Abstract

A wall or ceiling paneling system and a support stringer therefor in which the stringer has a body with flanges on which are formed spaced apart support lugs, each having a pair of hooks thereon and preferably a second pair of hooks, at least the hooks having inclined surfaces which are adapted to deflect inwardly, during mounting, outwardly directed beads formed on side flanges of a panel, the side flanges then springing out again to allow the beads to become engaged in these hooks.
