Abstract

The present invention provides a dashboard camera device for automated activation of a turn signal which is able to detect turning of a running vehicle by an intelligent electronic device and a gyroscope. A safety protection module is mounted in the intelligent electronic device, so that the intelligent electronic device can act as a dashboard camera and uses video images recorded by the dashboard camera to create a signal and transfers it to an on-board computer in which a left turn signal or a right turn signal is automatically generated.
