Abstract

A terminal structure comprises a plurality of ground terminals, a plurality of signal terminals, a connector, and an electric ground connector. The connector connects the ground terminals with the signal terminals. The electric ground connector is connected with the connectors and electrically contacted with at least one ground terminal. An electric connector comprises two terminal structures and a shell. The connectors are connected with each other. The front side of the shell is provided with an insertion port. The terminal structure is disposed on the shell. The elastic electric ground contact segments and the elastic electric signal contact segments face the insertion port. The ends of the electric ground contact segments and the electric signal contact segments are exposed out of the shell. Thus, the terminal structure and the electric connector having the same according to the present invention may improve the resonance, adjust the impedance, reduce the signal loss, simplify the mold structure to enhance the service life of the mold, and save the working hours and processes.
