Abstract

本發明係有關於一種應用於太陽能板集電母線上之導光膠帶,該導光膠帶具有一透明基材層,該透明基材層於太陽光入射側具有複數個導光微結構;以及一黏著層;藉由其上之複數個導光微結構可使原本入射至該集電母線上而被遮蔽的太陽光,傳導至兩側之發電區域,增加太陽光的利用效率。

Description

導光膠帶
本發明是有關於一種用於太陽能板之集電母線上之導光膠帶,使照射於集電母線上之太陽光可傳導至集電母線旁之發電區域。
因能源逐漸短缺,因此對於太陽能等綠色能源的利用程度逐漸增加,但目前市售太陽能電池的光電轉換效率僅約10%至25%,並不足以大幅度替代現有能源的使用,故如何增加太陽能的利用效率,一直是人們的努力目標;而現有太陽能板中,需存在著集電母線以匯流太陽光所轉化而成的電流,且愈多、愈寬的集電母線愈不易使電流於傳導過程中消耗,但一般集電母線為金屬材質所製,並無法使光線穿透,因此,集電母線所佔區域愈大反而更加減少了太陽光的進入,影響太陽能板對於所入射太陽光的利用率。
有鑑於上述習知技藝之問題,本發明之目的在於提供一種具備新穎性、進步性及產業利用性等專利要件之導光膠帶,以期克服現有產品之難點。
為達到上述目的,本發明提供一種導光膠帶,可依照太 陽能板之導電母線數量及分佈,將其外貼至導電母線上,使太陽光照射於該導電母線區域時,藉由其上之導光微結構將太陽光傳導至導電母線以外之發電區域,而恢復原有發電面積所能產生之發電量,以增加太陽光利用率;且對於現有太陽能板製程及結構方面,因本發明之導光膠帶為採用外加貼附於現有太陽能板上之導電母線的方式,故不需重新設計太陽能板之結構,減少了製程改變或結構重新設計之成本,且適用於現行各種不同尺寸之太陽能板。
在本發明之導光膠帶一較佳實施態樣中,其包含一透明基材層,該透明基材層具有可撓性,且於太陽光入射側具有複數個導光微結構;以及一黏著層,位於該透明基材層相對於該複數個導光微結構之另一側,以貼附該導光膠帶於太陽能板之導電母線上;其中,每一該些導光微結構於太陽光入射側皆具有一反光面,且該透明基材層於黏著層側具有一底面,該反光面與該底面之夾角為30度至60度,較佳為40度至50度,以單次反射傳導所入射之太陽光至集電母線兩側之發電區域。
在本發明之導光膠帶一實施例中,每一該些導光微結構之高度係介於10μm至1000μm,較佳係介於20μm至100μm;每一該些導光微結構之寬度係介於10μm至1000μm,較佳係介於20μm至100μm;每一該些導光微結構之間隔係介於0μm至1000μm,較佳係介於0μm至100μm。
在本發明之導光膠帶另一實施態樣中,該複數個導光微結構包含複數個金屬反射結構或複數個稜鏡導光結構。
在本發明之導光膠帶另一實施例中,每一該些導光微結構之形狀可為相同或不相同。
在本發明之導光膠帶又一實施例中,該透明基材層所使用之材料係選自丙烯酸系樹脂、聚酯或聚碳酸酯。
在本發明之導光膠帶又一實施例中,該黏著層係包含矽膠或丙烯酸系黏著劑。
在本發明之導光膠帶又一實施例中,其更包含一保護層於該透明基材層之該導光微結構之一側,以保護該導光微結構,並增加該導光膠帶之耐候性;該保護層之材料係選自乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯或聚烯烴。

請配合參看第1圖所示,在本發明之導光膠帶1一較佳 實施態樣中,其包含一透明基材層2,該透明基材層2具有可撓性,且於太陽光入射側具有複數個導光微結構2a;以及一黏著層3,位於該透明基材層2相對於該複數個導光微結構2a之另一側,以貼附該導光膠帶1於太陽能板之導電母線上;其中,每一該些導光微結構2a於太陽光入射側皆具有一反光面2b,且該透明基材層2於黏著層側3具有一底面2c,該反光面2b與該底面2c之夾角θ為30度至60度,較佳為40度至50度,以單次反射傳導所入射之太陽光至集電母線兩側之發電區域,且因太陽光僅需單次反射即可傳導入發電區域,故可最大程度減少於傳導過程之能量損耗。
在本發明之導光膠帶一實施例中,每一該些導光微結構 之高度H係介於10μm至1000μm,較佳係介於20μm至100μm;每一該些導光微結構之寬度W係介於10μm至1000μm,較佳係介於20μm至100μm;每一該些導光微結構之間隔S係介於0μm至1000μm,較佳係介於0μm至100μm。
請配合參看第2-1圖所示,在本發明之導光膠帶另一實 施態樣中,導光膠帶11以黏著層31貼附於太陽能板之集電母線41上,該導光膠帶11具有該複數個導光微結構21a於透明基材層21上,該複數個導光微結構21a包含複數個金屬反射結構;其形成方式例如可於該複數個導光微結構21a之反光面21b鍍一金屬層21d,而形成複數個金屬反射結構,以直接傳導入射之太陽光至鄰近發電區域51。
請再一併參看第2-2圖所示,在本發明之導光膠帶又一實施態樣中,導光膠帶12以黏著層32貼附於太陽能板之集電母線42上,該導光膠帶12具有該複數個導光微結構22a於透明基材層22上,該複數個導光微結構22a包含複數個稜鏡導光結構22d,因每一稜鏡導光結構22d與透明基材層22間皆具有空隙,所以藉由使用適當折射率之該複數個稜鏡導光結構22d,可使太陽光入射於反光面22b時,因介面折射率差異產生全反射,而直接傳導入射之太陽光至鄰近發電區域52。
在本發明之導光膠帶另一實施例中,每一該些導光微結構之形狀可為相同或不相同;請配合參看第3-1圖所示,透明基材層23上之導光微結構23a之形狀可為對稱或不對稱,例如反光面23b之方向可為不對稱之同向排列,或對稱之不同向排列;再請一併參看第3-2圖所示,透明基材層24上之導光微結構24a之反光面24b與該底面24c之夾角θ可皆為相同或呈連續變化,以進一步控制太陽光之出射角度,與減少太陽光穿透該透明基材層之比例,降低太陽光於傳遞過程之損耗。
在本發明之導光膠帶又一實施例中,該透明基材層所使用之材料係選自丙烯酸系樹脂、聚酯或聚碳酸酯。
在本發明之導光膠帶又一實施例中,該黏著層係包含矽膠或丙烯酸系黏著劑。
在本發明之導光膠帶又一實施例中,其更包含一保護層於該透明基材層之該導光微結構之一側,以保護該導光微結構,並增加該導光膠帶之耐候性;該保護層之材料係選自乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯或聚烯烴。
綜上所述,將本發明之導光膠帶外貼至太陽能板之導電 母線上後,照射於該導電母線區域上之太陽光,即可藉由該導光膠帶其上之導光微結構傳導至導電母線以外之發電區域,而恢復原有發電面積所能產生之發電量,以增加太陽光利用率;且因導光微結構之設計可使太陽光經單次反射即可傳導至集電母線兩側之發電區域,而不至於多次反射或折射的傳導過程中產生損耗。
以上所述之實施例僅係為說明本發明之技術思想及特 點,其目的在使熟習此項技藝之人士能夠瞭解本發明之內容並據以實施,當不能以之限定本發明之專利範圍,即大凡依本發明所揭示之精神所作之均等變化或修飾,仍應涵蓋在本發明之專利範圍內。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種用於太陽能板之導光膠帶,其包含:一透明基材層,該透明基材層具有可撓性,且於太陽光入射側具有複數個導光微結構;以及一黏著層,位於該透明基材層相對於該些導光微結構之另一側,以貼附該導光膠帶於該太陽能板;其中,每一該些導光微結構於該太陽光入射側皆具有一反光面,且該透明基材層於該黏著層側具有一底面,該反光面與該底面之夾角為30度至60度,較佳為40度至50度,以單次反射傳導所入射之該太陽光至該導光膠帶以外之區域。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,其中該些導光微結構包含複數個金屬反射結構或複數個稜鏡導光結構。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,其中每一該些導光微結構之高度係介於10μm至1000μm,較佳係介於20μm至100μm。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,其中每一該些導光微結構之寬度係介於10μm至1000μm,較佳係介於20μm至100μm。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,其中每一該些導光微結構之間隔係介於0μm至1000μm,較佳係介於0μm至100μm。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,其中每一該些導光微結構之形狀可為相同或不相同。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之導光膠帶,其中該些導光微結構之形狀可為對稱或不對稱。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之導光膠帶,其中該些導光微結構之該反光面與該底面之夾角皆為相同或呈連續變化。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,其中該透明基材層所使用之材料係選自丙烯酸系樹脂、聚酯或聚碳酸酯。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,其中該黏著層係包含矽膠或丙烯酸系黏著劑。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導光膠帶,更包含一保護層於該透明基材層之該導光微結構之一側,以增加該導光膠帶之耐候性。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之導光膠帶,其中該保護層之材料係選自乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯或聚烯烴。
