Abstract

A storage display rack comprises a main rack body, which comprises an upper frame and a lower frame arranged with an interval and respectively connected to two first and second vertical columns between the upper and lower frames, and at least two rail units disposed between the upper and lower frames and respectively provided for configuring each tray, in which the storage boxes may be arranged on the upper and lower frames and the trays for placement of commodities, and a holding member is disposed respectively for each tray and on both sides of the main rack body for supporting each tray in a stable engagement; and, a secondary rack body connected with the upper frame of the main rack body, and the secondary rack body comprises a back frame connected with the rear end of the upper frame and two symmetric side frames and front frames, in which each of the side frames with the back frames and each of the front frames with the side frames are respectively connected by pivoting for developing and folding, and a net rack may mounted on the inner sides of the secondary rack body, respectively. 　　本案發明人從事相關領域產品的研究發展多年，有鑑於習知的展示架在空間規劃以及功能用途，尚有改善之處，本案發明人針對前述展示架的缺失深入探討，並依前述的需求積極尋求解決之道，在經過長期努力的研究與測試之後，終於完成本發明。
　　緣此，本發明之主要目的，在於提供一種收納展示架，以期能透過副架體兩側對稱的二側框架與二前框架於展開時可快速將商品陳列展售，增加使用者拿取商品的便利性，並利用副架體兩側對稱的二側框架與二前框架收合方式，以縮短因商品各自分類收納的時間。
　　依據上述之目的，本發明所述的收納展示架，包括一主架體，該主架體包含為間隔設置的一上框與一下框、分別連接在上框與下框間的二第一立柱與二第二立柱，及設在上框與下框間且分別供各承盤設置的至少二軌道組，而於上框與下框及各承盤內可放置各收納盒以供各商品承放，另於各承盤與主架體兩側間各設有一頂接件以支撐各承盤嵌設穩固；及一連接在主架體的上框的副架體，該副架體包含一與上框後端連接的背框架，以及二對稱的側框架與前框架，該些側框架各與背框架及該些前框架各與該些側框架形成樞接及作展收方式，更可在副架體的內側各掛設一網架，供各商品可分類陳列展示及收納副架體。

　　上述第一承盤141及該二第二承盤151的周緣各立設有第一、第二圍壁140、150，且在第一承盤141的底緣設有複數個支撐板1400，據以支撐強化該第一承盤141及該二第二承盤151強度，俾供承放內部分別設有各式框格的一第二容室143的一第二收納盒142及一第三容室153的一第三收納盒152，其中第二收納盒142兩側分別外凸一第一嵌棒144，該第一嵌棒144配合嵌入預定之該導槽163內，俾供第二收納盒142於抽拉及置入位移時能在該導槽163內平穩移動，並於抽拉後止擋在擋件164處以防滑出，而該二第二承盤151相鄰該上框10的兩側分別設有一嵌槽154，以分別嵌扣在該上框10的兩側，而該二第二承盤151遠離該嵌槽154的一側各設有一固定孔155，分別透過一頂接件19上方設置一凸桿191，以各套入該些固定孔155中，該些頂接件19下方各設置一套固部192及該些套固部192各具有一缺槽193，以套固在該下框11的兩側，令該二第二承盤151嵌設在主架體1的兩側間的定位性更佳穩固。
　　該副架體2設於主架體1的上框10上方，該副架體2包含一背框架20、二對稱的側框架21及二對稱的前框架22，其中該背框架20具有與上框10、下框11後端連接的二支撐立柱200，於該二支撐立柱200間具有複數根連接橫柱201連接一體，每一該側框架21分別與該背框架20的該些支撐立柱200間，以及每一該側框架21分別與該些前框架22間透過複數個鉸鍊26形成樞接及為展收作動，而該背框架20兩側與每一該側框架21間及每一該前框架22間的上端面分別設有複數組定位凸耳23，分別利用複數根穿桿24穿接固定，使該背框架20兩側的每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22為展開狀態，而該背框架20兩側的每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22的內側上方設有複數個掛鉤25，供複數個網架3分別掛設，可快速將各商品4陳列展售(同時參閱第4圖)；另，於每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22的任一內側分別設置複數個凸片27並各具有一孔洞271，及在每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22的底框各設有一與該些孔洞271對應的穿孔28，供該副架體2於收合時將該些穿桿24再分別穿入該些孔洞271及穿至該些穿孔28中固定，以免每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22於收合後移動。
　　據上所述本發明較佳實施例之構成，請配合參閱第1～4圖所示，欲利用前述較佳實施例展示商品4時，待該副架體2位移至所需位置後，再下壓該些活動式滾輪112的該些扳桿113抵掣，即可定位該副架體2，再一一拉動原先穿固在每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22的任一底框的該些穿桿24，使該背框架20、每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22分別向左及向右方向位移，此時，該些穿桿24脫離該些孔洞271及該些穿孔28，且藉由該些穿桿24穿固該些定位凸耳23，分別對該背框架20、每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22間形成限制，而可避免該背框架20、每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22於展開後再次折收移動，並將該些網架3分別掛設在該背框架20、每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22內側的該些掛鉤25上，再使位於同橫向的該軌道組15任一第二立柱13面上及橫柱122的外側面上卡定在卡榫17上的移動卡件18反向旋移，可將放置在同橫向的該軌道組15上的該二第二承盤151，分別沿著同橫向的該軌道組15拉出，再利用該二第二承盤151一側的嵌槽154，以分別嵌扣在該上框10的兩側，再分別透過該些頂接件19上方的凸桿191分別套入該些固定孔155中，該些頂接件19下方分別設置的套固部192的缺槽193套固在該下框11的兩側，令該二第二承盤151嵌設在主架體1的兩側間的定位穩固，而位於同軸向的該軌道組14上的該第一承盤141則藉該第一嵌棒144於該導槽163內位移並止擋在擋件164定位，使該第一承盤141沿著同軸向的該軌道組14拉出，並分別在該上框10、該第一承盤141及該二第二承盤151的內部分別放置第一收納盒101、第二收納盒142及第三收納盒152，以使其呈現類同階梯層次狀型態，藉以展露出各收納盒的置放空間，並得據此將各商品4進行分類陳列展示及收納。
　　再者，若欲收存本發明收納展示架，請配合第5～12圖所示，則可依據前述開展方式反向操作，即可使該上框10、該第一承盤141及該二第二承盤151內部的第一收納盒101、第二收納盒142及第三收納盒152和回復初始位置，取出該些頂接件19，拉動原先固定在該些定位凸耳23的該些穿桿24，及透過每一該側框架21分別與該背框架20的該些支撐立柱200間，以及每一該側框架21分別與該些前框架22間的該些鉸鍊26，使內側掛設該些網架3的該背框架20、每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22分別位移至與呈矩形的該主架體1對應的兩側及前端處，再使該些穿桿24軸穿每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22的該些凸片27的該些孔洞271中穿接固定在上框10內周緣的該些孔103中，進而使該副架體2的每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22分別向該副架體2內部靠移，從而完成該副架體2收納動作，再扳開該些活動式滾輪112的扳桿113為啟開狀，即能移動收納展示架裝車運送或於使用時再由車上卸下。
　　再請參閱第13圖所示，於每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22任一內側的該些凸片27及該些穿孔28可再透過複數根穿桿24穿接固定在上框10內周緣處，而當該背框架20、每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22於展開時，於每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22任一內側的該些凸片27對應的上方各設有複數個凸桿29，供該些穿桿24一端各設置的一拉把241向上拉動並鉤設定位，即可將每一該側框架21及每一該前框架22分別向右或向左展開移動。
　　又，如第14圖所示，於同橫向的軌道組15兩外側上方可分別設有與同軸向的軌道組14外側上方類同的導引組16，俾供內部分別設有第三收納盒152的該二第二承盤151抽拉及置入之位移，並在該些連接件161分別與同橫向的軌道組15間形成的導槽163，並在該些導槽163的兩端外各利用擋件164，分別使該二第二承盤151於拉出後，利用該二第二承盤151側邊各設置的一第二嵌棒156止擋使用，以免於該二第二承盤151拉出後滑出。
　　據由前述，本發明收納展示架將各收納盒的置放空間進行有效規劃利用，藉由主架體的多層及副架體兩側的該些側框架與該些前框架的展收方式，將各商品進行簡單地分類收納，以方便使用者拿取商品的便利性，以縮短因商品各自分類收納的時間，同時本發明亦能提供使用者裝車運送及卸貨方便。
