Description

Compost biological separation method and culture component

The present invention relates to the cultivation technology of compost and compost organisms, especially those who can assist in separating compost organisms.

Composting organisms (such as earthworms, black water flies, bread bugs, etc.) can help decompose organic waste to quickly form organic fertilizers, but also have considerable economic value (for example, as feed, bait, etc.), so they need to be composted. Further separate the decomposed matter and composting organisms. The common sorting method is manual sorting, but the manual sorting method has many inconveniences, poor sorting efficiency, and hygiene concerns.

To this end, there are currently companies developing "live breeding structures" such as the Republic of China New Patent Announcement No. M522565, which mainly include: a body, at least one rotating member, a filter and a bearing member. The body forms an accommodating space for accommodating organisms and biological breeding materials. The rotating member is used to drive the body to rotate. The filter net is movably set on the body and used for filtering biological breeding materials. The carrier is provided for the body to be erected to accommodate the filtered product of the filter.

However, the previous case mentioned above uses a rotating method to separate organisms. On the one hand, it requires power (such as human power or electricity) to rotate the body, on the other hand, it may also damage the organism.

Another company has developed a new type of patent publication No. M546099 of the Republic of China, "Anti-odor, anti-insect, breeding box with simple function to collect earthworms and feces", which is composed of breeding boxes and feeding boxes, which can mainly use earthworms to prevent light. It is customary to drive the earthworms back to the breeding box by lighting the heat lamp in the lid of the feeding box. However, the use of heat lamps requires power.

Therefore, in order to better separate composting organisms, the present inventors propose a composting organisms separation method, which includes: locating an attractant at a composting space adjacent to one of the composting organisms, so as to induce the odor by one of the attractants The composting organisms leave the composting space.

Further, pre-watering one of the to-be-decomposed objects in the composting space so that the humidity of the to-be-decomposed objects increases from top to bottom due to the difference in gravity and drying speed. The composting organism is an earthworm. Humidity distribution causes the earthworm to move down to eat gradually due to its hygroscopicity, so that one of the earthworm excreta excreted by the earthworm is located at a relatively high place in the decomposed matter.

The invention is also a culture component for assisting in separating a composting organism. The culture component includes: a culture container and a collection container. The cultivation container defines a composting space and a through hole. The composting space is used for setting a to-be-decomposed product and the composting organism. The through hole communicates with the composting space. The collection container is detachably connected to the culture container so that a collection space of the collection container communicates with the through hole to induce a odor generated by an attractant of the collection space to induce the composting organism to move from the composting space to the collection space.

Further, the culture container further includes a barrier, the barrier is located in the through hole, and the size of one of the barriers perforated corresponds to the composting organism.

Further, the culture container includes a first connecting tube portion that extends from the through hole, and the collection container includes a second connecting tube portion, the second connecting tube portion defines a channel that communicates with the channel In the collecting space, the second connecting pipe portion is detachably connected to the first connecting pipe portion.

Further, it further includes a cover body for covering the through hole by detachably connecting the culture container through the cover body when the collection container is detached from the culture container.

Further, the composting organism is any one or combination of an earthworm, a black water fly, and a breadworm.

Further, the culture container is relatively higher than the collection container, so that the attractant is located relatively lower than the composting space, and the attractant is a liquid fertilizer.

According to the above technical features, the following effects can be achieved:

1. Use the smell of the attractant to attract composting creatures to leave the composting space, without the need for manpower and other methods to drive the composting creatures, the separation effect is good and the composting creatures will not be hurt.

2. When the attractant is liquid fertilizer, it can produce a strong smell to speed up the separation of compost biological.

3. The attractant is lower than the compost space, so that the smell can float to the compost space, which helps to lure compost organisms.

4. When the composting organism is an earthworm, watering can be used to generate an increasing humidity distribution from top to bottom in order to use the hygroscopicity of the earthworm to make the earthworm gradually move down to eat due to the hygroscopicity. One of the earthworm excreta excreted by the earthworm can be located at a relatively high place of the decomposed material, which is convenient for subsequent sorting of the earthworm feces, and on the other hand, the earthworm can be naturally moved to the bottom of the culture container, which is convenient for subsequent separation and collection.

5. Use the perforation of the barrier to let the composting organisms pass through, and block the debris other than the composting organisms from entering the collection container, so as to better separate the composting organisms.

6. Composting organisms can be earthworms, bread worms, black water flies, etc., the implementation is not limited.
