A kind of energy-saving treatment apparatus for a plurality of waste which includes an incinerator of fixed-bed type; a continuous oxygenless burning furnace of pushrod type; a gas burning furnace; an organic cracking furnace; and an excess air heat saver. The oxygenless burning furnace will take the exhausted burning gas from the incinerator and to destroy the organic within the waste in half-cracking and half-oxidation environment. The gas burning furnace provides the high temperature as 1100 degree C per second that the organic gas from the oxygenless burning in the oxygenless burning furnace can be completed burned out. The organic cracking furnace is connected to the gas burning furnace and takes the high temperature burning gas in which the burning gas exit is installed on top of cracking furnace and feed back the burnable gas to the incinerator and gas burning furnace. The excess air heat saver has a waste heat pipe inside that the inlet of waste heat pipe is connected to the external furnace of cracking furnace to take the waste heat gas and by a fanner to send the air into the heat saver and the air will be contacted with the waste heat gas pipe and pre-heated, then the air will be sent to gas burning furnace, oxygenless burning furnace and incinerator.
