短期間內 得到脫膜強度(依二次製品之形狀與重量而有所不同,大 約而言,大型且具重量之物品的脫膜強度爲8 N/mm2 〜15N/mm2),但其後的強度必會有所降低,因此 爲確保設計的強度故每單位水泥量必須再予提升,而又產 生新的問題。 本發明者對以上以往的凝結促進方法的缺點提出了改 進,即提出使用利用含石膏與硫酸礬土或明礬石與亞一、 酸式亞一、一縮二亞一硫酸鹽之鈣礬石所得之摻石材料( 特開平4-160042號)的方法。 此方法雖可防止因短時間加熱熟化所得之脫膜強度經 本紙張尺度適用中國國家榡準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) (讀先閣讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) '裝. 訂、 —4 — 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2 ) 長期間降低的情形,但因亞硫酸鹽等受硫酸鋁等急劇反鹰 而被抑制,使得爲加速製造周期等目的而使加熱熟化前的 前置熟化時間變得更短,且因加熱速度過快而無法有效地 抑制因熱膨脹所產生的龜裂現象,因而仍有問題存在。 本發明者們爲解決上述問題經重覆深入的研究結果, 發現了可以確保作業時間外,亦可合理的促進凝結,縮短 前置的熟化時間,加速熟成時間亦不會產生熱膨脹之優異 提早脫膜之方法,因而完成了本發明。 即,本發明爲,(1)一種含有石膏類與、硫酸鋁及 /或明礬石與活性二氧化矽之水泥滲合材料。(2)此外 ,更可含有一種或2種以上鹼金屬礬酸鹽、或鹼金屬矽酸 鹽之(Γ)所載的水泥滲合材料。(3)含有一種或二種 以上凝硬物質、潛在水硬性物質之(1 )或(2 )所載的 水泥滲合物。(4) 一種含有水泥與、(1)〜(3)任 一 ·項,所載水泥摻合物之水泥組成物。(5 ) —種混凝土製 品的製造方法,其係使用(1 )〜(3 )任一項所載之水 泥摻合物,與砂漿或混凝土混練,經以模框成型後,以 40〜100 °C加熱熟成而得。 以下將詳細說明本發明。 本發明所使用之石膏類可爲一般稱爲不溶性或難溶性 之I I型無水石膏或二水石膏、半水石膏、可溶性之 I I I型無水石膏,皆具有長期的強度效果。其添加量爲 對水泥1 0 0重量份,換算爲C a S 04最多爲6重量份 ,更佳爲5重量份以下,最佳範圍爲〇 · 2〜4重量份。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公楚) I.
