Description

Washing dryer

The present invention relates to a washing machine for washing clothes and the like, and a washing and drying machine which is continuously performed from washing to drying, and more particularly to a drum type washing and drying machine having a drum which is slightly horizontal or inclined upward.

The washing machine is a washing program, a washing program, and a dehydrating program by putting the washing liquid into a rotatable inner tank. The washing and drying machine is to put the washing liquid into the rotatable inner tank to perform a washing process, a washing process, and a dehydration. Program and drying program. It is a so-called upright type in which the rotation axis of the inner groove is horizontally or inclined upward, and the rotation axis is slightly vertical with respect to the installation surface; however, in the following patent, the drum type as the object is described. In the washing program and the washing program, the drum is rotated at a low speed, the washing stored under the drum is lifted, and the rolling is dropped from above the drum. Through the rolling, the washing material is mechanically cleaned and cleaned. In particular, the washing accompanying this action is referred to as tapping washing. At the time of the dehydration process, the drum is rotated at a high speed, and the centrifugal force by the rotation is used to centrifugally dewater the water from the washing.

Further, in the washing program, in order to improve the washing effect, a circulation pump is provided to infiltrate the washing liquid in which the washing liquid is dissolved by washing the washing liquid in the washing tank (outer tank) and pouring it into the washing liquid. Washing things around. In this way, the drum type washing machine circulates the washing liquid by the rolling pump and the circulation pump, and even if it is a small amount of water, the washing performance can be ensured, and water can be saved as compared with the vertical washing machine.

Further, as one of methods for improving the detergency, the washing temperature is increased. In other words, the action of the detergent enzyme is increased to increase the temperature of the washing liquid and the cleaning liquid, or the diffusion of the surfactant or the like in the cleaning liquid is promoted, whereby the detergency can be improved. In the state in which the cleaning liquid is sufficiently filled in the drum and the cleaning liquid is normally stored in the lower portion of the outer tank, the cleaning liquid provided in the lower portion of the outer tank is heated, and the cleaning liquid is heated by the circulation pump to be used. A method of pouring the entire circulatory system including the outer tank from the top of the drum to the washing material.

On the other hand, in order to remove the sebum stains and the like in an effective manner, it is determined that the detergent liquid having a high concentration due to a small amount of water is dispersed and permeated into the laundry, and the washing operation is performed by rolling over. In the case where the cleaning liquid is less than the normal washing, the amount of the cleaning liquid remaining in the lower portion of the drum is almost absent after the washing liquid is allowed to permeate into the washing. Therefore, it is desirable that the heating means provided in the lower portion of the drum is not soaked in water, and it is difficult to directly heat the cleaning liquid, and the warm air or the like directly hits the washing and heats.

Further, in the drying process in the washing and drying machine, in the case where the warm air of the low-humidity and high-temperature warm air hits the washing material as the basic condition, it is mainly the heating of the circulating air. In the case where the heater is used as the heating source, in order to minimize the heat loss from the heated warm air, it is desirable to provide the heater in the circulation air passage or in the fan unit to heat the air. Further, in the case where the warm air hits the washing material in the washing process or the drying process, it is desirable to let the warm air hit the washing machine at the timing of lifting the washing object to the upper portion and rolling it down by rolling.

。For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a heater for a warm air and a heater for a hot water. Patent Document 1 discloses that the purpose of the invention is to provide an effective cleaning by using a heating means for a drying function. Therefore, it is possible to provide a washing machine that effectively exhibits the added value of the drying function to the washing function. There is a "washing machine" including: a water tank provided in the machine; a duct provided at a side surface of the water tank; an air blowing device that blows air into the water tank through the duct; and heat generated inside the duct The effect is that "the air sent from the air blowing means through the duct is heated and heated by the heat generating means inside the duct, and the warm air is supplied to the inside of the water tank, whereby the washing material inside the water tank can be dried. At the time of washing, the water is stored in the inside of the water tank so that the water is stored in the inside of the water tank. Therefore, it is heated and heated by the heat generating means provided inside the duct, and the water inside the water tank is further given. By heating the water, the washing of the washings can be carried out by using the hot water (heated water).

[先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]Further, Patent Document 2 discloses that the heater unit 17 is configured such that a water supply cylindrical portion 38 that passes through the water from the water supply valve 20 in the upper portion is provided, and a heater 35 is provided in the lower portion. The heater tubular portion 39 is integrally formed, and is supplied to the water tank 2 by heating the water in the water supply cylindrical portion 38 of the heater unit 17 to the hot water through the heater 35 during the washing process. Further, during the drying process, the high-temperature air radiated from the fins 32 provided on the lower portion of the heater cylindrical portion 39 of the heater unit 17 is heated to a warm air by energization to the heater 35, from the rotary drum 3 Circulate toward the sink 2". [發明欲解決之課題][Questions to be solved by the invention]

In the washing machine or the washing and drying machine described in Patent Document 1, the air heated by the heater for the hot water and the warm air is blown into the air inlet in the water tank, and the heater is heated by water. When the hot water is discharged, the water inside the water tank is connected to the heater. In the case of the drum type, in this case, the air supply port of the warm air heated by the heater is disposed at the bottom of the outer tank, and the air heated by the heater also serves as the air blow from the bottom, in the drying process and In the washing process, it is impossible to let the warm wind touch the washings efficiently. Moreover, in the case where water is supplied until the water surface appears in the outer tank, it is also impossible to generate warm air while maintaining the water level.

[解決課題之手段]In the washing and drying machine described in Patent Document 2, the water is heated to the water pipe connected to the heater to heat the hot water. The impurities such as bleaching powder in the tap water are on the inner wall of the heated water pipe. It is easy to accumulate because it is heated and precipitated. The garbage in the washing water that circulates with it is also slowly accumulated, but unfortunately, the inside of the water pipe is closed at once, and heat exchange cannot be performed to excessively heat the heater unit. Further, during drying, the lint in the circulating air is clogged between the fins that generate high-temperature air, but unfortunately, the air heating causes an obstacle and the heater unit is overheated. [Means for solving the problem]

[發明效果]In order to solve such a problem, the washing and drying machine according to the present invention includes an outer tank that can store liquid in the interior, and a slightly cylindrical drum or an inner tank that is supported in the outer tank. Freely rotating to accommodate the washing object; air blowing means for supplying air to the outer tank; a blowing path connecting the outer tank and the air blowing means; and heat exchange means for heating the air in the air blowing path; A water appliance for sprinkling water from the outer tank from an upper portion of the heat exchange means, and a water storage portion for receiving water flowing from the heat exchange means. [Effect of the invention]

According to the present invention, it is possible to flow water and air on the effective heat transfer surface of the heating means, and it is possible to prevent the accumulation of bleaching powder or garbage in the following manner, and to continuously generate hot water and warm air. In the washing process, the washing liquid which is pumped from the bottom of the outer tank via the circulation pump is sprinkled with water and flows down to the heater surface of the heater unit and the guide which is in contact therewith, whereby irregular flow occurs. Thereby, the surface of the heater and the guide can be washed while the cleaning liquid is sufficiently mixed, and the heating means can be prevented from being excessively heated, and hot water can be continuously generated. Moreover, when the air is heated, the air sent from the air supply means to the inner tank can be purged to remove the newly accumulated waste or adhered due to the disturbance when the heater and the guide are passed while flowing to the heater unit and heating. Things. Thereby, the heating means is not excessively heated, and the warm air can be continuously generated. Further, in the drying process, steam is generated by watering with a heating means together with warm air heating, whereby steam drying can be efficiently performed.

Hereinafter, the embodiment will be described using the drawings.

(First Embodiment) Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a drum type washing and drying machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In addition, Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the right side surface of the drum type washing and drying machine from the front side of the first embodiment of the present invention.

1d。First, explain the appearance. In the upper portion of the susceptor 1h, a combination of a steel plate and a side plate 1a and a reinforcing material (not shown) made of a resin molded article is mainly used to form a structure, and further, a front cover case 1c and a top surface are mounted thereon. The casing 1 is formed in such a manner as to cover the casing 1e. The front cover case 1c is provided with a door 9 for allowing the laundry 207 to enter and exit, and the back cover case 1d is attached to the back surface.

Next, the outline structure of the washing and drying machine and the action (task) of the operation of each component from the washing process to the drying process will be briefly described. In the inside of the casing 1 shown in Fig. 1, as shown in Fig. 2, an outer groove 2 is provided at a substantially central portion. The outer tank 2 is supported by a plurality of dampers 5 at the lower portion. The door 9 is opened, and the washing 207 is put into the drum 3 which is provided inside the outer tank 2. The door 9 itself is fixed to the door frame 9b by the door glass 9a, and is attached to the frame via a hinge (not shown). A fluid balancer 208 for reducing the vibration due to the imbalance of the washing material 207 during dehydration is provided in the outer periphery of the opening of the rotatable drum 3 as needed. Further, on the inner side of the drum 3, a plurality of lifters 209 for lifting the laundry 207 are provided. The rotatable drum 3 is directly coupled to the drum drive motor M10a via a main shaft 211 coupled to the metal flange 210. Alternatively, in another embodiment of the present embodiment, a pulley that is fixed to the main shaft via a belt and a motor fixed to the outer tub and a so-called belt drive structure that drives the drum may be used.

Further, a bellows 10 made of rubber made of an elastic body is attached to the opening of the outer tub 2. The rubber bellows 10 functions to maintain the watertightness of the inside of the outer tub 2 and the door 9. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent leakage of water during washing, washing, and dehydration. The rotatable drum 3 has a plurality of small holes (not shown) for centrifugal dewatering and ventilation on the side wall, that is, the cylindrical portion.

Fig. 3 is a view showing the basic components of the sprinkler mechanism 224 that sprinkles water from the water storage portion 54 at the lower portion of the outer tub 2 through the circulation pump 18 to the upper portion of the drum 3 in the washing program and the washing program, and supplies water using the same circulation pump 18. A perspective view of the basic components of the sprinkler 232 to the heater unit 236 provided in the heat exchange conduit 231. Further, in the figure, the circulating air which is heated by the heater unit 236 by the blower fan 20 from the outlet of the drum 3 through the heat exchange conduit 231 during the washing process and the drying process is also shown, and the warm air blown into the drum 3 is blown out. The basic components of the cycle. Further, in the present embodiment, a part of the high-humidity air constituting the drum outlet is exhausted from the exhaust valve 234 toward the outside of the body, and dehumidification is performed so as to draw in the surrounding air from the suction valve 235.

The drain port 21 (see FIG. 3) for draining the bottom surface 54a of the water storage portion 54 passes through the fluff filter 222 and the drain pump 230, and is passed to the drain hose 26, and the drain pump 230 can be used for the water storage portion. The water in 54 is drained. Also in the path from the drain port 21 to the circulation pump 18, it is drawn from the fluff filter 222 to the sprinkler mechanism 224 and the sprinkler 232 of the heater unit 236 as a circulation path. In the present embodiment, the drain pump 230 and the circulation pump 18 are separately provided. However, for example, a switching valve (not shown) may be provided at the pump outlet to appropriately switch to the drain hose 26 or the sprinkler nozzle 223. The sprinkler 232 is used to collect the pumps, which is without any hindrance.

29。The air blowing means, that is, the air blowing fan 20 and the air blowing duct 29 and the heat exchange duct 231 that guide the air blow from the outlet of the air blowing fan 20 into the drum 3 are fixed to the casing 1 (not shown) away from the outer tank 2. On the other hand, the outlet nozzle 203 is fixed to the outer tub 2. For this reason, between the outlet nozzle 203 of the outer tank 2 and the air supply duct 29, and between the outer tank outlet portion 80 and the heat exchange duct 231, the rubber bell tube 212 is connected to prevent the vibration of the outer tank 2. It is transmitted to the heat exchange conduit 231 or the air supply duct 29.

A temperature sensor (not shown) for monitoring the temperature of the air or the temperature of the water is provided at the outlet of the circulating air outlet 2b and the heat exchange conduit 231 connected to the drain port 21, the suction gas side of the blower fan 20, and the heat exchange conduit. A temperature sensor (not shown) for preventing duct overheating is provided in the vicinity of the heater unit 236 in the 231.

238。Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a heater unit 236 in the present embodiment. The heater 237 is configured to be folded back in the flow direction (height direction) of the air in the heat exchange conduit 231, and further arranged in two rows in the thickness direction of the heat exchange conduit 231. On both side faces of the inner wall of the duct facing the heaters 237 of the two rows, the meandering height of the heater 237 exceeding the height direction of the duct and the plate-shaped guide 233 longer than the lowermost portion of the meandering line are contact-fixed Go to heater 237. The sprinkler 232 is provided at a position higher than the heater 237, and a tube having a thickness corresponding to the length of the meandering of the heater 237 and which can be dripped into the heaters 237 of the two rows is used. One end of the constituent tube is closed, and a plurality of water passing holes 238 are provided in the wall from the inlet of the cleaning liquid at the other end to the closed end.

In the case where the guide 233 uses a perforated plate, the air flowing in from the bottom of the heat exchange conduit 231 and the cleaning liquid sprinkled from the upper portion of the heater unit 236 can flow through the inside and the outside of the heater unit 236. As a result, the cleaning liquid or the air system is sufficiently mixed, and heat exchange between the heater 237 and the guide 233 can be promoted, and overheating of the heater 237 can be prevented. Further, the guide surface of the heater surface and the perforated plate are irregularly flowed and disordered, and the bleaching powder or the gradually accumulated garbage can be washed away. Through this, it is possible to continuously generate warm air or hot water.

Further, the upper and lower ends of the guide 233 in the height direction of the duct are formed to be bent from the side of the heater 237 toward the inner wall side of the heat exchange conduit 231. In such a shape, the circulating air flowing in the heat exchange conduit 231 is disposed in the gap between the heaters 237 of the two rows in the thickness direction of the duct, and flows more without the impedance. Further, as the sprinkler 232 side of the upper end, the water sprinkling from the water passing hole 238 of the sprinkler 232 is prevented from scattering toward the inner wall of the heat exchange duct 231, and the guide member flowing down the surface of the heater 237 is exerted. effect.

The heat exchange conduit 231 of the heater unit 236 is attached to the heater 237 and the sprinkler 232 through the bellows 239. With such a configuration, the airtightness of the duct can be maintained, and the vibration of the washing and drying machine can be individually absorbed.

When water is sprayed toward the heater unit 236, the hot water flowing down from the heater 237 and the guide 233 flows down to the water storage portion 240 of the duct at the bottom of the heat exchange conduit 231, and then passes through the rubber bellows tube. 212 flows into the water storage portion 54 of the outer tub 2. In the water storage unit 240 that is a conduit that moves substantially synchronously with the heater unit 236, the hot water flowing down from the heater unit 236 is temporarily received, whereby the hot water is scattered and dissipated without causing vibration of the washing and drying machine. The water storage portion 54 of the outer tub 2 is quickly flowed down. When the air is heated, the heater unit 236 heats the air blower fan 20 and flows into the air from the outer tank outlet portion 80 to 231. The warm air from the discharge port of the blower fan 20 is blown from the outlet nozzle 203 of the outer tub 2 toward the washing 207 in the drum. The guide 233 that is in contact with the heater 237 is also at a high temperature and can be used as a heat transfer area together with the surface of the heater 237. Further, as described above, the shape of the end portion of the guide 233 is fixed to the trailing end of the lower end of the heater 237 so as to expand toward the inner wall of the heat exchange conduit 231. As a result, the flow of the air from the lower portion of the heat exchange conduit 231 to the heater unit 236 can smoothly flow into the gap of the heaters 237 of the two rows, and the heater unit 236 can be prevented from being excessively heated.

From the viewpoint of the operation mode and the timing of the generation of warm air and hot water, the portions from the washing procedure in the drum type washing and drying machine thus constituted up to the drying process will be described in detail with reference to Figs. In addition, as a pre-washing operation, it is possible to set a pre-washing operation by using a detergent prepared by classifying the washing process from the washing process to the dehydrating process to the normal washing course. This is for the usual washing operation.

232。The washing water is supplied to the rotatable drum 3 and the drain pump 230 is stopped, and the drum 3 is rotated to wash the washing 207. The washing procedure is roughly distinguished by a detergent dissolution procedure, a pre-washing procedure, and a main washing procedure. The detergent dissolution procedure is to prompt the amount of washing and the time required for washing at the beginning of washing, and to dissolve the supplied detergent in water, and then spread the washing liquid to the washing 207 in the drum 3. program. The water supplied to the detergent supply unit is introduced into the water storage unit 54 located at the lower portion of the drum 3 together with the detergent. When the circulation pump 18 is driven, the water of the water storage unit 54 passes through the fluff filter 222 from the drain port 21 to the suction port (not shown) of the circulation pump 18. The cleaning liquid of the high-concentration detergent pressurized by the circulation pump 18 is returned to the water storage unit 54 from the circulation discharge port 54b that communicates with the outlet of the circulation pump 18 (the circulation path of the detergent dissolution program: see the figure 3). By repeating this cycle, a high concentration of detergent liquid in which the detergent is dissolved is produced with less water. The output of the circulation pump 18 is standardized so that the cleaning liquid corresponding to the maximum washing load can be sufficiently applied to the sprinkling nozzle 223 provided above the outer tank 2. For this reason, if it is circulated in the circulation path of the aforementioned detergent dissolution program, the required power of the circulation pump 18 is finally converted into heat energy, and the temperature of the high-concentration detergent liquid rises. In the present embodiment, the generated high-concentration detergent liquid is applied to the sprinkler nozzle 223 provided above the outer tank 2 so as to switch the direction of rotation of the circulation pump 18, and the washing liquid toward the drum 3 207 scattered. That is, it is necessary to guide the outlet of the circulation pump 18 to the path above the outer tank 2 and to return to the water storage portion 54 as described above, and to provide a connection to the outer periphery of the casing of the circulation pump 18 The discharge port of each of the paths (see FIG. 3) is switched so as to switch the direction of rotation of the circulation pump 18 so that the rotation direction is discharged from the first discharge port side. Furthermore, it is configured to be sent to the sprinkler 232 of the heater unit 236 through the switching valve bifurcation in the middle of the path to the sprinkling nozzle 223.

In the pre-washing procedure, the washing 207, which is dispersed with a high-concentration detergent liquid, is subjected to a tumbling washing by scrolling. The washing material 207 is in a state in which the water retaining liquid has a high concentration of the detergent liquid, and the dirt can be separated from the washing material 207 by the action of the detergent component and the mechanical force. Further, if necessary, the heater 237 is energized and the blower fan 20 is driven, and the warm air is sent to the drum 3, whereby the washing 207 is washed while being heated. The heat conduction is better and the heating can be performed more efficiently than the air occupies the fiber gap of the washing 207. Moreover, by increasing the temperature, the surface tension of the high-concentration detergent liquid in the water retention can be reduced. Further, when the temperature of the washing material 207 is raised, the air in the fiber causes the fibers to swell, and the penetration of the fibers of the high-concentration detergent liquid can be further promoted. Thereby, more dirt can be separated from the fibers in a short time. The separated dirt is quickly dispersed in the high-concentration detergent liquid in the water retention, and it is possible to prevent re-agglomeration and adhesion.

Further, according to the dirt, the amount of water in the washing liquid attached to the washing 207 is small (the concentration of the detergent is rich) and falls well, and conversely, the amount of the washing liquid is large (detergent) The case where the concentration is thin and falls well. The effect on the motive force of the two dirt drops is different, which can be explained as follows. One of the main components of the detergent is that the surfactant enhances the wetting of the fibers, and further, the surface potential of the dirt or cloth is charged negative by biasing against the negative polarity of the surfactant. Accordingly, there is an effect of increasing the mutual repulsion between the dirt or the dirt and the dirt which are floating from the washing 207. For this reason, in the cleaning of the solid dirt adhering to the main body of the van der Waals force, if the concentration of the surfactant is rich, the mutual repulsion against the van der Waals force can be enhanced. Therefore, in the case of solid dirt or the like, in general, the concentration of the surfactant is as concentrated as possible, and the drop is good. On the other hand, the so-called water-soluble soil which is easily dissolved in water or a washing liquid differs depending on the concentration of the solvent which is a solute with respect to the solvent, that is, the cleaning liquid, and the dissolution rate. The dissolution rate is high under a liquid having a thin concentration of dirt, but the dissolution rate is lowered under a concentrated liquid. For this reason, if the concentration of the dirt dispersed in the cleaning liquid retained by the washing material 207 is thinned, it is easier to drop the dirt from the washing material 207. In other words, the cleaning liquid retained by the washing material 207 is required to be disposed of a cleaning liquid having a very low concentration of the dirt or a concentration of the thinned dirt. That is, the action (task) of such a surfactant for the dirt is to disperse and maintain the dirt peeled off from the washing material 207, and to prevent agglomeration or re-adhesion (a task), so it is filled with some kind of The degree of detergent concentration is small in dependence on the detergent concentration at which the dirt falls.

Also for any dirt, raising the wash temperature is the result associated with increased detergency. In the former case, by increasing the temperature, the diffusion of molecules in the cleaning liquid can be promoted, and more surfactant can be attached to the surface of the cloth or the surface of the dirt, and mutual repulsion can be increased. Also for the latter, the diffusion of the surfactant in the cleaning liquid is promoted, and the wetting of the surface of the cloth can be promoted. Further, it is also possible to effectively diffuse the separated dirt.

In the subsequent main washing program, water supply is added at the time when the pre-washing program is completed, and the amount of water in the water storage portion 54 is increased to raise the water level. In this water level, the cleaning liquid is pumped from the water storage unit 54 by the circulation pump 18, and is continuously dispersed from the water spray nozzle 223 on the upper portion of the outer tank 2 to maintain a sufficient water level. That is, in the pre-washing procedure which ensures sufficient washing time and a small amount of water in the washing liquid, it is a procedure which removes the dirt which is difficult to fall. The scattering from the sprinkling nozzle 223 may be continuous or intermittent. Specifically, during the period in which a large amount of dirt adheres to the back side of the washing material 207, the washing liquid retained by the washing material 207 can be continuously exchanged to have a low dirt concentration so as to continuously spread and promote the stirring of the washing liquid. Cleaning solution. After that, almost all of the dirt is lost, and the mechanical power of the washing is taken as the main body, and the residual dirt is removed, and the washing efficiency is good. Therefore, the second half of the distribution is ideally such that it does not interfere with the intermittent dispersion of mechanical forces. Further, the power consumption of the intermittent circulation pump 18 can suppress the power consumption, and it is also preferable from the viewpoint of energy saving.

Further, the sprinkling nozzle 223 has a structure in which the outer tank 2 is located above the center axis of the rotatable drum 3 as viewed from the front of the washing and drying machine, and, viewed from the side of the washing and drying machine, The discharge range from the sprinkling nozzle 223 is spread at a wide angle with respect to the radial direction of the drum 3 at a position on the front side of the front surface (see Fig. 4). In the main washing process, together with the wide range of scattering, the laundry 207 stored in the lower portion of the drum 3 is lifted by the rotation of the drum 3, and the cleaning liquid is lifted up, and is dropped from above the drum 3. After that, the washing material 207 is given a mechanical force, and is beaten and washed. The larger the diameter of the drum, the more the widening of the dispersion and the washing effect can be obtained, and the time of the main washing process can be shortened. When the water level of the cleaning liquid is lower than the outer tank outlet portion 80 connected to the bottom of the heat exchange conduit 231, the air can be circulated between the outer tank 2 and the blower fan 20, even if it is used as in the previous washing procedure. There is no hindrance to the warm wind to raise the washing temperature. Further, in the case of raising the water level or more efficiently raising the washing temperature, the circulation pump 18 is driven to drive the cleaning liquid at the bottom of the outer tank 2, and water is sprinkled from the sprinkler 232 to the heater 237. , heat the cleaning solution. At this time, if the temperature of the wind can be circulated, even if the circulation of the air is used together, there is no hindrance. Further, the warm air outlet nozzle 203 is configured to promote direct contact between the warm air and the water flow in such a manner as to determine the vicinity of the height of the washing 207 by the top of the drum head or the rolling motion, and the main purpose is cleaning. The foaming caused by the stirring of the liquid can also be quickly defoamed.

Further, the main washing procedure is performed by the first main washing program and the second main washing program executed after the first main washing program. The amount of water in the second main washing program is greater than the amount of water in the first main washing program at the end of the first main washing program, and the amount of water that is picked up is increased by the rotation of the drum. Further, the circulation flow rate of the circulation pump 18 of the second main washing program is also larger than the circulation flow rate of the circulation pump 18 in the first main washing program. Further, the rotational speed of the drum-driven motor M10a of the second main washing program is lower than the rotational speed of the motor M10a of the first main washing program.

The main washing procedure is mainly carried out in order to separate the medium dirt or the bag-like portion of the laundry which is not washed in the pre-washing process with a small amount of water from the washing 207. For this reason, in order to remove various types of dirt, it is more preferable to combine at least two or more programs for changing the amount of water and the rotational speed of the motor M10a driven by the drum as described above. In the first main washing program, since the rotation speed of the drum 3 is increased, the washing 207 is lifted up to the upper side together with the rotation of the drum 3, and all of them are not dropped to the lower side, and most of them are fixed to the drum due to centrifugal force. In the state of the inner wall of 3, it rotates together with the drum 3. Here, the cleaning liquid is discharged from the circulation pump 18, and the flow velocity of the cleaning liquid to the washing material 207 is accelerated. Thereby, the dirt can be easily eluted from the washing 207. Here, in the next second main washing program, the rotation speed of the drum 3 is lowered to be lower than that of the first main washing program, the centrifugal force is weakened, and the fixing of the drum 3 of the above-described washing material 207 is suppressed as much as possible. As a procedure for paying attention to the tapping washing from the upper side of the drum 3 to the lower side. Accordingly, in order to cause the mechanical force to act on the washing material 207, it is mainly possible to easily drop the hydrophobic soil. When the washing 207 is dropped from above the drum 3 to the lower side, the water level of the washing liquid staying under the drum 3 is increased, and the amount of circulating water is also increased, whereby the washings 207 directly collide with each other if necessary. It also prevents compression to the fibers.

In the cleaning process, after the drain pump 230 is driven to drain the washing liquid, the drain pump 230 is stopped, and the washing water is supplied into the outer tank 2 until a specific water level. Thereafter, the drum 3 is rotated, and the washing 207 and the washing water are stirred and washed.

Further, in the dehydration process, after the drain pump 230 is driven to drain the washing water in the outer tub 2, the drum 3 is rotated to centrifugally dewater the washing 207. The spin-drying speed rises to a set rotational speed corresponding to the load, without the imbalance of the current value of the motor M10a due to the imbalance of the washing material 207. When the spin-drying speed is increased and the drum 3 is rotated at a high speed, the vibration is also transmitted to the outer tub 2, and only the outer tub 2 itself vibrates. The blower duct 29, the blower fan 20, and the heat exchange duct 231 are fixed to the trunk, and each duct is connected to the outer tub 2 through the rubber bellows 212, and the rubber bellows 212 absorbs a part of the vibration. Further, in the dehydration process, the surface tension of the cleaning liquid contained in the washing material 207 can be lowered and the dewatering performance can be improved by blowing warm air into the drum 3.

In the drying process, the blower fan 20 is driven and energized to the heater 237, and the warm air is sent to the drum 3. In the present embodiment, the exhaust valve 234 and the supply valve 235 provided in the heat exchange conduit 231 passing through the suction port (not shown) of the blower fan 20 are opened, and a part of the circulating air is exhausted from the exhaust valve 234. The supply valve 235 draws in the same amount of air in the casing. The humidity of the air from the high humidity of the drum 3 can be reduced by replacing a part of the circulating air with the air in the casing that is passed to the surrounding outside air. In particular, in the first half of the drying of the washing material 207 having a large water content, it is desirable to increase the amount of the above-mentioned air to reduce and maintain the humidity of the warm air. In order to promote the evaporation of the inside of the fiber from the washing 207 in the latter half of the drying, in order to promote the evaporation of the inside of the fiber from the washing 207, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the surface of the fiber and increase the amount of heat transfer to the inside. Here, in order to increase the temperature of the warm air and increase the amount of heat transfer to the washing material 207, it is desirable to suppress the exchange of air in the ventilation duct 232 to increase the temperature gradient of the circulating air. However, even if the drying load is small, even if the temperature and humidity level of the air is changed, the drying time or the power consumption is not affected, and even the amount of air exchanged in the ventilation duct 232 is not hindered. . Further, in the case where the wrinkles of the washing material 207 are suppressed and the finishing is emphasized, the second half of the drying may be supplied to the bottom of the outer tank 2, and the circulation pump may be driven to make a small amount of water together with the warm air from the sprinkler 232. The heating is evaporated to carry out so-called vapor drying. Even if it constitutes direct supply of tap water to the sprinkler 232, there will be no change in function.

As described above, according to the washing and drying machine that can be operated from washing to drying, or the washing machine that performs washing, hot water and warm air can be used to efficiently increase the washing temperature of the washing material 207 and the washing liquid. Further, in the drying process, the warm air of low humidity can be ensured by heating the circulating air and changing the air of the humidity equivalent to the ambient gas. In the case where the drying is emphasized, in the latter half of the drying, a small amount of water is dispersed to the heater 237 and steam is generated together with the warm air to suppress dry wrinkles. In addition, as the use condition that the humidity of the air corresponding to the surrounding environment is high, and it is difficult to reduce the humidity even if it is changed, the water supply (not shown) is supplied to the upstream side of the circulating air heated by the heater unit 236 (the heat exchange duct 231). In the lower part), the structure in which the air in the duct is water-cooled and dehumidified (the cooling water is drained from the lowest portion of the heat exchange duct 231 to the outside of the duct) is additionally provided, and the washing and drying function is also not affected.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a control device 100 for a drum type washing and drying machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control device 100 (operation control means) controls the energization of the motor M10a (drive device M10), the water supply unit 15, and the heater 237 to perform the washing and drying operation. Further, when the electrical conductivity detecting means 4 is provided, the control device 100 calculates the electrical conductivity of the cleaning liquid in the outer tank 2 detected by the electrical conductivity detecting means 4, and can determine whether or not the fabric softener contained in the washing water is contained. (determination based on the reference concentration), determination of shortening of the dehydration program, and determination of shortening of the cleaning procedure. Accordingly, it is possible to carry out a delicate washing and drying operation in accordance with the type of the detergent and the amount of the water and the amount of the laundry. As shown in FIG. 5, the control device 100 is constituted by a microcomputer (hereinafter referred to as "microcomputer") 110, a drive circuit, operation switches 12 and 13, or an electric conductivity detecting means 4, an input circuit from various sensors, and the like. The microcomputer 110 receives various information signals in the user's operation, or in the washing program and the drying program. The microcomputer 110 is connected to the drive device M10 (motor M10a), the water supply solenoid valve 16, the drain pump 230, the blower fan 20, and the like through a drive circuit, and controls switching, rotation, and energization of these components. Further, in order to inform the user of the information on the drum type washing machine, the display 14 or a buzzer (not shown) or the like is controlled.

Next, the operation procedure of the drum type washing and drying machine according to the first embodiment will be mainly described from the viewpoint of the control algorithm. FIG. 8 is a sequence diagram for explaining an operation procedure of the washing operation (washing to washing to dehydration to drying) in the drum type washing and drying machine according to the first embodiment.

In step S1, the program control unit 112 accepts an input (stroke selection) of the stroke selection of the operation program of the drum type washing and drying machine. Here, the user opens the door 9, puts the washing 207 to be washed into the inside of the drum 3, and closes the door 9. Next, the user operates the operation switches 12 and 13, and thereafter, the stroke of the input operation program is selected. The stroke of the selected operation program is input to the program control unit 112 via the operation of the operation switches 12 and 13. The program control unit 112 reads the corresponding operation mode from the operation mode database 111 based on the stroke of the input operation program, and proceeds to step S2. In the following description, a 40° C. hot water washing course (washing without pre-washing, washing twice to dehydrating) will be described.

In step S2, the program control unit 112 executes a program (amount of cloth sensing) for detecting the weight (amount of cloth) of the laundry 207 that is put into the drum 3. Specifically, the program control unit 112 drives the motor M10a to rotate the drum 3, and the laundry weight calculation unit 114 calculates the weight (amount of cloth) of the laundry 207 before the water injection.

In step S3, the program control unit 112 performs one of the stroke selection, that is, determines whether or not the pre-washing program is selected, and performs the branching selection of the control algorithm. Below, it is decided to select a person without pre-washing.

In step S4, the program control unit 112 executes a routine for calculating the cleaning amount and the operation time (calculating the cleaning dose operation time). Specifically, the program control unit 112 controls the water supply solenoid valve 16 (for example, opens the fourth electromagnetic valve) to directly supply water to the water supply port 2a of the outer tub 2. The electrical conductivity measuring unit 115 detects the electrical conductivity (hardness) of the water supplied. Moreover, the temperature of the water supplied is detected by the sensor T1. Thereafter, the water supply solenoid valve 16 is controlled to end the supply of water to the outer tank 2.

The washing amount and washing time determining unit 116 determines the amount of washing and the running time to be input via the map search based on the amount of cloth detected in step S2, the electrical conductivity (hardness) of water, and the temperature of water. That is, the amount of cloth, the conductivity of water, and the temperature can be used to ensure that the cleaning amount and running time of each cleaning performance are stored as a map of the data, and the measured value is compared with the map, and the determination is based on the compliance. The amount of cleaning and the running time in the range of the measured value. Next, the program control unit 112 displays the determined cleaning amount and operation time on the display 14. Further, the water supply to the outer tank 2 and the detection of the electrical conductivity (hardness) of the water and the water temperature are described, but it is not limited thereto. For example, the electrical conductivity (hardness) and water temperature of the water during the previous operation may be first stored in the memory unit (not shown) of the microcomputer 110, and the information may be used.

S6。In step S5, the program control unit 112 executes a wait for the detergent program to be put in (waiting for the detergent program to be charged). For example, the program control unit 112 waits for a specific time and proceeds to step S6. In addition, the program control unit 112 may be configured to detect the cleaning of the detergent supply unit 7 (not shown), and when the detergent input unit 7 is turned on and then closed, the detergent control unit 112 may be configured as a detergent. Then, the process proceeds to step S6.

In step S6, the program control unit 112 executes a detergent dissolution program (detergent dissolution program). For example, the program control unit 112 controls the water supply solenoid valve 16 and supplies water to the powder detergent supply chamber 73a and the liquid detergent supply chamber 73b through the water supply pipe. The detergent and water in the powder detergent supply chamber 73a and the liquid detergent supply chamber 73b flow from the water supply port 2a to the water storage portion 54 of the outer tub 2. When the water is supplied to a specific amount of water, the program control unit 112 controls the water supply solenoid valve 16 (for example, closing the first electromagnetic valve) to stop the water supply. Next, the program control unit 112 executes a detergent dissolution operation (detergent dissolution operation). After a certain period of time (for example, 10 seconds) has elapsed, the generated high-concentration detergent liquid is applied to the sprinkling nozzle 223 on the upper portion of the outer tub 2 to be dispersed. In order to spread the low-concentration detergent liquid as uniformly as possible to the washing 207, the drum 3 is rotated at a high speed before being spread, and the washing 207 is applied to the inner surface of the drum 3 by centrifugal force. While maintaining the rotation of the drum 3, the circulating pump 18 is used to spread the high-concentration detergent liquid that has been applied to the sprinkling nozzle 231 on the upper portion of the outer tank 2. The high-concentration detergent liquid is directed to the inner wall of the drum 3 and impregnated with the washing material 207 by the speed energy at the time of watering and the centrifugal force acting from the washing 207. Further, the drum 3 is rotated by the rotational speed at which the washing material 207 is attached by centrifugal force. For example, when the drum 3 is rotated at 80 r/min, the spreading time is 20 seconds, and the same point on the drum can be bathed. 26 times of water sprinkling.

After the high-concentration detergent liquid is infiltrated into the washing material 207, warm air is generated in the next process, and is sprayed to the washing material 207 which has been infiltrated with the high-concentration detergent liquid, thereby suppressing power consumption and improving efficiency. Washing the temperature can improve the detergency.

S8。In step S7, the program control unit 112 executes a pre-washing cleaning program (pre-washing cleaning program). In the pre-washing and washing program, the warm air heated by the heater 237 is discharged to the washing 207 having the high-concentration detergent liquid, and is discharged to the washing 207 and heated. When the specific time elapses after the start of the program, the water supply solenoid valve 16 is controlled to raise the water level of the cleaning liquid in the outer tank 2. Then, when the water level of the cleaning liquid in the outer tank 2 rises to the specific water level WL1 (WL0 < WL1) with respect to the water level WL0 at the time of the detergent dissolution program, the water supply is stopped, and the pre-washing program is terminated, and the process proceeds to step S8.

Once the pre-washing process of step S7 is ended, the program control section 112 executes the main washing process. Here, the main washing procedure is to lift the laundry 207 stored in the lower portion of the drum 3 by the rotation of the drum 3, and to fall from the upper side of the drum 3, thereby applying the laundry 207. Mechanical strength, the procedure of tapping and washing. The main washing program is constituted by the main washing 1 program (first main washing program) of step S8 and the main washing 2 program (second main washing program) of step S9.

In step S8, the program control unit 112 executes the first main washing program (first main washing program). Specifically, the program control unit 112 controls the circulation pump 18 to achieve a specific flow rate PF1, and sprinkles the cleaning liquid sucked from the drain port 21 from the sprinkling nozzle 231 provided in the opening of the outer tub 2 to the inside of the drum 3, and The control motor M10a rotates the drum 3 at a specific rotational speed DR1, whereby the washing 207 inside the washing drum 3 is tapped. At this time, the heating up to the selected specific temperature (40 ° C in the present embodiment) is applied to the heater in the neutrality of the sprinkling of the washing material 207 by the sprinkling nozzle from the circulation pump. 237, and the discharge of the circulation pump is switched to the sprinkler 232 side of the heater unit 236 to perform hot water heating. Further, when the set temperature is high or the washing load is large, the blower fan 20 is driven to blow the warm air into the drum 3 in a state where the rotation of the drum 3 and the circulation pump 18 are intermittently operated, thereby washing The object 207 and the water-containing cleaning liquid are heated as a main body. When the water level of the cleaning liquid in the outer tank 2 is higher than the outer tank outlet portion 80, the drum 3 is continuously rotated, and the washing liquid at the bottom of the outer tank 2 is stirred while being rolled, and the water is supplied to the heater by the circulation pump. The sprinkler 232 of unit 236 is heated by hot water. At this time, the water supply to the sprinkler 232 and the water supply to the sprinkling nozzle of the outer tank 2 are simultaneously performed by the switching valve of the circulation pump outlet, whereby the washing temperature including the washing material 207 can be efficiently improved. Further, the rate of increase in the washing temperature of the heating capacity of the heater unit 623 can be adjusted so as to increase or decrease the speed of the additional water supply to the drum. In other words, it is possible to suppress the rapid temperature drop of the washing material 207, and in particular, it is possible to improve the washing performance of solid dirt or the like which is likely to fall under high temperature environment.

When the specific time (T1) elapses, the program control unit 112 ends the first main washing program, and proceeds to step S9. In step S9, the program control unit 112 executes the second main washing program (second main washing program). Specifically, the program control unit 112 controls the water supply solenoid valve 16 to supply water to the outer tank 2 up to a specific water level WL2 (WL1 < WL2). Further, the program control unit 112 controls the circulation pump 18 to achieve the specific flow rate PF2 (PF1 < PF2), and sprinkles the cleaning liquid sucked from the drain port 21 from the sprinkling nozzle 231 provided in the opening of the outer tub 2 to the drum 3. In addition, the control motor M10a rotates the drum 3 at a specific rotational speed DR2 (DR1 > DR2), whereby the washing 207 inside the washing drum 3 is tapped. Also in this procedure, in the case where the washing temperature is maintained, the sprinkling of the washing agent 207 from the sprinkling nozzle by the circulation pump is stopped or intermittently operated, and the sprinkler 232 for the heater unit 623 is raised. Frequency of water supply. When the predetermined time (T2) elapses, the program control unit 112 stops the motor M10a and the circulation pump 18, and drives the drain pump 230 to drain the washing liquid in the outer tank 2.

In step S9, the program control unit 112 executes the first cleaning program (first cleaning program). For example, in the first cleaning program, the program control unit 112 controls the water supply solenoid valve 16 and the drain valve V1, repeats the water supply and the drain, and controls the motor M10a to rotate the drum 3, and controls the circulation pump 18 to suck in from the drain port 21. The washing water is sprayed from the sprinkling nozzle 231 provided in the opening of the outer tub 2 to the inside of the drum 3 to wash the laundry. Next, when a certain period of time elapses, the program control unit 112 stops the motor M10a and the circulation pump 18, and drives the drain pump 230 to drain the washing water in the outer tank 2.

In step S11, the program control unit 112 executes the second cleaning program (second cleaning program). For example, in the second cleaning program, the program control unit 112 stops the drain pump 230, controls the water supply solenoid valve 16, and supplies water to the outer tank 2 up to a specific water level. Further, the program control unit 112 controls the motor M10a to rotate the drum 3, and controls the circulation pump 18 to spray the washing water sucked from the drain port 21 from the sprinkling nozzle 223 provided in the opening of the outer tub 2 to the inside of the drum 3. To clean the washing 207. Next, when a certain period of time elapses, the program control unit 112 stops the motor M10a and the circulation pump 18, and drives the drain pump 230 to drain the washing water in the outer tank 2.

In step S12, the program control unit 112 executes a dehydration program (dehydration program). Specifically, the program control unit 112 drives the drain pump 230, and controls the motor M10a to rotate the drum 3 at a high speed higher than that in the main washing program to centrifugally dehydrate the washing 207. Next, when a certain period of time elapses, the program control unit 112 stops the motor M10a, stops the drain pump 230, and ends the washing course (washing to washing-dehydrating). Further, in this program, the blower fan 20 may be driven and energized to the heater 237 to supply warm air to the drum 3, whereby the water contained in the washing 207 is heated to lower the surface tension to promote dehydration.

In addition, in the main washing process in the step S7 and the step S8, the blackening and hardening operation characteristics of the washing material 207 are suppressed, and the following will be mainly described with respect to the mechanism. The second main washing program (step S9) is performed after the first main washing program (step S8), but the water level WL2 of the second main washing program is higher than the water level WL1 of the first main washing program (WL1 < WL2). That is, by increasing the amount of the washing liquid in the outer tank 2, the dirt peeled off from the washing 207 can be dispersed in the washing liquid, and the stain generated by the peeling off from the washing 207 can be suppressed from being attached to the washing 207 again. "The blackening of the washings."

Further, the rotational speed DR2 of the drum 3 of the second main washing program is slower than the rotational speed DR1 of the drum 3 of the first main washing program (DR1>DR2). By lowering the rotational speed DR2 of the drum 3 to the rotational speed DR1, the lowermost washing 207 stored in the drum 3 is lifted by the rotation of the drum 3 to fall from above the drum 3, and the lowering starts. Falling position. In other words, the drop impact (mechanical force) of the washing 207 to be washed is suppressed, and the "hardening of the laundry" can be suppressed. Further, by increasing the water level WL2 and suppressing the drop impact (mechanical force), it is possible to suppress the "hardening of the laundry". On the other hand, the rotational speed DR1 of the drum 3 is rotated by a rotational speed that is lifted upward by the washing agent 207 that is attached to the inner wall of the drum 3 by centrifugal force but is completely peeled off by gravity (centrifugal force). > Gravity), as long as it is a operation that does not have a wash-like drop for all the washings 207, there is no effect. In other words, on the one hand, it is desirable to suppress the tapping washing as much as possible, and on the other hand, a circulation amount larger than the normal washing operation is passed to the washing 207, whereby the washing operation is performed. However, there is a drop in the cleaning performance due to the tapping washing, and the flow rate PF2 of the circulation pump 18 of the second main washing program is set to be larger than the flow rate PF1 of the circulation pump 18 of the first main washing program ( PF1 < PF2), whereby the washing performance by the water flow can be ensured. For example, the circulation flow rate of the circulation pump 18 is desirably 30 L/min or more and 80 L/min or less. Further, ideally, the operation time (T1) of the first main washing program and the operation time (T2) of the second main washing program are set to be the first main operation time (T2) of the second main washing program. The running time (T1) of the washing program is also longer (T1 < T2). In this way, it is possible to suppress the "hardening of the washing matter".

In step S13, the program control unit executes a drying program (drying program). Specifically, the motor M10 is controlled such that the drum 3 is repeatedly rotated at a distance of about 10 s for about 30 s each of about 30 rpm. That is, the washing 207 performs an operation of lowering the rotational speed than the inner wall of the drum 3. During this period, the blower fan 20 is driven continuously or intermittently to supply air into the drum 3, and the heater 237 is energized continuously or intermittently in order to reach a specific warm air temperature. During the drying process, the drain pump 230 drains water remaining from the lower portion of the drum 3 to the vicinity of the fluff filter 222 so as to be intermittently driven. Further, the air supply valve 235 and the exhaust valve 234 for ventilation are opened to adjust the humidity of the circulating air. Ideally, the degree of opening is determined based on a data sheet prepared in advance in accordance with the dry stroke load, and the air temperature T2 at the outlet of the drum 3 on the suction gas side of the blower fan 20 after a predetermined period of time is confirmed relative to the initial. When the temperature rises to a predetermined value or more, it is judged that the drying has been performed, and the opening degree of the intake gas door 235 and the exhaust valve 234 is reduced in order to increase the temperature of the warm air, thereby reducing the amount of ventilation. The predetermined time is passed from the start of drying, and the end determination is performed. Specifically, the difference ΔT2 between the outlet temperature T2 of the drum 3 on the suction gas side of the blower fan 20 at the initial stage of drying and the T2 at the time of determination is obtained, and the difference ΔT4 between the initial value of the drying of the ambient gas T4 in the casing and the value at the time of determination is obtained. When the ratio ΔT2/ΔT4 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the drying is ended. In other words, when the change in the temperature of the warm air at the outlet of the drum 3 is larger than the predetermined change with respect to the change in the temperature of the ambient gas, it is determined that the evaporation of water from the washing 207 has been completed, and the drying is completed.

Further, in the present embodiment, the steam drying function is provided, and in the case where the function is selected, a small amount of water is dispersed to the heater 237 in the latter half of the drying process or on the way, and steam is generated together with the warm air. Suppresses dry wrinkles. In particular, in order to adjust the amount of water supply and the timing in conjunction with the dry load, on the one hand, moderate moisture is applied to the extent of flattening the wrinkles, on the one hand, it is dried, whereby the quality with less wrinkles can be performed. Finished and dry.

As described above, according to the operation procedure of the drum type washing and drying machine according to the first embodiment, hot water and warm air are generated by mixing the amount of the cleaning liquid in each stroke during washing, and the so-called washing 207 or washing liquid can be used. Wash the temperature and heat it to the optimum value for better efficiency. Moreover, in the case of drying, a fine finishing state can be ensured by adjusting the amount of warm air and the amount of steam. Further, it is possible to suppress the blackening of the laundry and the hardening of the laundry.

Although the description was made on the basis of the 40° C. washing course, it is possible to select a normal washing course for a washing object which is worried about discoloration or fading due to temperature, or a washing material which is markedly shrunk by heating. In this case, the power consumption can be reduced. Further, since it is worried about blackened white matter or light pattern, it is worried about washings other than hard towels, and in general, in the case of washing with water saving, it is possible to select a water-saving washing course. In this case, the water level is not increased in the main washing program, and the circulation flow rate is also set to 15 to 20 L/min, whereby the amount of water used for washing as a whole can be suppressed.

(Second Embodiment) Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a basic configuration of a heater unit 236 in a second embodiment of the present invention. The heater unit 236 in the present embodiment is configured such that a water supply pipe 246 capable of supplying tap water is provided between the sprinkler 232 and the heater 237. In the water supply pipe 246, the water spray hole 241 provided so as to be sprayable to the water passing hole 238 of the sprinkler 232 is larger than the number of the water passing holes 238 of the sprinkler 232. When the tap water is supplied and sprayed with tap water at the start of the washing operation or at the end of the washing and drying operation, it is possible to keep the state of the foreign matter which is the cause of the clogging of the pile or the like around the water passing hole 238 of the sprinkler 232. Further, in the present embodiment, the overflow portion 242 is provided at the uppermost portion of the sprinkler 232. In such a configuration, if the water-passing hole 238 is closed, as shown in FIG. 7(b), the overflow portion 242 overflows, whereby the guide 233 can be sprinkled with water to the heater 237. In operation, even if the water passage hole 238 is closed, the heat exchange conduit 231 is not overheated.

(Embodiment 3) FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a basic configuration of a heater unit 236 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The heater unit 236 in the present embodiment is configured such that a plurality of protrusions 243 are provided in the guide 233, and the protrusions 243 pass through the meandering portions of the columns in the heaters 237 of the two rows, and the protrusions 243 The protrusions 243 of the guide 233 passing through the other of the heaters 237 are alternately arranged. With such a configuration, it is possible to carry out the heating by efficiently flowing down and mixing the washing liquid which is sprinkled with the heaters 237 and the guides 233 of the two rows.

(Embodiment 4) FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional perspective view showing a basic configuration of a heater unit 236 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The heater unit 236 in the present embodiment is configured such that the heat exchange conduit 231 is fixed to the heat exchange conduit 231 through the universal joint portion 244. With such a configuration, even when the installation state of the washing and drying machine body is suddenly inclined, the posture of the heater unit 236 in the heat exchange conduit 231 can always be maintained to be slightly perpendicular to the ground contact surface. The watering state of the heater 237 can be stabilized. Moreover, ideally, the bellows 239 in this case has a sufficient movable range.
