Abstract
A copper-indium-gallium-selenium thin film solar cell includes: providing a substrate; forming a metal electrode layer on the substrate; forming a copper-indium-gallium-selenium compound on the metal electrode layer, a zinc oxide buffer layer on the copper-indium-gallium-selenium compound, and a transparent conductive layer located on the zinc oxide buffer layer.
