Abstract
A compound of the formula (I) and stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof, in which Y and the carbon bonded therewith jointly form the following hetrocyclic rings: (1) pyrrole ring, in which the nitrogen atom on the ring can be arbitrarily substituted by C1-C4 acyl, C6-C10 arylsulfonyl, morpholino-C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxyl-C1-C4 alkyl, ally, or C1-C4 alkyl, the carbon atom on the ring can be arbitrarily substituted by halogen, hydroxy, or C1-C4 alkylthio; (2) triazole ring; (3) pyridyl ring which is arbitrarily substituted by C1-C4 alkyl or halogen; or (4) imidazol ring; Z is a group selected from the following: (1) aniline, in which the phenyl ring is arbitrarily substituted by halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, hydroxy, or trifluoromethyl; (2) indolyl-1-yl, in which the phenyl ring is arbitrarily substituted by halogen; (3) indolyl-5-yl amino; (4) 2,3-dihydroindolyl-1-yl, in which the phenyl ring is arbitrarily substituted by C1-C4 alkyl or halogen; (5) indolyl-5-yl amino; (6) benzo[b]thienyl-5-yl amino.
