A testing system of analog/digital converter comprises: precision voltage generator for generating multiple precision voltage output to linear circuit of the analog/digital converter, in which the precision voltage is generated from one reference voltage source via resistor-divided voltage; digital emulator for generating multiple digital signal output to digital unit and linear circuit of the analog/digital converter; and completing testing of analog/digital converter via the precision voltage generator and the digital emulator.
