In one embodiment, the middle section of the handle of the scraper of the present invention has an upper side arc surface and a lower side arc surface opposite to each other, the rear section of the handle is sufficient for a user's hand to hold, the upper side arc The arc surface is enough for the user's thumb to press, and the lower arc surface is enough for the user's index finger to hook.

In one embodiment, the middle section of the handle of the scraper of the present invention has a left arc surface and a right arc surface opposite to each other, the left arc surface is sufficient for the user's thumb to press against, and the right arc The surface is large enough for the user's index finger to hook.

In one embodiment, the cutter head of the scraper of the present invention is made of tungsten steel.

In one embodiment, the cutter head of the scraper of the present invention is a rectangular block or a trapezoidal block integrally formed.

In one embodiment, the width and thickness of the cutter head of the scraper of the present invention are larger than the cutter body, and the length of the cutter head is smaller than the cutter body.

較佳地,刀頭13的寬度W(例如約21mm至22mm)大於該刀體12的寬度W1(例如約19mm至20mm)、該刀頭13的厚度T(例如約4mm至5mm)大於該刀體12的厚度T1(例如約3mm至4mm)及該刀頭13的長度L(例如約3mm至4mm)小於該刀體12的長度L1(例如約44mm至50mm)。 The scraper 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, which includes a handle 11 , a body 12 and a head 13 . The handle 11 has a front section 110 , a middle section 111 and a rear section 112 . A rear end 121 of the cutter body 12 is fixed in the front section 110 of the cutter handle 11 , and the cutter body 12 is made of a first metal, such as iron, preferably cast iron. The cutter head 13 is made of a second metal, such as steel, preferably tungsten steel. In any case, in terms of material selection, the hardness of the second metal used for making the cutter head 13 should be greater than that of the first metal used for making the cutter body 12 . Furthermore, a rear side surface 131 of the cutter head 13 is connected to a front end 120 of the cutter body 12 , and a front side surface 130 of the cutter head 13 is perpendicular to the lower side surface 132 of the cutter head 13 . Preferably, the width W of the cutter head 13 (for example, about 21 mm to 22 mm) is larger than the width W1 of the cutter body 12 (for example, about 19 mm to 20 mm), and the thickness T of the cutter head 13 (for example, about 4 mm to 5 mm) is larger than that of the knife. The thickness T1 (eg, about 3 mm to 4 mm) of the body 12 and the length L (eg, about 3 mm to 4 mm) of the cutter head 13 are smaller than the length L1 (eg, about 44 mm to 50 mm) of the cutter body 12 . In addition, the cutter head 13 is preferably a rectangular block or a trapezoidal block formed integrally.

In this embodiment, the rear side 131 of the cutter head 13 and the front end 120 of the cutter body 12 are connected by welding, but not limited thereto.

4 shows the action of a user holding the scraper of the present invention to scrape off a piece of object to be scraped 2 formed on a sheet metal 3 of an automobile, when the user pushes the scraper 1 in the direction of the force indicated by the arrow A 3 and 4, a cutting edge 134 located at the vertical intersection of the front side 130 of the cutter head 13 and the lower side 132 can destroy and scrape the object to be scraped 2. The objects to be scraped off 2 may be foreign objects such as paint, stains, glue residues, car paint that is hard and firmly adhered to the sheet metal surface, or stubborn rust layers.

The scraper 1a shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the scraper 1 described above, except that the aforementioned scraper 13 is replaced by another scraper 13a. A front side surface 130a of the cutter head 13a is a convex arc surface, so that an edge 134a of the cutter head 13a is in an arc shape. With the curved edge 134a, as shown in FIG. 7, the contact area between the cutter head 13a and the object to be scraped 2 will be greatly reduced (compared to the scraper 1 in the first preferred embodiment above) ), in this way, the resistance of the scraper 1a when it pushes and scrapes the object to be scraped 2 will become smaller and more labor-saving, and at the same time, the force of the scraper 1a to push the object to be scraped 2 will be more concentrated and it is easier to damage the object to be scraped. 2. This means that when the user uses the scraper 1a to push and scrape the object 2 to be scraped off, it will be more labor-saving and smooth.

The scraper 1b shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is a third preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the scraper 1 described above, except that the aforementioned scraper 13 is replaced by another scraper 13b. In other words, the cutter head 13b has a plurality of grooves g spaced along its width W2, and each groove g is concave downward from an upper side surface 133b of the cutter head 13b and penetrates backward from a front side surface 130b. to a rear side surface 131b, so that a tooth t is formed between every two grooves g. As shown in FIG. 10 , the user can first use the teeth t of the scraper 1b to scrape backwards on the object to be scraped 2, thereby scraping out multiple scratches 21 and multiple scraps 22 that are alternated with each other, Next, as shown in FIG. 11 , after turning the scraper 1b over, push forward to scrape the residues 22 of the object to be scraped 2 . In this way, the objects to be scraped 2 in the same area can be scraped off twice, that is, the first scraping (for example, backward scraping) is to scrape off some objects to be scraped 2 (that is, the some scratches 21 to be scraped off 2), the second scraping (for example, forward scraping), then scrape off other to-be-scraped objects 2 (ie, the to-be-scraped residues 22). Therefore, when the user uses the scraper 1b to scrape the objects to be scraped 2 in the same area, he will feel more relaxed and labor-saving (compared to the scraper 1 in the above-mentioned first preferred embodiment).

The scraper 1c shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13 is a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the aforementioned scraper 1b, except that the aforementioned scraper 13b is replaced by another scraper 13c. A front side surface 130c is a convex arc surface. In short, the cutter head 13c is the result of the integration of the cutter head 13b and the cutter head 13a, and thus has both the above-mentioned functions, which will not be repeated.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 , the scrapers 1 to 1 c of the present invention all use the same handle 11 , but it is not limited thereto. In any case, the rear section 112 of the handle 11 is sufficient for the user's hand to hold, and the middle section 111 of the handle 11 has an upper concave arc surface 140 and a lower concave arc surface 141 opposite to each other. The arc surface 140 is sufficient for the user's thumb to press, and the lower arc surface 141 is sufficient for the user's index finger to hook. Preferably, the middle section 111 also has a left concave arc surface 142 and a right concave arc surface 143 opposite to each other, when the user holds any one of the scrapers 1 to 1 c in the posture shown in FIG. 14 . , the left concave arc surface 142 is sufficient for the user's thumb to press, and the right concave arc surface 143 is sufficient for the user's index finger to hook. Regardless of whether the user adopts the posture shown in FIG. 4 or 14 , the user can make the movement through the upper concave arc surface 140 and the lower concave arc surface 141 (or the left concave arc surface 142 and the right concave arc surface 143 ). During the above scraping action, not only can the force be applied stably to facilitate the scraping of the object to be scraped 2, but also it is not easy to slip off, thereby reducing the probability of being injured by touching the surrounding sharp objects due to hand slippage.
