A continuous wet heat treatment device for fiber filament, which is characterized in that the device comprises of: vapor generator body 1, which maintains at high pressure, high temperature, high moisture content and allows the fiber filament to pass, multiple arms 17, which radially installs from the support cylinders 15 in the shaft direction, rope pulley 18 supported on each arm 17 foreend, multiple sets of endless circular rope 19, which are traversally mounted among each rope pulley of shaft direction of support cylinders, a winding frame consisted of driving mechanism 20, 20, which slowly moves the endless rope 19 to the shaft direction of the support cylinder 15, guide 13, which winds the thread filament in the vapor generator body onto the winding frame, guide 14, which unwinds the thread filament winded on the winding frame and guides to exterior of the vapor generator body, and driving mechanisms 9, 10, 11, 12, which drive guide 13 and 14 at equal speed.
