Abstract

一種電子書寫板,包括依次層疊的底色板、電致變色板及觸摸板。該底色板用於顯示底色,該電致變色板為一電致變色器件,該電致變色板包括陣列排佈的複數電致變色畫素,每一電致變色畫素均包括複數電致變色子畫素,同一電致變色畫素中的複數電致變色子畫素變色後呈現的顔色各不相同,該觸摸板用於感測接觸其表面的物體的位置並將該位置資訊至該電致變色器件,使該電致變色器件在該觸摸板的接觸位置顯示預定顔色。

Description

電子書寫板
本發明涉及一種電子書寫板領域。
傳統的教學用黑板采用粉筆進行書寫,粉筆的粉塵極易對人體的健康造成危害。隨著科技的進步,電子書寫板系統的應用越來越廣泛,有逐漸取代傳統黑板的趨勢。習知的一種電子書寫板系統包括電子白板、電腦及投影儀,該電子白板具有電磁感應的性質,該投影儀和電子白板均與電腦相連。使用時,採用電磁感應筆接觸電子白板的表面並進行書寫,該電子白板感應到電磁感應筆的位置並傳輸至電腦,電腦將感應到的電磁感應筆在電子白板表面的運動軌蹟通過書寫軟件進行顯示,並將顯示的軌蹟內容通過投影儀投射至電子白板的背面,由於信號傳輸及處理速度很快,從而在視覺上類似於採用電磁感應筆在電子白板上書寫內容,作用上類似於採用粉筆在傳統黑板上書寫內容。然而,這種電子書寫板系統需要外接電腦及投影儀,結構複雜且成本高。
有鑒於此,提供一種結構簡單且成本低的電子書寫板。
一種電子書寫板,包括依次層疊的底色板、電致變色板及觸摸板。該底色板用於顯示底色,該電致變色板為一電致變色器件,該電致變色板包括陣列排佈的複數電致變色畫素,每一電致變色畫素均包括複數電致變色子畫素,同一電致變色畫素中的複數電致變色子畫素變色後呈現的顔色各不相同,該觸摸板用於感測接觸其表面的物體的位置並將該位置資訊至該電致變色器件,使該電致變色器件在該觸摸板的接觸位置顯示預定顔色。
相對於習知技術,本案的電子書寫板無需外接電腦和投影儀,結構簡單且成本大大降低。另,電致變色材料具有雙穩態的性能,該電子書寫板在書寫完畢後形成靜態軌蹟圖像,只要顯示內容不變化,就不會耗電,從而達到節能的目的。進一步地,本實施例的電子書寫板100可以實現多色書寫,使其應用範圍更廣。

請參閱圖1,本發明實施例提供一種電子書寫板100,包括底色板10、設置於底色板10表面的電致變色板20、設置於電致變色板20表面的觸摸屏30、驅動電路模塊40及用戶界面50。
該底色板10為該電子書寫板100的底色顯示板,當該電致變色板20呈現透明狀態時,該底色板10的顔色可以從該觸摸屏30的外側看到,即被使用者看到,從而在該電致變色板20的部分區域顯示某一種彩色時,該底色板10的顔色可以襯托該電致變色板20的顯示顔色,以使該電致變色板20的顯示顔色容易分辨。一般地,該底色板10的顔色為白色或黑色。
請進一步參閱圖2至4,該電致變色板20包括陣列排列的多個電致變色畫素202,每個電致變色畫素202包括並排設置的三個子畫素,分別為第一電致變色子畫素2021、第二電致變色子畫素2022及第三電致變色子畫素2023,本實施例中,該第一至第三電致變色子畫素2021、2022及2023分別為三原色子畫素,即分別代表紅、綠、藍三色子畫素。該電致變色板20為多層結構,該第一電致變色子畫素2021、第二電致變色子畫素2022及第三電致變色子畫素2023的結構相同,圖4示出該第一電致變色子畫素2021、第二電致變色子畫素2022及第三電致變色子畫素2023中其中一子畫素的多層結構,包括兩個透明基板203和204,以及設置於該透明基板203和204之間的從透明基板203向透明基板204依次排列的第一透明電極層205、電致變色層206、離子導電層207、離子存儲層208及第二透明電極層209。
該透明基板203和204可以為玻璃基板、藍寶石基板或透明的柔性基板。該第一透明電極層205和第二透明電極層209可以為氧化銦錫(簡稱ITO)等透明導電材料。本實施例中,該第一透明電極層205為畫素電極,即每個子畫素對應的電極層與其他子畫素對應的電極層相分離;該第二透明電極層209為公共電極。
該電致變色層206為具有電致變色特性的電致變色材料,其可以為無機電致變色材料,也可以為有機電致變色材料。該第一電致變色子畫素2021的電致變色層206為在其對應的第一透明電極層205和第二透明電極層209之間的電壓發生變化時,使該電致變色畫素202在紅色與透明狀態之間相互轉化的電致變色材料,如聚鄰苯二胺。該第二電致變色子畫素2022的電致變色層206為在其對應的第一透明電極層205和第二透明電極層209之間的電壓發生變化時,使該電致變色畫素202在藍色與透明狀態之間相互轉化的電致變色材料,如WO3。該第三電致變色子畫素2023的電致變色層206為在其對應的第一透明電極層205和第二透明電極層209之間的電壓發生變化時,使該電致變色畫素202在綠色與透明狀態之間相互轉化的電致變色材料,如Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3
該離子導電層207用於提供離子在電致變色層206之間的傳輸通道,該離子導電層207可採用高分子聚合物固態電解質材料製備。該離子存儲層208用於存儲離子,起到平衡器件中電荷總量的作用。
請進一步參閱圖5,該電致變色板20進一步包括控制電路210,本實施例中,該控制電路210設置於該第一透明電極層205一側。該控制電路210包括複數行掃描線212和複數列掃描線214,複數行掃描線212與複數列掃描線214相互交叉形成與該複數電致變色畫素202的子畫素即複數第一至第三電致變色子畫素2021、2022及2023相對應的多個子畫素,行掃描線212與列掃描線214的交叉處形成對應子畫素的開關器件216,本實施例中,該開關器件216為TFT開關器件,該開關器件216與對應子畫素的第一透明電極層205電連接。該驅動電路模塊40與該控制電路210連接,該驅動電路模塊40可通過控制電路210的行掃描線212和列掃描線214進行尋址,並對通過尋址確定的電致變色畫素202對應的開關器件216進行電壓控制,以使電致變色畫素202的第一至第三電致變色子畫素2021、2022及2023顯示彩色或呈現透明狀態。
該觸摸屏30與該驅動電路模塊40連接,該觸摸屏30用於感測觸摸其表面的物體的位置,並將位置資訊傳輸至該驅動電路模塊40。該觸摸屏30可以為電阻式觸摸屏、電容式觸摸屏、紅外觸摸屏、光學觸摸屏等。
該用戶界面50為用戶使用該電子書寫板100時的操作界面,其包括電源鍵52、書寫色彩選擇模塊54和抹除鍵56。該用戶界面50用該驅動電路模塊40相連,該電源鍵52用於控制電子書寫板100的電源開關。當該書寫色彩選擇模塊54包括複數色彩鍵542表示需要書寫的多個顔色,本實施例中色彩鍵542的數量為四個,分別為白色鍵W、紅色鍵R、綠色鍵G及藍色鍵B,當對應色彩鍵為選中狀態時,用戶可以在該電子書寫板100表面進行書寫留下書寫對應顔色的痕蹟;當該抹除鍵56為選中狀態時,用戶可以采用一物體如板擦抹除電子書寫板留下的書寫痕蹟。用於可以通過按壓等方式對電源鍵52、書寫色彩選擇模塊54中的色彩鍵542、及抹除鍵56進行操作,以獲得相應的功能。
該電子書寫板100的使用方法如下:按壓電源鍵52,打開電源開關;然後,按壓書寫色彩選擇模塊54中的某一色彩鍵542,如紅色鍵R,使電子書寫板100處於可書寫狀態,此時抹除鍵56自動變為關閉狀態;採用書寫筆或直接用手指觸摸觸摸屏30表面進行移動書寫,該觸摸屏30感測到觸摸位置並傳輸至驅動電路模塊40,驅動電路模塊40根據觸摸位置資訊利用控制電路210進行尋址並對觸摸位置對應畫素的第一電致變色子畫素2021的第一透明電極層205與第二透明電極層209施加電壓,使對應第一電致變色子畫素的電致變色層206呈現紅色,書寫筆不斷移動使移動軌蹟各處的畫素均呈現紅色,從而實現電子書寫的目的。當需要電子書寫板100上的彩色痕蹟抹除時,按壓抹除鍵56,使電子書寫板100處於抹除狀態,此時書寫色彩選擇模塊54的各個色彩鍵542自動變為關閉狀態,利用板擦即可將彩色痕蹟抹除。可以理解,當按下綠色鍵G或藍色鍵B,則對應畫素的第二電致變色子畫素2022或第三電致變色子畫素2023被施加電壓,使書寫痕蹟呈現綠色或藍色;而按下白色鍵W時,對應畫素的第一至第三電致變色子畫素2021、2022和2023均被施加電壓,使紅綠色藍三種顔色均顯示,經過混色後得到白色書寫痕蹟。
可以理解的是,在製作該電子書寫板100時,底色板10、電致變色板20及觸摸屏30可以一起製作,此時該透明基板203和204可以省略,由該觸摸屏30和底色板10分別作為支撐該電致變色板20的設置於相對兩側的基板,即,將該第一透明電極層205和第二透明電極層209分別形成於該觸摸屏和底色板10的內側表面。另外,該離子存儲層208也可以為與電致變色層206的電致變色材料性能相反的電致變色材料,這樣可以起到顔色疊加或互補的作用,如:電致變色層材料採用的是陽極氧化變色材料,則離子存儲層可採用陰極還原變色材料。
同樣可以理解的是,每個畫素的多個子畫素的對應變色後顔色也可以為其他顔色,每個畫素中的子畫素的個數也不限於三個,也可以為兩個或多於三個,只要同一畫素中的複數子畫素對應變色後的顔色各不相同即可,同樣可以使該電子書寫板100實現多色書寫的目的。
相對於習知技術,本實施例的的電子書寫板100無需外接電腦和投影儀,結構簡單且成本大大降低。另,電致變色材料具有雙穩態的性能,該電子書寫板100在書寫完畢後形成靜態軌蹟圖像,只要顯示內容不變化,就不會耗電,從而達到節能的目的。進一步地,本實施例的電子書寫板100可以實現多色書寫,使其應用範圍更廣。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種電子書寫板,包括依次層疊的底色板、電致變色板及觸摸板,該底色板用於顯示底色,該電致變色板為一電致變色器件,該電致變色板包括陣列排佈的複數電致變色畫素,每一電致變色畫素均包括複數電致變色子畫素,同一電致變色畫素中的複數電致變色子畫素變色後呈現的顔色各不相同,該觸摸板用於感測接觸其表面的物體的位置並將該位置資訊至該電致變色器件,使該電致變色器件在該觸摸板的接觸位置顯示預定顔色。
  2. 如請求項1所述的電子書寫板,其中,每一電致變色子畫素均包括從該觸摸板至該底色板的方向依次層疊設置的第一透明電極層、電致變色層、離子導電層、離子存儲層及第二透明電極層。
  3. 如請求項2所述的電子書寫板,其中,該第一透明電極層和第二透明電極層分別形成於觸摸板和底色板的內側表面。
  4. 如請求項2所述的電子書寫板,其中,該電致變色板進一步包括設置於該觸摸板與該第一透明電極層底之間的第一透明基板,和設置於該底色板與該第二透明電極層之間的第二透明基板,該第一透明電極層和第二透明電極層分別形成於該第一透明基板和第二透明基板的內側表面。
  5. 如請求項2所述的電子書寫板,其中,該第一透明電極層包括多個相互分離的分別對應於該複數電致變色子畫素的複數子畫素電極,第二透明電極層為公共電極,該電致變色板進一步包括控制電路,該控制電路設置於該第一透明電極層一側,該控制電路包括複數行掃描線和複數列掃描線,複數行掃描線與複數列掃描線相互交叉形成與該複數電致變色子畫素相對應的多個子畫素,行掃描線與列掃描線的交叉處形成對應子畫素的開關器件,該開關器件與對應的子畫素電極電連接。
  6. 如請求項5所述的電子書寫板,其中,該電子書寫板進一步包括驅動電路模塊,用於根據該觸摸板傳輸的觸摸位置資訊利用控制電路進行尋址,並對通過尋址確定的電致變色畫素對應的開關器件進行電壓控制,以使電致變色畫素顯示彩色或呈現透明狀態。
  7. 如請求項6所述的電子書寫板,其中,該電子書寫板進一步包括與該驅動電路模塊相連的用戶界面,該用戶界面包括電源鍵、書寫色彩選擇模塊及抹除鍵,該電源鍵用於控制電源的開關,該書寫色彩選擇模塊包括複數色彩選擇鍵,用於控制電子書寫板的書寫痕蹟的色彩,該抹除鍵用於控制該電子書寫板的抹除狀態。
