Abstract
本發明提供一種可形成塗膜之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,該塗膜於使用量子點作為背光源之情形時,即便為薄膜,亦可實現優異之顏色再現性。
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物在使用CIE1931表色系統中之C光源作為發光元件所測得之XYZ表色系統中之色度(x,y)值為x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300的色度範圍內形成塗膜時,膜厚為3 μm以下,且將上述塗膜於波長a nm之透射率設為T(a)時,(T(630)-T(600))/(T(600)-T(590))為1.9以上。
Description
本發明係關於一種濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物。
作為實現影像顯示裝置之高畫質化不可或缺之技術,有形成高清晰度濾色器之技術。作為濾色器,存在:於玻璃等透明基板之表面平行配置有2種以上不同色相之微細之帶(stripe)者;或以一定排列縱橫配置有微細之像素者等。
像素尺寸雖為數10~數100 μm之微細尺寸,但需每種色相按規定順序整齊排列。進而,對於各色相之像素,作為基本性能,亦要求色純度及可見光之透射率較高,進而對比度較高。
以往,例如揭示了使用著色組成物形成濾色器,該著色組成物之特徵在於:含有(A)著色劑、(B)黏合劑樹脂及(C)聚合性化合物,且含有C.I.顏料紅264及異吲哚啉系顏料作為(A)著色劑(例如專利文獻1)。
近年,於影像顯示裝置之領域中,要求藉由準確之顏色表現,以豐富之色彩更美麗且自然地顯示影像,該要求不斷提高。
例如,作為紅色,正在追求一種可實現於XYZ表色系統中之色度座標x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300的濾色器。
另一方面,從實現優異之顏色再現性之觀點來看,使用量子點技術之背光源的開發亦在進展中。
作為此種背光源,例如揭示了如下背光源,其於約615 nm至約630 nm之範圍內具有峰值中心波長,且於以半峰全幅值(FWHM)計約25 nm至約60 nm之間之範圍內顯示出狹窄之發光輪廓(例如專利文獻2)。
因此,具備包含量子點之光源之影像顯示裝置所使用之濾色器要求使特定波長(例如615 nm至630 nm)之光高效率地透過的性質。
又,近年,為了使影像顯示裝置薄型化,要求形成薄膜濾色器。
然而,以往之著色組成物無法獲得「可形成『於使用量子點作為背光源之情形時,可實現XYZ表色系統中之色度座標x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300,亦可實現薄膜化』之塗膜,進而,具有『可使包含量子點之光源之光高效率地透過』之性質」的紅色顏料分散組成物,有改善之餘地。

[發明所欲解決之課題]
本發明鑒於上述課題,其目的在於提供一種可形成塗膜之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,該塗膜於使用量子點作為背光源之情形時,即便為薄膜,亦可實現優異之顏色再現性。
[解決課題之技術手段]
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物在使用CIE1931表色系統中之C光源作為發光元件所測得之XYZ表色系統中之色度(x,y)值為x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300的色度範圍內形成塗膜時,膜厚為3 μm以下,且將上述塗膜於波長a nm之透射率設為T(a)時,(T(630)-T(600))/(T(600)-T(590))為1.9以上。
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物較佳為以質量比(C.I.顏料紅179之質量/C.I.顏料黃139之質量)95/5~40/60含有C.I.顏料紅179及C.I.顏料黃139。
又,較佳為相對於上述C.I.顏料紅179與上述C.I.顏料黃139之合計質量,以5~50質量%含有C.I.顏料紫29。
又,較佳為含有顏料分散劑、顏料分散助劑、鹼溶性樹脂及有機溶劑。
又,上述顏料分散劑較佳為含鹼性基之高分子顏料分散劑。
又,上述含鹼性基之高分子顏料分散劑較佳為含有氮原子之丙烯酸系嵌段共聚物。
又,上述顏料分散助劑較佳為含磺酸基之顏料分散助劑。
又,本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物較佳為用於具備包含量子點之光源之影像顯示裝置之濾色器。
以下,對本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物進行詳細說明。
<濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物>
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物在使用CIE1931表色系統中之C光源作為發光元件所測得之XYZ表色系統中之色度(x,y)值為x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300的色度範圍內形成塗膜時,膜厚為3 μm以下,且將上述塗膜於波長a nm之透射率設為T(a)時,(T(630)-T(600))/(T(600)-T(590))為1.9以上。
此處,上述XYZ表色系統中之色度(x,y)值意指使用CIE1931XYZ表色系統中之C光源測得之色度值。
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物在使用CIE1931表色系統中之C光源作為發光元件所測得之XYZ表色系統中之色度(x,y)值為x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300的色度範圍內形成塗膜時,膜厚為3 μm以下。
藉由具有此種膜厚,可獲得具有優異之顏色表現性之濾色器。
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物使用CIE1931表色系統中之C光源作為發光元件所測得之XYZ表色系統中之色度(x,y)值處於x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300的範圍內,於該色度範圍內形成塗膜時,將於波長a nm之透射率設為T(a)時,(T(630)-T(600))/(T(600)-T(590))為1.9以上。
藉由具有此種透射率,可獲得具有優異之顏色表現性之濾色器。
上述(T(630)-T(600))/(T(600)-T(590))較佳為2.0以上。
再者,關於透射率之測定方法,可藉由分光光度計(島津製作所公司製造之UV-2500PC,C光源2°視野)進行測定。
(顏料)
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物較佳為以質量比(C.I.顏料紅179之質量/C.I.顏料黃139之質量)95/5~40/60含有C.I.顏料紅179及C.I.顏料黃139。
藉由以特定質量比含有C.I.顏料紅179及C.I.顏料黃139,可將上述特定色度座標時之膜厚適宜控制為3 μm以下。
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物較佳為相對於上述C.I.顏料紅179與上述C.I.顏料黃139之合計質量,以5~50質量%含有C.I.顏料紫29。
藉由含有特定量之C.I.顏料紫29,可將上述特定色度座標時之膜厚更適宜控制為3 μm以下。
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物可於不損及本發明之作用效果之範圍內含有以往之紅色顏料分散組成物所使用之紅色顏料、橙色顏料及黃色顏料。
作為此種顏料,可例舉C.I.顏料紅177、C.I.顏料紅254、C.I.顏料紅291等。
(顏料分散劑)
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物較佳為含有顏料分散劑、顏料分散助劑、鹼溶性樹脂及有機溶劑。
首先,對顏料分散劑進行說明。
作為上述顏料分散劑,可使用以往於濾色器領域所使用之具有鹼性基之高分子顏料分散劑。
作為上述具有鹼性基之高分子顏料分散劑,例如可例舉如下化合物。
(1)多胺化合物(例如聚烯丙胺、聚乙烯胺、聚乙烯聚亞胺等聚(低級)伸烷基胺等)之胺基及/或亞胺基與選自由具有游離羧基之聚酯、聚醯胺及聚酯醯胺所組成之群中之至少1種的反應產物。
(2)分子內具有至少1個選自由聚酯側鏈、聚醚側鏈及聚丙烯酸側鏈所組成之群中之至少1種側鏈及至少1個含鹼性氮之基的碳二醯亞胺系化合物。
(3)聚(低級)伸烷基亞胺、甲基亞胺基雙丙基胺等低分子胺基化合物與具有游離羧基之聚酯的反應產物。
(4)使甲氧基聚乙二醇等醇類或己內酯聚酯等具有1個羥基之聚酯類、具有2~3個異氰酸基反應性官能基之化合物、具有異氰酸基反應性官能基及三級胺基之脂肪族或雜環式烴化合物依次與聚異氰酸酯化合物之異氰酸基反應而成的反應產物。
(5)使聚異氰酸酯化合物及具有胺基之烴化合物與具有醇性羥基之丙烯酸酯之聚合物反應而成的反應產物。
(6)對低分子胺基化合物加成聚醚鏈而成之反應產物。
(7)使具有胺基之化合物與具有異氰酸基之化合物反應而成之反應產物。
(8)使具有游離羧基之線性聚合物及具有1個二級胺基之有機胺化合物與多環氧化合物反應而成的反應產物。
(9)單末端具有可與胺基反應之官能基之聚碳酸酯化合物與多胺化合物的反應產物。
(10)「選自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸硬脂酯、甲基丙烯酸苄酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸硬脂酯、丙烯酸苄酯等甲基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸酯之至少1種」、「丙烯醯胺、甲基丙烯醯胺、N-羥甲基醯胺、乙烯基咪唑、乙烯基吡啶、具有胺基及聚己內酯骨架之單體等含鹼性基之聚合性單體之至少1種」、與「苯乙烯、苯乙烯衍生物、其他聚合性單體之至少1種」的共聚物。
(11)由具有三級胺基、四級銨鹽基等鹼性基之嵌段及不具有鹼性官能基之嵌段所構成之含有氮原子的丙烯酸系嵌段共聚物等。
(12)使聚碳酸酯化合物與聚烯丙胺進行麥可加成反應所獲得之顏料分散劑。
(13)具有至少1個聚丁二烯鏈及至少1個含鹼性氮之基的碳二醯亞胺系化合物。
(14)分子內具有至少1個具有醯胺基之側鏈及至少1個含鹼性氮之基的碳二醯亞胺系化合物。
(15)含有具有氧化乙烯鏈及氧化丙烯鏈之構成單元,且具有經四級化劑四級化之胺基的聚胺酯系化合物。
(16)一種使「分子內具有三聚異氰酸酯環之異氰酸酯化合物之異氰酸基」與「分子內具有活性氫基且具有咔唑環及/或偶氮苯骨架之化合物之活性氫基」反應而獲得之化合物,且於該化合物之分子內,相對於源自具有三聚異氰酸酯環之異氰酸酯化合物之異氰酸基與藉由異氰酸基與活性氫基之反應所產生之胺酯(urethane)鍵及脲鍵的合計,咔唑環及偶氮苯骨架之數量為15~85%。
上述顏料分散劑可使用1種或併用2種以上使用。
從適宜發揮顏料分散性之觀點來看,上述顏料分散劑較佳為含有氮原子之丙烯酸樹脂系高分子顏料分散劑,更佳為由具有胺基、四級銨鹽基等鹼性基之嵌段及不具有鹼性官能基之嵌段所構成之丙烯酸系嵌段共聚物。
關於上述含有氮原子之丙烯酸樹脂系高分子顏料分散劑,進而較佳為包含由側鏈具有四級銨鹽基及胺基中之至少一者之A嵌段及不具有四級銨鹽基及胺基之B嵌段所構成之A-B嵌段共聚物及B-A-B嵌段共聚物中的至少一者。
於本發明之濾色器用顏料分散組成物中,相對於上述顏料100質量份,顏料分散劑之含量較佳為1~100質量份,更佳為1~60質量份。
若相對於上述顏料100質量份,上述顏料分散劑之含量小於1質量份,則有顏料分散效果降低之情況,另一方面,於相對於上述顏料100質量份,上述顏料分散劑之含量超過100質量份之情形時,有顯影性降低等之虞。
(顏料分散助劑)
作為上述顏料分散助劑,可使用以往於濾色器領域所使用之顏料分散助劑,但從適宜發揮顏料分散性之觀點來看,較佳為含磺酸基之顏料分散助劑。
作為上述含磺酸基之顏料分散助劑,更佳為具有偶氮基及萘酚骨架之化合物之磺化物。
藉由使上述含磺酸基之顏料分散助劑含有上述具有偶氮基及萘酚骨架之化合物,可適宜提高使用本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物所獲得之濾色器之亮度,提高分散性。
作為上述具有偶氮基及萘酚骨架之化合物,可例舉C.I.顏料紅2、112、188、C.I.顏料棕25等。
上述具有偶氮基及萘酚骨架之化合物之磺化物可藉由使上述具有偶氮基及萘酚骨架之化合物磺化而獲得。
磺化方法並無特別限定,可使用公知之方法。
其中,從更適宜提高使用本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物所獲得之濾色器之亮度之觀點來看,較佳為C.I.顏料紅188之磺化物,從適宜提高上述顏料之分散穩定性,進而提高使用本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物所獲得之濾色器之對比度之觀點來看,更佳為C.I.顏料紅2之磺化物。
上述顏料分散助劑可使用1種或併用2種以上使用。
作為上述顏料分散助劑之含量,以濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物之總質量為基準,較佳為0.1~5質量%,更佳為0.5~3質量%。
(鹼溶性樹脂)
上述鹼溶性樹脂並無特別限定,可使用以往所使用者,較佳為對上述顏料發揮黏合劑之作用,且於製造濾色器時對其顯影處理步驟中所使用之顯影液(較佳為鹼性顯影液)具有可溶性者。
作為上述鹼溶性樹脂,可為無規共聚物,亦可為嵌段共聚物。
上述鹼溶性樹脂中,較佳為具有羧基者,尤其更佳為由具有1個以上之羧基之乙烯性不飽和單體及其他可共聚之乙烯性不飽和單體所構成之共聚物。
作為上述鹼溶性樹脂,具體而言,可例舉:「丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸等具有羧基之乙烯性不飽和單體」與「選自可與具有羧基之乙烯性不飽和單體共聚之苯乙烯、丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、丙烯酸烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯、丙烯酸苄酯、甲基丙烯酸苄酯、丙烯酸環己酯、甲基丙烯酸環己酯、單丙烯酸甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯、N-苯基順丁烯二醯亞胺、聚苯乙烯巨單體、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯巨單體、卡多環氧二丙烯酸酯(cardoepoxy diacrylate)等單體、低聚物類之群之至少1種乙烯性不飽和單體」的共聚物。
但是,較理想為不使用N-乙烯基吡咯啶酮、含硫元素之單體。又,上述鹼溶性樹脂可具有光聚合性官能基。
作為上述鹼溶性樹脂之酸值,就顯影特性之方面而言,較佳為5~250 mgKOH/g,更佳為10~200 mgKOH/g,進而較佳為60~150 mgKOH/g。
再者,於本發明中,上述酸值為理論酸值,係基於具有羧基之乙烯性不飽和單體及其含量以算術方式求出之值。
就顯影特性或於有機溶劑中之溶解性之方面而言,上述鹼溶性樹脂之重量平均分子量通常較佳為1,000~100,000,更佳為3,000~50,000,進而較佳為7,000~20,000。
再者,於本說明書中,上述鹼溶性樹脂之重量平均分子量係基於GPC所獲得之聚苯乙烯換算之重量平均分子量。又,可使用Water2690(沃特斯公司製造)作為裝置,使用PLgel 5 μm MIXED-D(Agilent Technologies公司製造)作為管柱進行測定。
相對於上述顏料100質量份,上述鹼溶性樹脂之含量較佳為1~200質量份,更佳為10~150質量份。
若相對於上述顏料100質量份,上述鹼溶性樹脂之含量未達1質量份,有顯影特性降低之虞。另一方面,若相對於上述顏料100質量份,上述鹼溶性樹脂之含量超過200質量份,則有著色劑濃度相對降低,故而薄膜難以達成目標顏色濃度之虞。
關於上述鹼溶性樹脂,較佳為一級、二級及三級胺基均不含,進而亦不含四級銨基。
更佳為進而不具有鹼性基。
(其他樹脂)
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物可含有其他樹脂。
作為上述其他樹脂,較佳為使用於可見光區域之400~700 nm之全波長區域中透射率更高之樹脂。
作為此種樹脂,可使用熱固性樹脂、熱塑性樹脂、上述以外之鹼溶性樹脂,又,可使用下述光聚合性化合物。
關於上述其他樹脂,相對於濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物之總固形物成分,以質量分率計,所使用之其他樹脂之合計量較佳為5~94質量%,更佳為20~50質量%。
作為上述熱固性樹脂或熱塑性樹脂,例如可例舉:丁醛樹脂、苯乙烯-馬來酸共聚物、氯化聚乙烯、氯化聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚胺酯系樹脂、酚樹脂、聚酯樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、醇酸樹脂、苯乙烯樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂、橡膠系樹脂、環化橡膠、環氧樹脂、纖維素類、聚丁二烯、聚醯亞胺樹脂、苯并胍胺(benzoguanamine)樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、脲樹脂等。
再者,亦可視需要摻合下述濾色器用顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物中所記載之光聚合性樹脂。
(有機溶劑)
作為上述有機溶劑,適宜使用以往於液晶濾色器抗蝕劑領域所使用之有機溶劑。
作為上述有機溶劑,具體而言,為於常壓(1.013×102
kPa)之沸點為100~220℃之酯系有機溶劑、醚系有機溶劑、醚酯系有機溶劑、酮系有機溶劑、芳香族烴系有機溶劑、含氮系有機溶劑等。
若作為上述有機溶劑,大量含有沸點超過220℃之有機溶劑,則對塗佈濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物或下述濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物而成之塗膜進行預烘烤時,存在有機溶劑未充分蒸發而殘存於乾燥塗膜內,乾燥塗膜之耐熱性降低之虞。
又,若作為上述有機溶劑,大量含有沸點未達100℃之有機溶劑,則有難以均勻塗佈,無法獲得表面平滑性優異之塗膜之虞。
作為上述有機溶劑,具體而言,可例示:乙二醇單甲醚、乙二醇單***、乙二醇單異丙醚、乙二醇單丁醚、二乙二醇單甲醚、二乙二醇單***、丙二醇單甲醚、丙二醇單***、丙二醇單丁醚、二乙二醇二***、二乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇甲基乙基醚等醚系有機溶劑;乙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯、乙二醇單***乙酸酯、乙二醇單丁醚乙酸酯、丙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇單***乙酸酯等醚酯系有機溶劑;甲基異丁基酮、環己酮、2-庚酮、δ-丁內酯等酮系有機溶劑;2-羥基丙酸甲酯、2-羥基丙酸乙酯、2-羥基-2-甲基丙酸乙酯、丙酸3-甲基-3-甲氧基丁酯、3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯、3-甲氧基丙酸乙酯、3-乙氧基丙酸甲酯、3-乙氧基丙酸乙酯、乙氧基乙酸乙酯、羥基乙酸乙酯、甲酸正戊酯等酯系有機溶劑;甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、丁醇、二丙酮醇等醇系溶劑;N-甲基吡咯啶酮、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺等含氮系有機溶劑等。
該等可單獨使用或混合2種以上使用。
上述有機溶劑中,就溶解性、分散性、塗佈性等方面而言,較佳為二乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇甲基乙基醚、乙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇單***乙酸酯、環己酮、2-庚酮、2-羥基丙酸乙酯、丙酸3-甲基-3-甲氧基丁酯、3-甲氧基丙酸乙酯、3-乙氧基丙酸甲酯、甲酸正戊酯等,更佳為丙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯。
從使上述鹼溶性樹脂之溶解性、顏料分散性、塗佈性等良好之觀點來看,以濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物之總質量為基準,上述有機溶劑之含量較佳為30~80質量%,更佳為35~75質量%。
(濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物之製造方法)
關於本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物之製造方法,可藉由添加上述各種成分,進行混合及碾磨而獲得本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物。
關於上述各種成分之添加方法,例如可於製作複數種含有1種顏料之顏料分散液後,將所製作之顏料分散液彼此混合而製作濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物。
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物較佳為用於具備包含量子點之光源之影像顯示裝置之濾色器。
作為上述量子點,例如可使用日本特表2013-539598號公報所揭示之量子點。
<濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物>
上述濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物可藉由如下方式獲得,即,除了上述本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物之外,再添加鹼溶性樹脂、光聚合性化合物、光聚合起始劑、有機溶劑及視需要使用之添加劑等。
(濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物)
上述濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物含有上述本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物。
以本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之總質量為基準,上述濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物之含量較佳為30~80質量%,更佳為40~75質量%。
(鹼溶性樹脂)
作為上述鹼溶性樹脂,可適當選擇使用上述本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物中所記載之鹼溶性樹脂。
以本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之總質量為基準,上述鹼溶性樹脂之含量較佳為1~35質量%,更佳為3~30質量%。
(光聚合性化合物)
作為上述光聚合性化合物,可例舉於分子內具有1個以上之光聚合性不飽和鍵之單體、低聚物等。光聚合性不飽和鍵係藉由下述光聚合起始劑因紫外線或電子束等活性能量線而分解時所產生之自由基或陽離子之作用可聚合的不飽和鍵。
作為於分子內具有1個上述光聚合性不飽和鍵之單體,可例示:(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯等甲基丙烯酸烷基酯或丙烯酸烷基酯;甲基丙烯酸苄酯、丙烯酸苄酯等甲基丙烯酸芳烷基酯或丙烯酸芳烷基酯;甲基丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯、丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯等甲基丙烯酸烷氧基烷基酯或丙烯酸烷氧基烷基酯;甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基胺基乙酯、丙烯酸N,N-二甲基胺基乙酯等甲基丙烯酸胺基烷基酯或丙烯酸胺基烷基酯;二乙二醇***、三乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚等聚伸烷基二醇烷基醚之甲基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸酯;六乙二醇苯醚等聚伸烷基二醇芳基醚之甲基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸酯;甲基丙烯酸異莰酯或丙烯酸異莰酯;甲基丙烯酸甘油酯或丙烯酸甘油酯;甲基丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯或丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯等。

(光聚合起始劑)
作為上述光聚合起始劑,並無特別限定,只要藉由照射紫外線或電子束等活性能量線可產生自由基或陽離子即可,例如可例舉:二苯甲酮、N,N'-四乙基-4,4'-二胺基二苯甲酮、4-甲氧基-4'-二甲基胺基二苯甲酮、二苯乙二酮、2,2-二乙氧基苯乙酮、安息香、安息香甲醚、安息香異丁醚、二苯乙二酮二甲基縮酮、α-羥基異丁基苯酮、噻噸酮(thioxanthone)、2-氯噻噸酮、1-羥基環己基苯基酮、第三丁基蒽醌、1-氯蒽醌、2,3-二氯蒽醌、3-氯-2-甲基蒽醌、2-乙基蒽醌、1,4-萘醌、1,2-苯并蒽醌、1,4-二甲基蒽醌、2-苯基蒽醌、2-甲基-1[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-2-嗎福林基丙烷-1-酮、2-(二甲基胺基)-1-(4-嗎福林基苯基)-2-苄基-1-丁酮、三系光聚合起始劑等。
上述光聚合起始劑可使用1種或併用2種以上使用。
以本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之總質量為基準,上述光聚合起始劑之含量較佳為0.1~5質量%,更佳為0.5~3質量%。
(有機溶劑)
作為上述有機溶劑,可適當選擇使用上述本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物中所記載之有機溶劑。
以本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之總質量為基準,上述有機溶劑之含量較佳為1~40質量%,更佳為5~35質量%。
(其他添加劑)
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物可於不損及本發明之效果之範圍內含有添加劑。
作為上述添加劑,可例舉熱聚合抑制劑、矽烷偶合劑、鈦酸酯偶合劑、紫外線吸收劑及抗氧化劑等各種添加劑。
(濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之製造方法)
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之製造方法並無特別限定,可藉由含有上述材料,藉由公知之方法進行混合、碾磨而獲得。
<濾色器>
本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物可用於形成濾色器。
上述濾色器具備紅色濾色片段、綠色濾色片段及藍色濾色片段,其中,紅色濾色片段係由本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物形成。
上述綠色濾色片段及上述藍色濾色片段可藉由公知之材料及方法形成。
由本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物形成之濾色器例如可適當選擇使用印刷法或光刻法等公知之方法。
<顯示裝置>
上述濾色器可用作顯示裝置。
作為上述顯示裝置,並無特別限定,只要包含上述本發明之濾色器即可,可例舉公知之液晶顯示裝置或觸控面板等。
作為上述顯示裝置之光源,較佳為包含上述量子點。
[發明之效果]
本發明可提供一種濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其於使用量子點作為背光源之情形時,可形成即便為薄膜亦可實現優異之顏色再現性之塗膜。

關於實施例及比較例所製作之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之黏度,使用E型黏度計(東機產業公司製造,R100型黏度計,型號RE100L)測定於25℃之黏度。將其結果示於表4。

對於實施例及比較例所製作之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物,分別將其取至玻璃瓶中並塞緊,按照下述評價基準評價於40℃、5℃及室溫(23℃)各溫度下保存1個月後之狀態。將其結果示於表4。

(塗膜之膜厚)
使用旋轉塗佈機將實施例及比較例之濾色器用顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物分別塗佈於玻璃基板上,於100℃預烘烤3分鐘。此時,以形成色度x(下述後烘烤後之值)不同之2個塗膜之方式塗佈各抗蝕劑組成物,製作2張塗佈板。即,改變旋轉塗佈機之轉速而改變厚度,使2張中之1張之色度x必小於0.6800,使另一張之色度x必大於0.6800。
繼而,將各塗佈板曝光於高壓水銀燈下,進而於230℃後烘烤30分鐘。其後,於塗佈板之3 mm之範圍內用切割機劃出3個劃痕,使用表面粗糙度測定器(KLA-Tencor Corporation製造之表面輪廓儀ALPHA-STEP IQ)進行掃描,測定深度。算出3處之平均值,作為塗膜之膜厚。對於各塗膜,根據以上述方式準備之2張塗佈板之測定值求出近似直線(校準曲線),算出色度x為0.6800時之膜厚,用作實施例及比較例之膜厚。
(塗膜之亮度)
對於藉由上述方法所獲得之各濾色器用顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之塗佈板,利用分光光度計(島津製作所公司製造,UV-2500PC,C光源2°視野)測定亮度Y。對於上述塗佈板上所形成之各塗膜,根據以上述方式準備之2張塗佈板之亮度值Y求出近似直線(校準曲線),算出色度x為0.6800時之值,用作實施例及比較例之亮度值Y。
(塗膜之y值)
對於藉由上述方法所獲得之各濾色器用顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之塗佈板,利用分光光度計(島津製作所公司製造,UV-2500PC,C光源2°視野)測定色度y值。對於上述塗佈板上所形成之各塗膜,根據以上述方式準備之2張塗佈板之色度y求出近似直線(校準曲線),算出色度x為0.6800時之y值,用作實施例及比較例之y值。
(塗膜之透射率)
對於藉由上述方法所獲得之各濾色器用顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物之塗佈板,藉由分光光度計(島津製作所公司製造,UV-2500PC,C光源2°視野),自波長590 nm至670 nm,每隔10 nm測定透射率。
對於上述各波長,根據以上述方式準備之2張塗佈板之透射率之值求出近似直線(校準曲線),算出色度x為0.6800時之值,用作實施例及比較例之透射率。
又,算出將於波長a nm之透射率設為T(a)時之(T(630)-T(600))/(T(600)-T(590))。將其結果示於表4。

本發明之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物於使用量子點作為背光源之情形時,可形成即便為薄膜亦可實現優異之顏色再現性之塗膜,故而適宜用作液晶顯示裝置或觸控面板等之濾色器所使用之濾色器用紅色顏料分散抗蝕劑組成物。

Claims (8)
- 一種濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其在使用CIE1931表色系統中之C光源作為發光元件所測得之XYZ表色系統中之色度(x,y)值為x=0.6700~0.6900且y=0.3100~0.3300的色度範圍內形成塗膜時,膜厚為3 μm以下,且將上述塗膜於波長a nm之透射率設為T(a)時,(T(630)-T(600))/(T(600)-T(590))為1.9以上。
- 如請求項1之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其以質量比(C.I.顏料紅179之質量/C.I.顏料黃139之質量)95/5~40/60含有C.I.顏料紅179及C.I.顏料黃139。
- 如請求項2之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其中,相對於上述C.I.顏料紅179與上述C.I.顏料黃139之合計質量,以5~50質量%含有C.I.顏料紫29。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其含有顏料分散劑、顏料分散助劑、鹼溶性樹脂及有機溶劑。
- 如請求項4之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其中,上述顏料分散劑為含鹼性基之高分子顏料分散劑。
- 如請求項5之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其中,上述含鹼性基之高分子顏料分散劑為含有氮原子之丙烯酸系嵌段共聚物。
- 如請求項4至6中任一項之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其中,上述顏料分散助劑為含磺酸基之顏料分散助劑。
- 如請求項1至7中任一項之濾色器用紅色顏料分散組成物,其用於具備包含量子點之光源之影像顯示裝置之濾色器。
