Abstract

A temperature compensating circuit for IC devices using the output of a flip-flop to drive a heater, which comprises: delay circuit 1 to delay circuit n which use the heating of the heater and are connected in series between the input terminal and the output terminal; and a selecting circuit selecting one of the output signals of the delay circuits for output by using a selection signal; using a signal of the input terminal to reverse the flip-flop, and using the output signal of the selecting circuit to re-reverse the flip-flop, thereby controlling the amount of heating.
