Abstract

A printing process for complete pattern of window shade blades, which comprises: (1) cutting the pattern to be printed into pre-determined amount of small patterns and assembling the patterns accordingly; (2) separately preparing each small pattern on a printing plate and arranging them sequentially; (3) installing the printing plate on the print roller of a printing machine; (4) selecting window shade blades which have same width as the small pattern; separately installing the blades in the divided space in front of the print roller of the printing machine; (5) using pre-determined amount of suckers to synchronously suck out each window shade blade and feed them into each track of a track transport device; (6) using each track to feed each window shade blade through the PU roller and the support roller under the printing roller so that each window shade blade is printed with a corresponding small pattern; (7) fetching each window shade blade printed with pattern to each track of the output device; (8) sequentially retrieving each window shade blade according to the pattern.
