Abstract

Description
本專利申請案係在公元2013年11月27日提出申請名稱為“Screw-Locking Device”的美國暫時專利申請案號61/909,657的正式申請案,在此主張其優先權。
本發明係關於一種有螺紋的母套筒,具有用來提供主要扭矩到***螺絲的手段。更具體地,係關於一種套筒,其中螺絲以接近齊平(sub-flush)的方式被收納在套筒內納且在螺栓與套筒之間需要電性接觸。
在電子業界之很多情況使用螺栓組合,在螺栓與收納用的有螺紋的母套筒之間需要有可靠的電性接觸。可舉一例,係如在無線電話分台無線電接收裝置組合(assembly)中被採用作為電路之零件的調諧螺絲(tuning screw)。此等螺絲必須為無頭螺絲且經上下調整許多次,每次仍被鎖在適當位置。目前,此鎖定功能係藉如膠合之二次操作,或採用防鬆螺帽或彈簧負載元件,以施加一主要扭矩到螺絲。
但是此等解決方案基於幾個理由而有問題。膠合需要二次操作而易造成混亂。膠水需要硬化時間而拖慢生產,且結果往往不一致。除此之外,調整性及維修時的拆卸受限。
防鬆螺帽之使用亦不如預期,因為跟膠合一樣需要二次操作。防鬆螺帽無法與螺絲接近齊平且將螺絲與防鬆螺帽鎖定時會在無意中改變螺絲之所要位置,對必須精確定位的螺絲不利。
傳統耐龍防鬆螺帽之使用在電子調諧螺絲環境中有嚴苛的限制。在傳統的鎖定套筒中,有一耐龍鎖定墊圈位於螺帽或套筒的頂部以經由與螺絲的摩擦接合而施加主要的扭矩。在接合時,耐龍材料會彈性且塑性變形到螺絲的螺紋形成中。這對電子調整螺絲是無接受的,因為在螺絲與套筒之間必須為金屬對金屬接觸,以消除非所要的電容效應。除此之外,施加的主要扭矩必須在螺絲於套筒中之整個過程中為可利用的。
曾經被嘗試的其他解決方案係軸向彈簧螺絲之使用,其使用螺紋張力以提供摩擦鎖住效應,但是此等零件難以製造且昂貴,且可再使用的數量受限。
因而,有對能解決此等問題的電子調諧螺絲組合的技術之需求。
本發明被設計用來滿足較佳的調諧螺絲組合的技術之需求,其提供主要扭矩將需要接近齊平且亦需要螺絲與套筒之間的電性接觸的螺絲鎖定。在本發明一個實施例中,提供一個解決方案,係使用為圓盤形狀的衝切耐龍墊圈配合到套筒的頂部。圓盤具有向內延伸之柄腳,當螺絲被螺入套筒時柄腳被垂直地往下推入套筒中抵住沿一側的螺紋。此造成耐龍的直立條抵住套筒的內側,而提供一主要的扭矩。
此創造性的解決方案提供了所要的性能需求:對內套筒直徑之大的部分容許陽螺紋與陰螺紋之間的金屬對金屬接觸;在套筒內之任何高度均可提供一致的螺紋主要扭矩;其提供一種任何標準螺紋螺絲均可使用的鎖定功能且在維修中可改變。
在這方面,在詳細地解釋本發明之至少逼個實施例之前,須了解本發明並不限制其應用於構成之細節及限制於在下列說明或圖面所顯示的組件之配置。本發明能以其他實施例實施且能以許多方式實施及執行。而且,須了解在此所採用的語法及名詞係供說明之目的而不應認為係限制性。
如此,熟於此技術者當瞭解,本說明書為基本的概念可隨即被使用作為設計用於執行本發明之許多目的之其他構造、方法及系統之基礎。因而在不違離本發明之精神及範圍下,請求項被認為包括此等均等構造。

參照第1圖,本發明之鎖定墊圈15被安裝在套筒11的頂部。墊圈能藉著任何適當的手段包含壓入配合、黏著或在套筒之頂緣鎚擊而卡住於套筒之頂部。可使用多個墊圈。適宜材料之一例為耐龍(Nylon)。
如第2圖所示,每一個施加到套筒的墊圈包含面向內的柄腳17。本實施例中的墊圈係被收納在有內螺紋的套筒11之頂部周圍的溝槽19中。如進一步顯示於第3圖,當螺絲13被***套筒的螺紋內時,柄腳17變成彎曲,且隨後縱向地沿著螺絲之螺紋與套筒之螺紋之間的套筒內壁定位。在螺紋之間的柄腳之干涉配合提供了所要的主要扭矩且亦迫使螺絲螺紋抵住套筒之壁以確保良好的電性接觸。
本發明的墊圈能以手動進料或使用振動皿的自動進料而執行且組合到套筒。藉其他方法,墊圈材料可被提供作為連續的進料條且衝切成所要形狀並且使用螺帽體本身之直徑而被放置到適合位置。
因而,以上所述被認為僅係本發明之原理的敘述。又,因為許多改良及變化可立即由熟於此技術者做出,故不希望將本發明限制在圖示之顯示及說明的確切構造及操作,因此,所有適當的改良及均等物可落在本發明之範圍內。
Claims (6)
- 一種螺絲鎖定裝置,包括:圓形墊圈,包含一周圍圓形環件及一中心開口;柄腳,與該圓形環件成一體且沿徑向延伸到該中心開口,該柄腳可充分地變形而在其與圓形環件的會合處彎曲而不會扭曲該圓形環件。
- 如請求項1之裝置,另包括一具有頂部的套筒,一或多個該墊圈被裝設在該頂部。
- 如請求項2之裝置,其中該墊圈係裝設於在墊圈之頂部周圍的一溝槽中。
- 如請求項2之裝置,其中該墊圈係適合於使得當螺絲被***套筒之螺紋內時,柄腳變成彎曲且在螺絲已進一步前進時,柄腳縱向地沿著螺絲之螺紋與套筒之螺紋之間的套筒內壁定位。
- 如請求項2之裝置,其中該墊圈藉著壓入配合或黏著而保持在套筒之頂部。
- 如請求項1之裝置,其中該墊圈係由耐龍(Nylon)構成。
