Abstract

A cap for pressurized-gas cylinders comprises two half-shells connected to each other, an inner cavity for receiving the cylinder valve, at least one lateral clearance and a clearance on the top side and a device for fastening on the pressurized-gas cylinder, it being possible for the cap to be fitted on the connected pressurized-gas cylinder, without connections of the pressurized-gas cylinder having to be disconnected. The cap may have a carrying device and a supension device.
