Abstract

A mounting member is basically provided with a sandwiched portion, a first rib and a second rib. The sandwiched portion is configured to be positioned between a clamp and a handlebar to mount an operating device to the handlebar. The first rib is connected to the sandwiched portion and configured to contact a first outside wall of the clamp to limit relative movement in a first direction between the mounting member and the clamp.
