Description

警示器及可移動載具組件
本發明是有關於一種警示器及可移動載具組件,且特別是有關於一種警示器及具有此警示器的可移動載具組件。
車輛駕駛具有盲點一直以來都是亟待解決的問題。為了解決這個問題,車用廠商陸續推出車用盲點偵測系統,而目前市面上針對車用盲點偵測有兩種做法:影像式與雷達式。
以影像式車用盲點偵測系統進行說明,影像式車用盲點偵測系統通常是在車側後和車尾裝設鏡頭,然後以影像方式監控車側後方來車。而這種技術的缺點在於當天候不佳時,例如在出現濃霧或是雨天的狀況下,影像方式容易誤判。此外,夜視技術也是另一個課題。
而雷達式車用盲點偵測系統通常可分為24GHz及77GHz兩種短波雷達頻譜,且雷達感測器安裝在車側或後保險桿,發出微波偵測車側或車尾的來車。相較於影像式,雷達式比較不受氣候之影響,微波是電磁波的一種,微波是一種高頻的無線電訊號,以空氣作為傳輸媒介;在汽車上應用毫米波雷達測距,因為毫米波雷達不易受對象表面形狀和顏色的影響,也不受大氣流的影響;還具有環境適應性能好的特點,因為雨、雪、霧等對毫米波雷達的干擾小,因此微波的偵測能力和汽車行進速度沒有關聯性。
上述的影像式及雷達式車用盲點偵測系統的成本花費較高,因此於車輛並非是標準配備,而是消費者依照需求而選擇購買,使得消費者購買車輛的成本增加。再者,影像式及雷達式車用盲點偵測系統都是固定在車體內,位置不能隨意移動。
本發明提供一種具有使用便利性與低成本的警示器。
本發明提供一種可移動載具組件,其警示器能夠有效警示靠近可移動載具之行人或車輛。
本發明的一種警示器,適於裝設在一可移動載具的外側,警示器包括一能源擷取裝置、一電池、一物體感測器以及一警示元件。能源擷取裝置用以自環境擷取能源並轉換為電能;電池電性連接能源擷取裝置,且電池用以儲存電能;而物體感測器電性連接電池,物體感測器用以感測預定範圍內是否出現物體;警示元件電性連接物體感測器,警示元件用以在物體感測器感測預定範圍內出現物體時發出警示,其中警示包括發出聲音或亮光至少其中之一。
本發明的一種可移動載具組件,包括一可移動載具以及一警示器,其中警示器裝設於可移動載具的外側,警示器包括一能源擷取裝置、一電池、一物體感測器以及一警示元件。能源擷取裝置用以自環境擷取能源並轉換為電能;電池電性連接能源擷取裝置,且電池用以儲存電能;而物體感測器電性連接電池,物體感測器用以感測預定範圍內是否出現物體;警示元件電性連接物體感測器,警示元件用以在物體感測器感測預定範圍內出現物體時發出警示,其中警示包括發出聲音或亮光至少其中之一。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的可移動載具為車輛或手持式電子裝置。
在本發明的一實施例中,能源擷取裝置擷取太陽能、風力或熱電。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的物體感測器為一紅外線感測器。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的警示器更能夠電性連接可移動載具。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的警示元件為蜂鳴器、LED或蜂鳴器與LED的組合。
基於上述,本發明提供的警示器是使用簡單的元件組裝而成,因此製作成本低廉。此外,警示器可以隨著使用者的需求而任意裝設在可移動載具的外側以形成可移動載具組件。
為讓本發明的上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。
類似車輛等的可移動載具通常都會有駕駛人在駕駛車輛行進中難以注意的盲點範圍,且隨著車輛的大小不同,盲點的範圍大小也會不同。一般而言,車輛越大型,其盲點區域越多,且範圍會越大;而不論大車或是小車,即使搭配使用如背景技術所述的影像式或雷達式車用盲點偵測系統,受限於前述的技術問題,仍是無法有效避免盲點範圍的產生。
然而,本發明提出一種元件少、組裝及電路設計簡單、製作成本低廉,且可依照使用者需求而能夠裝設在可移動載具的任意處的警示器,通過警示器發出警示而通知可移動載具外的人員,而使可移動載具外的人員收到警示以主動閃避可移動載具。
圖1為本發明的一種可移動載具組件的示意圖,而圖2為圖1中的警示器的示意圖。請同時參考圖1及圖2,本發明的可移動載具組件100包括可移動載具110以及警示器120,其中本實施例的可移動載具110為利用油或電可發動的車輛。警示器120裝設於可移動載具110的外側,警示器120包括能源擷取裝置122、電池123(請參考圖4或圖5)、物體感測器124以及警示元件126,其中能源擷取裝置122用以自環境擷取能源並轉換為電能;電池123電性連接能源擷取裝置122,電池123用以接收並儲存由能源擷取裝置122轉換而來的電能;物體感測器124電性連接電池123並用以感測預定範圍內是否出現物體。警示元件126電性連接物體感測器124,且當物體感測器124感測到預定範圍內出現預期外的人或物體時,警示元件126發出警示,以提醒在預定範圍內的其他人員或物體主動避開可移動載具110。
詳細地說,能源擷取裝置122例如為具可撓性的太陽能板,因此能源擷取裝置122可以隨著警示器120的外殼的輪廓形變以緊密地貼合於警示器120的外殼。如此一來,能源擷取裝置122可以良好地接收太陽光,且在光電轉換後,將電力提供至電池123。雖然本實施例是將能源擷取裝置122以太陽能板說明,但並不以此為限,能源擷取裝置122也可以用來擷取風力或熱電,依照需求選用適當的原件。此外,本實施例的物體感測器124為紅外線感測器,且警示元件126可以是蜂鳴器、LED或蜂鳴器與LED的組合。
承上述,使用者可以將警示器120以貼附、磁吸或其他可能的方式使警示器120裝設在可移動載具110的外側上,以組裝成可移動載具組件100,其中警示器120的裝設位置可以是可移動載具110的外側的任意處。以本實施例而言,警示器120是裝設在可移動載具110的側邊、前後或其他任意地方。此外,每一個可移動載具110上裝設的警示器120的數量也不限於一個。
圖3 A至圖3C為當有人員或物體靠近可移動載具時,可移動載具組件的警示器發出警示的示意圖,其中警示器裝設於可移動載具的不同位置。請參考圖2及圖3A至圖3C,不論可移動載具110在移動的狀態中或是停駛的狀態中,在白天時,能源擷取裝置122能持續吸收陽光中的太陽光,並且在將所接收到的光轉換為電力後,將電力傳送至電池123,並由電池123提供電力給物體感測器124及警示元件126。在夜晚時,能源擷取裝置122也可能吸收路燈的光以進行光電轉換。
特別的是,當有人員或物體靠近可移動載具110,且進入警示器120的物體感測器124能夠感測到的預定範圍內時,物體感測器124發出訊號使警示元件126發出警示。當警示元件126選用蜂鳴器時,警示元件126會發出聲響提醒靠近可移動載具110的人員;當警示元件126為LED時,警示元件126發出亮光提醒靠近可移動載具的人員或物體;而當警示元件126為蜂鳴器及LED的組合時,不僅通過聲響警示靠近可移動載具110的人員或物體,更同時發出亮光。如此一來,能更為有效地警示靠近可移動載具110的人員或物體,即使靠近可移動載具110的人員是視障或是聲障人員或物體。
由上述可知,相比於影像式或雷達式車用盲點偵測系統是由可移動載具110的內部發出警示以提醒在可移動載具110內部的駕駛人員,本實施例的警示器120是裝設在可移動載具110的外側的任意處,並且在可移動載具110的外側發出警示以提醒靠近在可移動載具110之外的其他人員或物體。
另外,通常影像式或雷達式車用盲點偵測系統受限於裝設的位置,因此只能對特定的區域,例如車輛的後側,進行偵測,且會受限於鏡頭的視角或雷達的偵測範圍。然而,本實施例的警示器120可讓使用者裝設在可移動載具110的外側的任意位置上,因此除了可以裝設在車輛的後方處之外,更可以裝設在車輛的左、右側邊,甚至前側。如此一來,車輛的前、後、左、右都能夠通過警示器120進行偵測並且發出警示,而能夠有效地避免碰撞。
更甚者,車輛的A柱也是會阻擋駕駛人員的視線而為視線盲點,因此也可以是將警示器120裝設在A柱附近。
由上述可知,警示器120因為選用的元件簡單,且電路設計也不複雜,因此製作成本低廉,且警示器120可以設計得輕薄短小。此外,對於使用者來說,警示器並沒有被限定裝設在可移動載具110的外側的固定位置,因此可隨使用者需求而設置,能偵測的範圍較不受侷限。再者,不論車輛行進中,或是停放在路邊,通過能源擷取裝置122的光電轉換持續對電池充電,警示器120便具有足夠的電力能夠持續運行,以進行偵測及警示。
圖4至圖6為不同實施方式的警示器120的盲點偵測電路方塊圖。請參考圖4,在此實施方式中,警示器120可更與可移動載具110電性連接。例如,警示器120通過藍芽訊號與可移動載具110的中控電腦112電性連接,以交換訊息。如此一來,警示器120可以通過中控電腦112,對在可移動載具110內的駕駛人員利用語音、聲響或發光等方式進行警示。(若此說明為與可移動載具中控藍芽連接請參考修改圖)
請參考圖5,可移動載具組件100更包括手持式電子裝置130,此手持式電子裝置130例如為可移動載具110的駕駛人員或內部乘坐人員的智慧型手機,且警示器120更透過將警示器藍芽元件127與手持式電子裝置130配對的方式與此手持式電子裝置130電性連接。如此一來,警示器120可以經由手持式電子裝置130發出警示以告知可移動載具110內的駕駛人員或內部乘坐人員。
警示器120可直接跟手持式電子裝置130連線,不須透過車輛中控再連接至手持式電子裝置130,此警示器120較偏向於獨立小系統(stand-alone)。
請參考圖6,前述的實施方式是警示器120內具備獨立的電池123,以提供電力給物體感測器124及警示元件126;但在如圖6的實施方式中,是直接以車輛電池114取代能源擷取裝置122,車輛電池114供電給電池123,電池123再供電給警示器120,且警示器120可透過與車輛的中控電腦112配對的方式或是透過警示器藍芽元件127與手持式電子裝置130電性連接。
附帶一提,雖然本實施例的可移動載具110以車輛為例說明,但可移動載具110並不限於本實施例中所舉的車輛,可移動載具110也可以是腳踏車、甚至智慧型手機等任何可以移動的裝置。舉例而言,當使用者將警示器120裝設在智慧型手機上時,當使用者手持智慧型手機行走時,警示器120可在偵測到範圍內有其他人員或物體時發出警示,以提醒使用者注意環境。
綜上所述,本發明的警示器及使用此警示器的可移動載具組件至少具備下列優點: 一、相比於影像式或雷達式車用盲點偵測系統是由可移動載具的內部發出警示以提醒在可移動載具內部的駕駛人員,本實施例的警示器是裝設在可移動載具的外側的任意處,並且在可移動載具的外側發出警示以提醒靠近在可移動載具之外的其他人員。 二、利用簡單的元件及電路設計製作而成,因此製作成本低廉,且警示器可以設計得輕薄短小。 三、警示器可依據使用者的需求而裝設在可移動載具的外側的任意位置,且因為價錢低廉,因此使用數量可以不只一個,使得警示器能偵測的範圍不受侷限。 四、不論車輛行進中,或是停放在路邊,通過太陽能板的光電轉換,警示器便具有足夠的電力能夠持續運行,以進行偵測及警示。而使用此警示器的可移動載具組件在行進間或是停放時,當有其他人員進入會被警示器偵測到的預定範圍內時,警示器能夠偵測並且發出警示以警示可移動載具外的人員主動避開可移動載具。
雖然本發明已以實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本發明的精神和範圍內,當可作些許的更動與潤飾,故本發明的保護範圍當視後附的申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種警示器,適於裝設在一可移動載具的外側,包括: 一能源擷取裝置,用以自環境擷取能源並轉換為一電能; 一電池,電性連接該能源擷取裝置,該電池用以儲存該電能; 一物體感測器,電性連接該電池,該物體感測器用以感測一預定範圍內是否出現一物體;以及 一警示元件,電性連接該物體感測器,該警示元件用以在該物體感測器感測該預定範圍內出現該物體時發出一警示,其中該警示包括發出聲音或亮光至少其中之一。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的警示器,其中該能源擷取裝置擷取太陽能、風力或熱電。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的警示器,其中該物體感測器為一物體感測器。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的警示器,其中該警示元件為蜂鳴器、LED或蜂鳴器與LED的組合。
  5. 一種可移動載具組件,包括: 一可移動載具; 一警示器,裝設於該可移動載具的外側,該警示器包括: 一能源擷取裝置,用以自環境擷取能源並轉換為一電能; 一電池,電性連接該能源擷取裝置,該電池用以儲存該電能; 一物體感測器,電性連接該電池,該物體感測器用以感測一預定範圍內是否出現一物體;以及 一警示元件,電性連接該物體感測器,該警示元件用以在該物體感測器感測該預定範圍內出現該物體時發出一警示,其中該警示包括發出聲音或亮光至少其中之一。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的可移動載具組件,其中該可移動載具為車輛或手持式電子裝置。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的可移動載具組件,其中該能源擷取裝置擷取太陽能、風力或熱電。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的可移動載具組件,其中該物體感測器為一紅外線感測器。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的可移動載具組件,其中該警示器能夠電性連接該可移動載具。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的可移動載具組件,其中該警示元件為蜂鳴器、LED或蜂鳴器與LED的組合。
