在本發明中,提供了店面系統,物品搭配方法、裝置及電子設備。在下面的實施例中逐一進行詳細說明。
本發明提供的技術方案,其核心的技術思想為:識別店面用戶,並獲取該用戶已有物品的資訊,再根據該用戶已有物品的資訊和店面物品的資訊,確定與已有物品搭配的店面物品,再向用戶展示已有物品與店面物品的搭配結果。由於向店面用戶展示與其已有物品搭配的店面物品的資訊,即通過大螢幕應用程式為店面用戶提供與其已有物品相關的商品導購服務,由此使得推薦的物品更加符合用戶的實際需求;因此,可以有效提升用戶的購物決策力,進而提升銷售率、坪效及用戶體驗。
請參考圖1,其為本發明的一種店面系統的實施例的示意圖。該系統包括:至少一個終端設備101,伺服器102。
該終端設備101部署在店面的物品展示區,包括顯示螢幕,該終端設備101用於識別店面用戶,並向伺服器102發送該用戶的用戶標識;伺服器102,用於接收該用戶標識,並根據該用戶標識,獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊,並根據該已有物品的資訊和店面物品的資訊,確定與該已有物品搭配的該店面物品;以及,在該顯示螢幕上向該用戶展示該已有物品與該店面物品之間的搭配結果。
在一個示例中,該終端設備101包括生物體徵資訊採集裝置,該終端設備101具體用於通過該生物體徵資訊採集裝置採集該用戶的生物體徵資訊,並根據該生物體徵資訊,獲取該用戶的用戶標識。

從上述實施例可以看出,本發明實施例提供的店面系統,通過識別實物展示店面的用戶,獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊,並根據該已有物品的資訊和店面物品的資訊,確定與該已有物品搭配的店面物品,再向用戶展示其已有物品與店面物品的搭配結果;這種處理方式,使得向店面用戶展示與其已有物品搭配的店面物品的資訊,即通過大螢幕應用程式為店面用戶提供與其已有物品相關的商品導購服務,由此使得推薦的物品更加符合用戶的實際需求;因此,可以有效提升用戶的購物決策力,進而提升銷售率、坪效及用戶體驗。同時,這種處理方式,一方面可減少對導購人員數量及其導購水平的需求,從而有效降低導購人員的成本,又可確保為用戶提供統一的導購服務;另一方面,還可引導用戶使用大螢幕,提升科技感,因此可以有效提升用戶黏性。
與上述實施例的一種店面系統相對應,本發明實施例還提供了另一種店面系統,如圖2所示,該系統包括:至少一個終端設備201,伺服器202。
該終端設備201部署在店面的物品展示區,包括顯示螢幕,該終端設備201用於識別店面用戶,以及,識別該用戶在該店面內挑選的物品,並向伺服器202發送該用戶的用戶標識和用戶所選物品的物品標識;伺服器202,用於接收該用戶標識和該物品標識,並根據該用戶標識,獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊,以及,根據該物品標識,獲取該用戶所選物品的資訊;並根據該已有物品的資訊和該用戶所選物品的資訊,生成該已有物品和該用戶所選物品之間的搭配結果;以及,在該顯示螢幕上向該用戶展示該已有物品與該店面物品之間的搭配結果。
在一個示例中,該終端設備201包括生物體徵資訊採集裝置,該終端設備201具體用於通過該生物體徵資訊採集裝置採集該用戶的生物體徵資訊,並根據該生物體徵資訊,獲取該用戶的用戶標識。該終端設備201還包括電子標籤讀取器,該終端設備201具體用於通過該讀取器從在該讀取器的磁場範圍內的用戶所持物品的電子標籤中讀取該物品的物品標識,作為該用戶所選物品的物品標識。
請參考圖3,其為本發明的第二種店面系統的實施例的店面場景示意圖。在本實施例中,店面在終端設備201側安裝有攝影鏡頭和電子標籤讀取器(即物品感應器,如RFID讀取器),當用戶手持其所選實物走近終端設備201的大螢幕時,用戶被攝影鏡頭識別,手持的實物被感應設備識別,結合用戶已有物品資訊和手持實物給出搭配推薦,同時在終端設備201的大螢幕上顯示實物資訊。
可選的,該生物體徵資訊包括人臉資訊,該生物體徵資訊採集裝置包括攝影鏡頭。
可選的,該伺服器202,還用於獲取該用戶所選物品的相關物品的資訊,並根據該已有物品的資訊和該相關物品的資訊,生成該已有物品與該相關物品之間的搭配結果。
可選的,該相關物品包括以下物品的至少一者:與該用戶所選物品具有相同樣式、不同庫存量單位SKU的物品,與該用戶所選物品搭配的物品。

與上述實施例的第一種店面系統相對應,本發明實施例還提供了第一種物品搭配方法。請參考圖4,其為本發明的第一種物品搭配方法的實施例的流程圖。該方法包括如下步驟:
步驟S401:識別實物展示店面的用戶。
該用戶又稱為線下用戶,是指在線下店面購物的用戶,而非網際網路應用程式的線上用戶。該實物展示店面又稱為線下店面。該實物是指在線下店面內實際展示的物品,而非儲存在記憶體中的物品資料。
本發明實施例提供的第一種方法的執行主體為物品搭配裝置,物品搭配裝置可通過採集用戶的身份資訊,並根據身份資訊識別店面用戶。
該身份資訊包括但不限於人體生物特徵資訊,也可以是用戶帳戶資訊等等。以身份資訊為人體生物特徵資訊為例,在採集到用戶的人體生物特徵資訊後,可通過生物特徵識別(BIOMETRICS)技術來進行個人身份鑒定。
生物特徵識別技術,是指通過電腦利用人體所固有的生理特徵(指紋、虹膜、面像、DNA等)或行為特徵(步態、按鍵習慣等)來進行個人身份鑒定的技術。根據採集到的身份資訊的類別,具體可通過臉像識別,虹膜識別,皮膚晶片,步態識別,多模態(即多生物特徵融合)識別等技術識別用戶。
在本實施例中,該識別實物展示店面內的用戶,包括:通過圖像採集裝置採集該用戶的人臉圖像;通過人臉識別技術,根據該人臉圖像識別該用戶。採用這種處理方式,當店面用戶靠近大螢幕時,物品搭配裝置通過攝影鏡頭採集用戶的人臉圖像,並通過人臉識別技術確定該用戶的身份,獲取用於唯一標識該用戶的用戶標識。
通過步驟S401識別出店面用戶之後,就可以進入下一步獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊。
步驟S403:獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊。
在識別出用戶後,可根據用戶標識,從用戶資訊庫中獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊。該已有物品包括但不限於用戶在線上購買的物品,還可以是用戶衣櫥中的物品等等。
步驟S405:根據該已有物品的資訊和店面物品的資訊,確定與該已有物品搭配的該店面物品。
在獲取到已有物品的資訊和店面物品的資訊後,就可以通過預設的搭配演算法,針對已有物品,從店面物品中確定與已有物品搭配的店面物品。物品搭配演算法屬於較為成熟的現有技術,此處不再贅述。
該店面物品包括但不限於:在該店面內展示的物品,未在該店面內展示的物品。其中,未在該店面內展示的物品包括存放在該店面庫房內的物品、存放在其它店面內的物品、和/或線上銷售的物品。
本發明實施例提供的方法,通過將未在店面內展示的物品與用戶的已有物品進行搭配,使得用戶能夠在大螢幕上觀看到與其已有物品搭配的、且未在店面展示區展示的店面物品,通過這種大螢幕的物品展示方式,可將店面展示區展示的物品範圍擴展到本店面及其它店面的倉庫和線上銷售的物品,由此突破了物品展示空間對物品展示數量的限制;因此,可以有效擴展物品曝光範圍,進而提升坪效。
步驟S407:向該用戶展示該已有物品與該店面物品的搭配結果。
在從店面物品中確定出與用戶的已有物品相搭配的店面物品後,就可以向該用戶展示其已有物品與店面物品的搭配結果。此外,還可以向用戶展示與已有物品搭配的店面物品的資訊,如展示位置,庫存數量,促銷資訊等等。
具體實施時,可以採用多種形式向用戶展示搭配結果,如在大螢幕展示,或者通過語音播放等等。在本實施例中,通過大螢幕展示搭配結果,以使用戶能夠查看搭配效果,還也可以使用戶查看與用戶已有物品相搭配的店面物品的文字資訊和圖片資訊。
在一個示例中,本發明實施例提供的方法還包括如下步驟:獲取與該已有物品搭配的店面物品在該店面內的展示位置資訊;根據該展示位置資訊,向該用戶展示與該已有物品搭配的店面物品在該店面內的展示位置。採用這種處理方式,使得結合店門陳列架空間佈局,提供店內商品的快速定位。
從上述實施例可以看出,本發明實施例提供的第一種物品搭配方法,通過識別實物展示店面的用戶,獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊,並根據該已有物品的資訊和店面物品的資訊,確定與該已有物品搭配的店面物品,再向用戶展示其已有物品與店面物品的搭配結果;這種處理方式,使得向店面用戶展示與其已有物品搭配的店面物品的資訊,即通過大螢幕應用程式為店面用戶提供與其已有物品相關的商品導購服務,由此使得推薦的物品更加符合用戶的實際需求;因此,可以有效提升用戶的購物決策力,進而提升銷售率、坪效及用戶體驗。同時,這種處理方式,一方面可減少對導購人員數量及其導購水平的需求,從而有效降低導購人員的成本,又可確保為用戶提供統一的導購服務;另一方面,還可引導用戶使用大螢幕,提升科技感,因此可以有效提升用戶黏性。
與上述的第二種店面系統相對應,本發明還提供另一種物品搭配方法。請參考圖5,其為本發明提供的另一種物品搭配方法實施例的流程圖。本發明提供的一種物品搭配方法包括:
步驟S501:識別實物展示店面的用戶;以及,識別該用戶在該店面內挑選的實物。
該識別實物展示店面的用戶的步驟與上述實施例的步驟S401相同,相關說明請見上述實施例的步驟S401部分,此處不再贅述。
該識別該用戶在該店面內挑選的實物的步驟,可採用如下方式之一實現:
方式一、物品搭配裝置接收位於該實物側的用戶行為採集裝置發送的該挑選行為資訊。
該挑選行為資訊,是指關於用戶在線下店面挑選(如拿起或觸碰)了哪些實物的資訊。該挑選行為資訊包括用戶在線下店面內挑選的至少一個實物的物品標識。
該物品標識是確定一件物品對應的庫存量單位(Stock Keeping Unit,SKU)的依據,即:根據物品標識可確定一件物品對應的庫存量單位(Stock Keeping Unit,SKU)。
該物品標識包括但不限於:用於唯一標識一件物品的射頻識別(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)標識(又稱為產品電子代碼EPC),用於唯一標識一種物品的SKU號,或者當一款物品只有一個SKU時物品的款式(樣式)標識,也可包括物品的其它屬性資訊(如名稱,顏色,尺碼)等等。
例如,實物為掛在服裝店面展架上的一件襯衫,該款襯衫有多種顏色(如白,黑,藍)及多個尺碼(如大,中,小),即該款襯衫有多種SKU,那麼,無論物品標識是該件襯衫的RFID標識,或者是該件襯衫的SKU,或者包括名稱、顏色、尺碼等多個屬性資訊,根據這些不同的物品標識均可確定該件襯衫對應的SKU。
方式二、通過顯示螢幕側的RFID讀取器,獲取在該RFID讀取器的磁場範圍內的用戶所持該實物的RFID標識。
上面描述了識別用戶所選實物的兩種方式,兩種方式各有特點。方式一的優點在於,用戶在展架上挑物品的同時,可實時觀看到大螢幕上展示的該搭配結果,用戶無需離開展架走到大螢幕前,因此可有效提升用戶體驗;其缺點在於,需要在每個物品側設置該用戶行為採集裝置,以及在展架附近設置大螢幕,以使能夠採集到該挑選行為資訊,以及使用戶能夠看到其視線範圍內的螢幕上的資訊聯動,避免用戶忽視大螢幕展示的資訊,因此需安裝較多數量的大螢幕,由此導致設備成本較高。方式二的優缺點與方式一相反,採用方法二,展架附近可能沒有大螢幕,大螢幕離展架較遠處,由此導致用戶無法邊挑選物品邊看到實時展示的該搭配結果,而是需拿著物品走到大螢幕前才能看到該搭配結果;這種方式的優點在於,無需在展架附近設置大螢幕,也無需在物品側設置用戶行為採集裝置,因此設備成本較低。鑒於上述兩種方式各自的特點,在具體實施過程中,可以權衡利弊,選擇相對適合的方式。
通過步驟S501識別出用戶並採集到該挑選行為資訊之後,就可以進入下一步獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊,以及,獲取用戶所選實物的資訊。
步驟S503:獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊;以及,獲取該用戶所選實物的資訊。
該獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊的步驟與上述實施例的步驟S403相同,相關說明請見上述實施例的步驟S403部分,此處不再贅述。
在一個示例中,通過該識別用戶所選實物的步驟,獲取到用戶所選實物的物品標識後,可根據物品標識,即可從物品資訊庫中獲取該用戶所選實物的資訊。
該實物的資訊,是指用戶所選實物本身的資訊,可包括實物的物品資訊,如物品材質、使用注意事項等;也可包括庫存資訊,如庫存數量、庫存位置等;還可包括促銷資訊等等。
步驟S505:根據該已有物品的資訊和該用戶所選實物的資訊,生成該已有物品和該用戶所選實物的搭配結果。
在獲取到已有物品的資訊和用戶所選實物的資訊後,就可以通過預設的搭配演算法,將已有物品和用戶所選實物進行搭配,獲得搭配結果。物品搭配演算法屬於較為成熟的現有技術,此處不再贅述。
在一個示例中,本發明實施例提供的方法還包括如下步驟:1)獲取該用戶所選實物的相關物品的資訊;2)根據該已有物品的資訊和該相關物品的資訊,生成該已有物品與該相關物品之間的搭配結果。
該相關物品可包括:與用戶所選實物具有相同樣式、不同庫存量單位SKU的物品,例如,用戶所選實物為一件白色、大尺碼的襯衫A,與其具有相同樣式、不同庫存量單位SKU的物品包括該襯衫A的其它顏色、各個尺碼的襯衫。
該相關物品還可包括與用戶所選實物搭配的物品,例如,對於用戶所選的一件白色、大尺碼的襯衫A,與其搭配的物品包括某一款西裝B等等。該與實物搭配的物品,可通過搭配演算法確定。採用這種處理方式,使得可向用戶推薦與其實物挑選行為有關的物品;因此,可以有效提升用戶的購物決策和連帶銷售率。同時,解決了導購人員推薦搭配的技術門檻問題,推進導購服務的標準化。
該相關物品包括但不限於:在該店面內展示的物品,未在該店面內展示的物品。其中,未在該店面內展示的物品包括存放在該店面庫房內的物品、存放在其它店面內的物品、和/或線上銷售的物品。
本發明實施例提供的方法,通過將未在店面內展示的物品與用戶的已有物品進行搭配,使得用戶能夠在大螢幕上觀看到與其已有物品搭配的、且未在店面展示區展示的店面物品,通過這種大螢幕的物品展示方式,可將店面展示區展示的物品範圍擴展到本店面及其它店面的倉庫和線上銷售的物品,由此突破了物品展示空間對物品展示數量的限制;因此,可以有效擴展物品曝光範圍,進而提升坪效。
步驟S507:向該用戶展示該搭配結果。
在生成搭配結果後,就可以向該用戶展示其已有物品與其所選實物、用戶所選實物相關物品之間的搭配結果。此外,還可以向用戶展示其所選實物的相關資訊。
從上述實施例可以看出,本發明實施例提供的第二種物品搭配方法,通過識別實物展示店面的用戶;以及,識別用戶所選實物;獲取該用戶的已有物品的資訊;以及,獲取用戶所選實物的資訊;根據該已有物品的資訊和該用戶所選實物的資訊,生成該已有物品和該用戶所選實物的搭配結果;向該用戶展示該搭配結果;這種處理方式,使得向店面用戶展示其已有物品與其在店面所選實物之間的搭配資訊;因此,可以有效提升用戶的購物決策力,進而提升銷售率、坪效及用戶體驗。
