在一實施例中,通過記錄電子名片與團體之間的關係,使得所有歸屬於該團體的成員均可以獲得對該電子名片的存取權限,使得該電子名片與最初獲得該電子名片的成員之間實現解耦,使得該電子名片沉澱至團體中,能夠在團體內的成員之間實現對電子名片的共用。 例如,當任一用戶加入所述團體時,可以向所述任一用戶賦予對所述電子名片的存取權限;當所述任一用戶離開所述團體時,可以取消所述任一用戶對所述電子名片的存取權限。 在一實施例中,可以記錄所述電子名片與獲得所述電子名片的成員在所述團體的組織架構中對應的組織節點之間的映射關係,從而向所述團體中對應於所述組織節點的成員賦予對所述電子名片的存取權限。其中,成員在組織架構中對應的組織節點,表徵了該成員的部門、專案組、職位等資訊,當然還可以表徵更多維度的資訊,本說明書並不對此進行限制。通過記錄電子名片與該組織節點之間的映射關係,使得該電子名片被某一成員獲得後,不僅由該成員所保留,還可以進一步沉澱至該團體的組織架構中,使得該電子名片與具體的成員之間解耦。 在一實施例中,通過向團體中對應於組織節點的成員賦予該獲取許可權,使得即便該組織節點對應的成員發生變更時,變更後成員也可以直接獲得變更前成員所能夠查看到的電子名片,既簡化了成員之間的交接過程,也可以避免成員離職後不主動交接電子名片而造成的損失,確保變更後成員能夠順利地開展相關工作。 在一實施例中,當所述團體中對應於所述組織節點的成員發生變化時,可以將變化後成員的電子名片推送至所述電子名片對應的目標用戶。可見,通過記錄電子名片與組織節點之間的映射關係,使得該組織節點對應的成員發送變化時,該電子名片對應的目標用戶能夠快速獲知相關的變化情況,便於目標用戶及時進行回應或處理,確保雙方之間始終維持健康、高效的合作關係。 在一實施例中,可以確定所述團體的組織架構中與所述組織節點相關的關聯節點,並向所述團體中對應於所述關聯節點的成員賦予對所述電子名片的獲取許可權。例如,該組織節點與該關聯節點可以處於同一部門,那麼當該組織節點對應的成員獲得某一電子名片後,可使該關聯節點對應的成員具備對該電子名片的獲取許可權,便於該關聯節點對應的成員與該電子名片對應的目標用戶進行溝通、交互,可以將組織節點對應的成員與目標用戶之間的溝通對接,擴展為整個部門的成員與該目標用戶之間的溝通對接。 在一實施例中,可以記錄所述電子名片被獲取時對應的場景資訊;其中,所述場景資訊被用於對所述電子名片進行分類展示。例如,當場景資訊包括時間資訊時,可以按照時間倒序對各個場景資訊對應的電子名片進行依次展示。再例如,當場景資訊包括地點資訊時,可以產生對應於各個地點的分類標籤,本端用戶可以通過觸發對應的分類標籤,查看在相應地點處獲取的電子名片。通過將電子名片與對應的場景資訊進行關聯儲存,使得即便用戶由於間隔時間較長而造成暫時性的遺忘,也可以在查看電子名片時,根據相關聯的場景資訊快速聯想到獲取該電子名片時的相關記憶,或者可以根據場景資訊快速查找到對應的電子名片,協助用戶高效完成相關事件。 在一實施例中,場景資訊可以包括以下至少之一:時間、地點、與所述時間相關的預規劃事件、與所述地點相關的預規劃事件、與所述時間和所述地點相關的預規劃事件等,本說明書並不對此進行限制。 其中,預規劃事件可以包括本端用戶預先設定、規劃的任意事件,比如行程安排、待提醒事項等,本說明書並不對此進行限制。例如,當行程安排中包括“9.18下午2點與企業AA的工作人員接洽項目X的相關安排”時,如果在9.18下午2點附近(如前後半小時內)獲取了電子名片,可以認為該電子名片很可能與上述的行程安排相關,可以獲取該行程安排,以作為該電子名片對應的場景資訊。再例如,當待提醒事項中包括“XX酒店談項目Y”時,如果獲取電子名片時,電子設備的GPS定位資訊處於XX酒店處,可以認為該電子名片很可能與上述的待提醒事項相關,可以獲取該待提醒事項、以作為該電子名片對應的場景資訊。 在一實施例中,可以根據目標用戶對所述電子名片實施的名片更新操作,對所述電子名片進行資料更新。因此,當目標用戶對電子名片實施名片更新操作時,比如變更電話號碼、職位等,團體中的成員能夠及時、準確、自動獲取更新後的電子名片,而無需目標用戶主動告知或團體中的成員主動索取,能夠快捷地實現對電子名片的自動更新。 在一實施例中,當所述團體中的任一成員未獲得對所述電子名片的存取權限時,所述電子名片的至少一部分內容對所述任一成員處於隱藏狀態。當伺服器接收到所述任一成員針對所述電子名片發起的許可權獲取請求時,可以將所述許可權獲取請求轉發至獲得所述電子名片的成員;以及,根據獲得所述電子名片的成員返回的確認訊息,向所述任一成員賦予對所述電子名片的存取權限。換言之,在某一成員(即獲得所述電子名片的成員)獲取電子名片,並將該電子名片與該某一成員所屬的團體進行關聯後,相當於將該電子名片分享至該某一成員所屬的團體中的其他成員(如上述的任一成員),使得其他成員能夠查看到該電子名片的內容。而在本實施例中,對電子名片的查看存在一定限制,即需要獲得該某一成員的同意和授權後,該某一成員所屬的團體中的其他成員才能夠看到電子名片的所有內容,否則僅能夠看到諸如姓名、職位等基本內容、無法查看到聯繫方式等其他的至少一部分內容,使得電子名片的分享情況受控於該某一成員。 在一實施例中,所述電子名片與獲得所述電子名片的成員之間的關聯關係對所述任一成員可見;所述許可權獲取請求的請求對象被所述任一成員指定為獲得所述電子名片的成員。比如當該任一成員查看電子名片時,可以同時查看到該電子名片由某一成員所分享,使得該任一成員發起針對該電子名片的許可權獲取請求時,可以將該某一成員指定為請求物件,而該某一成員能夠相應接收所述任一成員向所述本端用戶發起的針對所述電子名片的許可權獲取請求。 在一實施例中,所述關聯關係對所述任一成員不可見;比如當該任一成員查看電子名片時,無法獲知該電子名片由哪個用戶所分享,可以保護分享者(即上述的獲得所述電子名片的成員,如某一成員)的身份隱私,避免該任一用戶私下聯繫該分享者,防止對分享者造成不良影響,使得分享者無需礙於與該任一用戶之間的私交或上下級壓力而必須分享上述的電子名片。相應地,當接收到所述任一成員針對所述電子名片發起的許可權獲取請求時,伺服器可以根據所述關聯關係將所述許可權獲取請求轉發至獲得所述電子名片的成員;換言之,由於伺服器能夠獲知電子名片的分享者,使得該任一用戶無需獲知電子名片的分享者,只需要向伺服器指明許可權獲取請求所針對的電子名片,即可由伺服器向相應的分享者轉發該許可權獲取請求。 圖4是一示例性實施例之三提供的一種電子名片的管理方法的流程圖。如圖4所示,該方法應用於電子設備(例如圖1所示的手機13~15等),可以包括以下步驟: 步驟402,確定被選取的電子名片。 在一實施例中,電子名片可以通過任意方式被獲取,本說明書並不對此進行限制。 例如,電子設備可以接收臨近電子設備主動發送的電子名片;換言之,電子名片的發送操作可以是單方面觸發實現的。再例如,電子設備可以主動向臨近電子設備發送本端用戶的電子名片,並接收所述臨近電子設備返回的電子名片;換言之,電子名片應當基於交換原則進行相互發送。 其中,在電子設備與臨近電子設備之間發送電子名片時,可以通過多種方式實現。比如電子設備可以基於藍牙、WIFI等與該臨近電子設備建立近場通訊連接,或者電子設備可以與臨近電子設備建立遠端通訊連接(例如基於4G或5G等類型的行動通訊技術),則電子設備可以基於該近場通訊連接或者遠端通訊連接獲取電子名片;其中,在基於遠端通訊連接的技術方案中,電子設備可以主動向該臨近電子設備請求電子名片,或者臨近電子設備可以主動將電子名片發送至電子設備,或者伺服器可以在判定電子設備與臨近電子設備之間的位置相近(譬如,可以根據GPS定位資料進行判定;或者,可以根據已連接的WIFI熱點,並在該WIFI熱點的位置已知的情況下進行判定;或者,可以根據接近的藍牙信標,並在該藍牙信標的位置已知的情況下進行判定)時,主動將該臨近電子設備的電子名片推送至該電子設備。 又例如,可以基於與臨近電子設備相關的驗證碼,從所述臨近電子設備或伺服器處獲取所述臨近電子設備上已登錄用戶的電子名片;比如臨近電子設備產生與分享電子名片相關的驗證碼後,本端用戶可以在電子設備上輸入該驗證碼或者由電子設備直接掃描該驗證碼,然後電子設備可以將包含該驗證碼的驗證請求發送至臨近電子設備或伺服器,由臨近電子設備或伺服器進行驗證通過後,得到臨近電子設備上已登錄用戶的電子名片,可以限制電子名片的隨意發送。 在一實施例中,電子設備可以根據對紙本名片的資訊掃描結果,創建相應的電子名片。例如,電子設備可以通過攝像頭對紙本名片(即傳統名片,其材質也可能為塑膠等其他材料,並不限制為紙本材料)進行掃描,從而基於OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光學字元辨識)技術等對名片內容進行識別,並按照預設格式對識別結果進行組織,創建出本端用戶的電子名片。 步驟404,在所述電子名片的內容展示介面中,示出所述電子名片對應的目標用戶的個人介紹資訊,以及所述目標用戶的所屬團體的團體介紹資訊。 在一實施例中,由於電子名片所呈現的虛擬資訊不會受到傳統的紙本名片的規格限制,因而可以在電子名片中添加更多的介紹資訊,比如除了目標用戶的個人介紹資訊之外,還可以包括該目標用戶所屬團體的團體介紹資訊。 在一實施例中,通過在電子名片中添加個人介紹資訊和團體介紹資訊,使得即便個人介紹資訊不夠全面的情況下,本端用戶也可以根據團體介紹資訊而快速回憶或聯想到與該目標用戶相關的資訊或事件,比如雙方發生過的交流、溝通等。 在一實施例中,通過在電子名片中添加團體介紹資訊,使得本端用戶在不瞭解目標用戶的所屬團體的情況下,可以基於該團體介紹資訊進行快速瞭解。尤其是,對於先前並未接觸過的團體,本端用戶無需額外實施搜索操作,即可通過該團體介紹資訊而快速瞭解該相關團體的情況。 在一實施例中,可以根據對所述團體介紹資訊的觸發操作,切換至所述目標用戶的所屬團體對應的團體主頁介面;例如,所述團體介紹資訊可以包含針對所述目標用戶的所屬團體的簡要介紹資訊,所述團體主頁介面可以包含針對所述目標用戶的所屬團體的詳情介紹資訊,以使得尤其是在本端用戶對該目標用戶或其所屬團體感興趣的情況下,可以進一步瞭解該目標用戶的所屬團體的詳細情況。 在一實施例中,所述電子名片由本端用戶所屬團體中的特定成員獲得後,關聯至所述本端用戶所屬團體。在所述本端用戶未擁有所述存取權限時,可以向本端用戶示出所述個人介紹資訊的部分內容,使所述個人介紹資訊中的隱私內容處於隱藏狀態。而本端用戶可以向伺服器發起針對所述電子名片的許可權獲取請求(本端用戶可能無法獲知電子名片的分享者,則此時尚未指定該許可權獲取請求的請求物件),使所述伺服器根據所述特定成員與所述電子名片之間的關聯關係,將所述許可權獲取請求轉發至所述特定成員,以由所述特定成員確定是否向所述本端用戶賦予對所述電子名片的存取權限;相應地,在所述本端用戶擁有所述存取權限時,可以向本端用戶示出所述個人介紹資訊的全部內容。換言之,在特定成員獲取電子名片,並將該電子名片與本端用戶所屬的團體進行關聯後,相當於將該電子名片分享至本端用戶所屬的團體中的其他成員(比如本端用戶),使得本端用戶能夠查看到該電子名片的內容。而在本實施例中,對電子名片的查看存在一定限制,即需要獲得特定成員的同意和授權後,本端用戶才能夠看到電子名片的所有內容,否則僅能夠看到諸如姓名、職位等基本內容、無法查看到聯繫方式等其他的至少一部分內容,使得電子名片的分享情況受控於作為分享者的上述特定成員。 在一實施例中,所述特定成員與所述電子名片的關聯關係對本端用戶可見。比如當本端用戶查看電子名片時,可以同時查看到該電子名片由所述特定成員所分享,使得本端用戶發起針對該電子名片的許可權獲取請求時,可以將該特定成員指定為請求物件,從而直接向該特定成員發起針對所述電子名片的許可權獲取請求,而無需由伺服器查詢特定成員與電子名片之間的關聯關係並基於該關聯關係實施轉發操作。 為了便於理解,以企業即時通訊應用T為例,對本說明書一個或多個實施例的技術方案進行說明。假定手機13上運行有應用T的用戶端、伺服器11上運行有應用T的服務端,其中手機13上的應用T的用戶端登錄有用戶的註冊帳號,例如手機13上登錄有來自企業AA的成員“用戶A”的註冊帳號。 基於手機13上運行的應用T的用戶端,用戶A可以觸發交換名片功能。例如,圖5是一示例性實施例提供的一種功能觸發介面的示意圖,用戶A可以通過如圖5所示的功能觸發介面500而觸發名片交換功能,以在該用戶A與其他用戶之間交換電子名片。 在一實施例中,功能觸發介面500可以包括該用戶A的電子名片資訊501,該電子名片資訊501可以包括該用戶A的電子名片中的部分或全部資訊,比如圖5所示的電子名片資訊501可以包括姓名、所屬企業、職位、頭像、手機號碼、郵箱位址等。 在一實施例中,功能觸發介面500提供了多種備選的交換方式,以供用戶A進行選擇。 例如,用戶A可以採用功能觸發介面500中的選項502對應的“掃描名片”類型的交換方式。比如在該選項502被觸發後,手機13可以啟動攝像頭對用戶B~用戶D的紙本名片進行取景或拍攝,並對紙本名片上印製的名片資訊進行採集和識別,然後根據識別結果創建用戶B~用戶D的電子名片。 再例如,用戶A可以採用功能觸發介面500中的選項503對應的“密碼交換”類型的交換方式。比如在該選項503被觸發後,手機13可以展示一交換密碼,而用戶B~用戶D可以查看到該交換密碼,並手動輸入各自使用的電子設備(或者通過各自使用的電子設備對該交換密碼進行掃描、識別)。以用戶B使用的電子設備為例,該電子設備可以向手機13發送名片交換請求,而手機13在確定該名片交換請求中包含上述的交換密碼後,可以與該電子設備交換電子名片,即手機13發出用戶A的電子名片、收到用戶B的電子名片;仍以用戶B使用的電子設備為例,該電子設備可以向伺服器11發送名片交換請求,而伺服器11預先獲知了上述的交換密碼(手機13產生該交換密碼後上傳至伺服器11;或者,該交換密碼由伺服器11產生),因而可以由伺服器11驗證該名片交換請求是否包含上述的交換密碼,並將驗證結果告知手機13,使得手機13據此確定是否與該電子設備交換電子名片。用戶C-用戶D的情況與用戶B類似,此處不再贅述。 又例如,用戶A可以採用功能觸發介面500中的選項504對應的“面對面交換”類型的交換方式;假定用戶A與用戶B、用戶C和用戶D之間希望交換電子名片,那麼用戶A可以在手機13上觸發選項504,而用戶B、用戶C和用戶D也分別在各自使用的電子設備上觸發相應的選項,使得“面對面交換名片”功能在用戶A~用戶D分別使用的電子設備上均被啟動,那麼這些電子設備可以分別通過藍牙模組搜索附近同樣啟用了該“面對面交換名片”功能的電子設備,使得這些電子設備之間可以相互搜索到對方,比如手機13可以分別搜索到用戶B~用戶D使用的電子設備。 圖6是一示例性實施例提供的一種面對面交換名片的交互介面的示意圖。如圖6所示,交互介面600中可以示出用戶A的電子名片資訊601(相當於上述的電子名片資訊501),還可以示出基於藍牙模組的搜索結果602,比如該搜索結果602包括被搜索到的用戶B~用戶D的頭像等資訊,並且可以通過文字“已找到3人 持續搜索中”予以提示。其中,交互介面600可以示出交互提示資訊603,比如圖6中的文字“向上滑動你的名片 和他們交換名片”,指示用戶A在電子名片資訊601處進行觸摸並向上滑動,而電子設備13可以在交互介面600中對該電子名片資訊601的位置、大小、行動速度等進行配合展示,呈現為用戶A將該電子名片資訊601向被搜索到的用戶B~用戶D進行“拖動”或“遞出”的效果,使得用戶A將自身的電子名片分別發送至用戶B~用戶D,並分別接收到用戶B~用戶D的電子名片,從而最終完成電子名片的交換。 圖7是一示例性實施例提供的一種面對面交換名片的結果展示介面的示意圖。基於上述的“面對面交換名片”功能,手機13可以與其他電子設備之間實現對電子名片的交換操作,並將交換結果展示於如圖7所示的結果展示介面700。如圖7所示,假定手機13交換得到了用戶B、用戶C和用戶D的電子名片,結果展示介面700中可以分別示出用戶B對應的電子名片資訊701、用戶C對應的電子名片資訊702、用戶D對應的電子名片資訊703,以便於用戶A確定是否獲得所有希望交換得到的電子名片,以及是否包含不需要(譬如無關人員恰好在附近使用面對面交換名片的功能)的電子名片。如果發現某一用戶的電子名片並未被接收,可以重新通過上述的功能觸發介面500進行獲取。如果希望刪除已收到的某一電子名片,可以在結果展示介面700中對相應的電子名片資訊進行觸發,即可快速刪除該電子名片資訊及其對應的電子名片;以用戶B對應的電子名片資訊701為例,譬如用戶A可以在電子名片資訊701上進行觸摸並向左滑動,即可快速刪除該電子名片資訊701(或者在向左滑動後給予刪除提醒,並在用戶A再次確認後實施刪除)以及用戶B的電子名片。假定結果展示介面700中的電子名片資訊701~703均需要保留,用戶A可以通過觸發選項704,將用戶B~用戶D的電子名片保存至名片夾中,該名片夾中保存了用戶A獲得的所有電子名片。 當然,手機13可以跳過圖7所示的結果展示介面700,而直接將收到的電子名片均保存至名片夾中,而用戶A可以通過流覽名片夾來確定是否已收到希望獲得的電子名片,以及刪除不需要的電子名片。 圖8是一示例性實施例提供的一種名片夾介面的示意圖。通過諸如圖5所示的選項505等入口,用戶A可以切換至如圖8所示的名片夾介面800,以針對已獲得的電子名片進行查看和管理。 在一實施例中,名片夾介面800可以包括若干標籤頁,比如圖8所示的“全部”、“按職位”、“按企業”、“按標籤”等,可以基於不同維度對用戶A已獲得的電子名片進行排序或分類展示。當然,還可以基於其他維度實施排序或分類展示,本說明書並不對此進行限制。 以“全部”標籤頁為例,手機13上運行的應用T的用戶端可以獲取電子名片的接收時刻和接收地點,據此將用戶A已獲得的電子名片劃分為若干組,並按照每組對應的接收時刻由近及遠的順序,依次對各組電子名片進行排列展示。對於每組電子名片,還可以示出相應的接收地點和電子名片的數量等其他資訊。例如圖8所示,最近接收到的一組電子名片的接收時刻為“今天 16:24”、接收地點為“杭州 XX大廈”、名片數量為“3張”;同時,還可以對該組電子名片的縮略資訊進行展示,以便於用戶A直接瞭解到這3張電子名片的大致情況,比如圖8中還示出了這3張電子名片各自的用戶名稱和用戶頭像等資訊,可知這3張電子名片屬於上述實施例中的用戶B、用戶C和用戶D。而對於下一組接收時刻為“昨天 10:15”、接收地點為“北京 三裡屯”的電子名片,由於其名片數量僅為“1張”,因而在佔用的顯示區域的面積與上述3張名片的情況大致相同的情況下,可以顯示出該電子名片的更多資訊,比如圖8所示的用戶名稱、用戶頭像、所屬企業、職位等。基於上述的接收時刻、接收地點、名片資訊等內容的展示,使得用戶A在查看相關電子名片的同時,能夠從更多維度聯想起與電子名片相關的資訊或事件,協助用戶A將該電子名片與現實中的真實用戶之間建立起關聯。 圖9是一示例性實施例提供的一種針對電子名片實施操作的示意圖。用戶A可以在名片夾介面800中對感興趣的電子名片進行觸發,以實施相關操作。例如圖9所示,當檢測到用戶C的電子名片被觸發時,一方面可以展示出該用戶C對應的電子名片資訊901,該電子名片資訊901中包含該用戶C的個人介紹資訊,比圖8中示出的名片資訊包含更多內容、便於用戶A進行查看和瞭解;另一方面,可以展示出針對用戶C或其電子名片的操作功能表902,該操作功能表902中包含若干可選操作,比如針對用戶C實施“呼叫”、“發訊息”、“寫郵件”等操作,或者對該電子名片實施“刪除”、“關注”等操作。 圖10是一示例性實施例提供的一種批量操作介面的示意圖。用戶A可以選取名片夾介面800中示出的一組電子名片,從而通過如圖10所示的批量操作介面1000,對該組電子名片實施批量操作。假定用戶A選取了名片夾介面800中接收時刻為“今天 16:24”、接收地點為“杭州 XX大廈”、名片數量為“3張”的一組電子名片,手機13可以在該批量操作介面1000中示出相應的3張電子名片的至少一部分資訊,以便於用戶A瞭解其操作物件。 在一實施例中,批量操作介面1000中可以包括快速建群選項1001,當檢測到用戶A對該快速建群選項1001實施的觸發操作後,可以快速創建對應的通訊群組,該通訊群組的成員包括用戶A和批量操作介面1000中的3張電子名片對應的目標用戶,即上述的用戶B~用戶D,而無需用戶A手動一一挑選群組成員。 在一實施例中,批量操作介面1000中可以包括一鍵備註和標籤選項1002,可以説明用戶A快速為批量操作介面1000中的3張電子名片添加統一的備註資訊和/或標籤,以快速注明這些電子名片對應的目標用戶的共同特徵。例如,圖11是一示例性實施例提供的一種備註和標籤編輯介面的示意圖;如圖11所示,備註和標籤編輯介面1100可以包括標籤設置選項1101和備註設置選項1102,標籤設置選項1101用於針對上述3張電子名片批量設置統一的標籤,備註設置選項1102用於針對上述3張電子名片批量設置統一的備註,而無需用戶A分別針對每張電子名片分別設置標籤或備註。 圖12是一示例性實施例提供的一種標籤設置介面的示意圖。回應於用戶A對上述的標籤設置選項1101的觸發操作,可以切換至如圖12所示的標籤設置介面1200。標籤設置介面1200中可以提供應用T預設的備選標籤,這些標籤可以按照關係類型、業務類型等不同維度進行分類展示,以便於用戶A進行查看和選擇。當然,用戶A也可以創建和添加自訂標籤,而並不一定採用上述的備選標籤。標籤設置介面1200可以示出用戶A已經選取的標籤,比如圖12中所示的已選擇標籤包括“供應商”、“大數據”等。 在一實施例中,通過上述的備註設置選項1102,用戶A可以輸入多種類型的備註資訊,比如文字、圖片、音訊、視頻等,本說明書並不對此進行限制。例如,用戶A在與用戶B~用戶D進行面對面交換名片後,可以現場拍攝用戶B、用戶C和用戶D的合影,並通過備選設置選項1102添加為相應的3張電子名片的備註資訊,可以在後續過程中更加直接地表明電子名片與真實用戶之間的關聯關係。 在一實施例中,批量操作介面1000可以包括分享選項1003,可以用於對該批量操作介面1000中示出的3張電子名片進行批量分享。例如,圖13A是一示例性實施例提供的一種名片分享介面的示意圖。回應於用戶A對分享選項1003的觸發操作,可以切換至如圖13A所示的名片分享介面1300A,該名片分享介面1300A中可以包含二維條碼1301A,該二維條碼1301A包含上述用戶B~用戶D的3張電子名片對應的分享連結,使得用戶A可以據此向其他用戶實施分享操作。 其中,用戶A可以直接向其他用戶展示手機13上的二維條碼1301A,而其他用戶可以通過使用的電子設備對該二維條碼1301A進行識別、存取對應的分享連結,並獲得上述用戶B~用戶D的3張電子名片。或者,用戶A可以通過觸發名片分享介面1300A中的“複製連結”選項,複製上述的分享連結,以便粘貼併發送給其他用戶,使得其他用戶可以直接存取該分享連結。或者,用戶A可以通過觸發名片分享介面1300A中的“應用XX”選項,將二維條碼1301A發送至“應用T”之外的“應用XX”中的其他用戶,實現對電子名片的跨應用分享。或者,用戶A可以通過觸發名片分享介面1300A中的“工作圈”選項,將二維條碼1301A發送至名稱為“工作圈”的社交平臺,該社交平臺可以屬於“應用T”或者上述的“應用XX”等其他應用。或者,用戶A可以通過觸發名片分享介面1300A中的“保存”選項,將該二維條碼1301A以圖片形式儲存至手機13的本地相冊中,後續可以從本地相冊中分享包含該二維條碼1301A的圖片。 在一實施例中,除了用戶A通過上述的分享選項1003對獲得的電子名片進行主動分享之外,伺服器11上運行的應用T的服務端還可以主動對企業AA內的企業成員獲得的電子名片進行沉澱。例如,用戶A在獲得用戶B~用戶D的電子名片後,手機13可以將這些電子名片上傳至伺服器11,而伺服器11可以根據用戶A在企業AA的組織架構中對應的組織節點(對應於用戶A的所屬部門、職位等),將這些電子名片與用戶A對應的組織節點進行映射,而並非與該用戶A進行映射,使得這些電子名片沉澱至企業AA的組織架構中。那麼,當用戶A在後續工作過程中發生離職、換崗等狀況時,假定由用戶E來接替用戶A,那麼無需用戶A主動將自身獲得的電子名片交接給用戶E,只需要將用戶E關聯至用戶A原本對應的組織節點,伺服器11就可以自動向用戶E賦予相關許可權,使得用戶E能夠繼承用戶A原本獲得的電子名片。如果用戶A發生離職,那麼伺服器11還可以收回用戶A對相關電子名片的許可權,避免造成資訊洩露。同時,當組織節點對應的企業成員發生變化時,基於電子名片與組織節點之間的映射關係,伺服器11還可以向該電子名片對應的目標用戶發出提示,比如向用戶B~用戶D告知用戶A已經離職、由用戶E進行接替,並將用戶E的電子名片推送給用戶B~用戶D。 伺服器11還可以基於許可權高低對電子名片進行管理。企業AA中的每個用戶存在自身對應的許可權等級,該許可權等級與其所處的部門、職位高低等相關。比如用戶A的許可權等級為3級時,用戶A除了自身直接獲得電子名片之外,還可以獲得許可權等級低於3級的其他用戶獲得的電子名片,比如當用戶F的許可權等級為2級時,用戶A對該用戶F獲得的電子名片具備查看許可權,或者伺服器11可以將用戶F獲得的電子名片主動推送給用戶A,當然用戶A可以選擇添加或不添加至自己的名片夾中。 在一實施例中,以用戶B為例,假定用戶B的電子名片發生了內容更新,那麼由於用戶A已經獲得該電子名片,那麼伺服器11可以主動將更新資料推送至用戶A,以針對用戶A獲得的該用戶B的電子名片進行內容更新。同時,可以向用戶A進行更新提示,以使其瞭解到用戶B的電子名片的內容更新情況。 在一實施例中,可以建立與企業AA關聯的人脈庫,並將該企業AA的企業成員獲得的電子名片沉澱至該人脈庫中,使得該人脈庫可以在企業AA的企業成員之間實現共用。區別於上述實施例中對於電子名片的自動沉澱,企業成員可以根據實際需求選擇是否對電子名片進行共用。例如圖9所示,在名片夾介面800中展示有用戶C的電子名片,該電子名片的資訊展示區域中設有“共用至人脈庫”選項,而用戶A可以通過觸發該選項,以將該用戶C的電子名片分享至企業AA的上述人脈庫中,可供企業AA中的其他企業成員進行查看;當然,用戶A也可以選擇不分享,這取決於用戶A的實際需求。 圖13B是一示例性實施例提供的一種申請名片存取權限的示意圖。假定用戶X為企業AA中的企業成員,該用戶X在流覽企業AA的人脈庫時,可以查看到用戶A分享的上述用戶C的電子名片,比如該用戶X可以查看到如圖13B所示的名片資訊展示介面1300B,該名片資訊展示介面1300用於對用戶C的電子名片進行內容展示。 在一實施例中,用戶X僅能夠在名片資訊展示介面1300B中查看到用戶C的部分名片資訊,比如姓名、所屬企業、職位、特徵標籤、描述資訊等,而手機號、郵箱等名片資訊則處於不可見狀態。名片資訊展示介面1300B中可以設有申請許可權選項1301B,而用戶X可以通過觸發該申請許可權選項1301B而向伺服器11發起針對用戶C的電子名片的許可權獲取請求。相應地,伺服器11可以預先記錄用戶A與用戶C的電子名片之間的關聯關係(比如該關聯關係可以在用戶A將用戶C的電子名片分享至上述人脈庫時建立),並在收到用戶X發起的上述許可權獲取請求時,基於該關聯關係確定該許可權獲取請求的請求物件為用戶A,從而將該許可權獲取請求轉發至用戶A,以由用戶A進行審核回應。 圖13C是一示例性實施例提供的一種審核許可權獲取請求的示意圖。用戶A可以查看到如圖13C所示的審核介面1300C,該審核介面1300C中可以示出許可權獲取請求的請求者(即申請人)、被請求的電子名片(即申請物件)等資訊,比如由用戶X請求查看用戶C的電子名片。其中,用戶A可以分別查看用戶X、用戶C的資訊(比如兩者的電子名片的至少一部分內容),以瞭解相關資訊,並確定是否同意用戶X發起的許可權獲取請求。當用戶A同意時,用戶X可以查看用戶C的電子名片的完整內容,否則用戶X僅能夠查看到如圖13B所示的部分內容。 在一實施例中,用戶X在流覽企業AA的人脈庫時,需要滿足一定條件。例如,伺服器11可以在確定用戶X向人脈庫中分享的電子名片達到預設數量時,向用戶X賦予對人脈庫的流覽許可權;否則,用戶X無法流覽人脈庫中的電子名片(不僅限於無法查看到電話、郵箱等資訊,而是無法查看到電子名片的任何資訊)。其中,在向用戶X賦予流覽許可權時,可以直接賦予對所有電子名片的流覽許可權;或者,該流覽許可權可以存在一定等級,該等級與用戶X分享的電子名片數量呈正相關,即用戶X分享的電子名片數量越多時獲得的流覽許可權的等級越高,而流覽許可權的等級越高時,用戶X可以流覽的電子名片的數量越多(比如總數量或者每日流覽數量等)。 圖14是一示例性實施例提供的一種名片詳情介面的示意圖。在上述實施例中示出的電子名片資訊僅包含電子名片的部分內容,而如圖14所示的名片詳情介面1400用於展示電子名片的全部內容。以用戶B的電子名片為例,名片詳情介面1400可以包括用戶B的個人介紹資訊,比如姓名、頭像、所在公司、手機號、郵箱等,還可以示出用戶A為該用戶B添加的標籤和備註等。 在一實施例中,除了用戶B的個人介紹資訊之外,名片詳情介面1400還可以包括該用戶B所屬的企業BB的企業介紹資訊。例如,圖14中展示的企業介紹資訊可以包括該企業BB的“企業背景”、“公司產品”等,本說明書並不對此進行限制。通過展示企業介紹資訊,使得用戶A能夠在查看用戶B的電子名片的過程中,快捷地瞭解其所屬的企業BB的相關情況,有助於加深對用戶B的進一步瞭解。 圖15是一示例性實施例提供的一種記錄往來資訊的示意圖。名片詳情介面1400中包括“個人資料”和“商務往來”等多個標籤頁,當用戶A選擇“商務往來”標籤頁時,介面內容可以切換至如圖15所示。在一實施例中,在針對用戶B的名片詳情介面1400中,可以記錄有用戶A與用戶B之間的往來資訊,比如在“2018-09-14 XX大廈”發生了“面對面交換名片”的往來事件,並且可以添加相關的照片1等事件描述資訊,再比如在“2018-09-18”發生了“網路電話”的往來事件、通話時長為00:30:21,並且可以添加“溝通合作事項”等事件描述資訊,又比如在“2018-09-21 XX大廈”發生了“上門拜訪”的往來事件並且可以添加“當面溝通合作事項”和照片2-3等事件描述資訊。在後續發生其他的往來事件時,用戶A可以通過觸發圖15所示的“寫往來記錄”選項,以輸入與用戶B之間的相關往來資訊。 在一實施例中,圖15所示的往來資訊可以由用戶A手動輸入,也可以由手機13或伺服器11自動產生。例如,在實施了面對面交換名片的往來事件後,可以根據交換時刻和交換地點而自動產生在“2018-09-14 XX大廈”發生的“面對面交換名片”的往來資訊,而用戶A可以主動添加照片1以作為相應的事件描述資訊。再例如,在實施了與用戶B之間的網路通話的往來事件後,可以根據通話時刻、通話時長而自動產生在“2018-09-18”發生的“網路電話”的往來資訊,而用戶A可以主動添加“溝通合作事項”等文字以作為相應的事件描述資訊。 圖16是一示例性實施例提供的一種跨應用交換電子名片的示意圖。用戶B可以在應用XX內將自身的電子名片分享至用戶A,這可以通過該應用XX內支援的小程式功能來實現,該小程式功能基於應用XX而運行,可以實現應用T的至少一部分功能。如圖16所示,在用戶A與用戶B之間的通訊會話介面1600中,被分享的電子名片可以基於通訊會話訊息1601的形式予以展示。 圖17是一示例性實施例提供的一種查看電子名片內容的示意圖。回應於用戶A對通訊會話訊息1601的觸發操作,可以示出如圖17所示的內容展示介面1700,以針對用戶B的電子名片的詳情內容進行展示。內容展示介面1700與上述的名片詳情介面1400相似,此處不再贅述。 在一實施例中,當用戶A僅單方面收到用戶B的電子名片時,該電子名片上的手機號等隱私內容可以處於隱藏狀態,比如圖17中通過“***********”來表徵隱藏後的手機號,並通過諸如“遞上名片後可見”等內容提示用戶A向對方發送自身的電子名片,以解除對手機號的隱藏。相應地,用戶A可以通過觸發內容展示介面1700底部的“遞名片”選項,向用戶B發送自身的電子名片,從而完成對電子名片的交換操作。
