Abstract

一種貨櫃數據中心，包括一收容於一機房內的貨櫃、一導風罩及一連接件，該機房的一側壁開設一通孔，該貨櫃開設一入風口及一出風口，該導風罩的一端***該機房的通孔內，該導風罩的另一端連接於該連接件的一側，該連接件的另一側正對該入風口可拆卸地裝設於該貨櫃，風流自該機房的外部流入該導風罩，經該連接裝置及入風口進入該貨櫃內，從該貨櫃的出風口排出。

Description

貨櫃數據中心
本發明涉及一種貨櫃數據中心。
習知的機房內通常放置複數貨櫃式數據中心，每一貨櫃式數據中心包括一貨櫃及放置於貨櫃內的大量的機櫃。機櫃內的伺服器工作時，會產生大量的熱。傳統的貨櫃式數據中心的散熱方式為：該機房的側壁正對每一貨櫃式數據中心的進風口處開設一入風口，使機房外部的冷空氣可流經貨櫃內的伺服器對其進行散熱，流經伺服器後的熱空氣通常會排入該機房內。然，機房的側壁與貨櫃的進風口之間有間隙，機房內的熱空氣會自該間隙回流至貨櫃式數據中心內，使貨櫃式數據中心的散熱效率降低。
鑒於以上內容，有必要提供一種避免熱空氣回流的貨櫃數據中心。
一種貨櫃數據中心，包括一收容於一機房內的貨櫃、一導風罩及一連接件，該機房的一側壁開設一通孔，該貨櫃開設一入風口及一出風口，該導風罩的一端***該機房的通孔內，該導風罩的另一端連接於該連接件的一側，該連接件的另一側正對該入風口可拆卸地裝設於該貨櫃，風流自該機房的外部流入該導風罩，經該連接裝置及入風口進入該貨櫃內，從該貨櫃的出風口排出。
相較習知技術，本發明貨櫃數據中心透過於貨櫃的入風口處安裝一個可拆卸的導風罩，且該導風罩延伸出機房的外部，使冷空氣由該機房的外部流入至貨櫃內，而該機房內的熱空氣不能回流至貨櫃內，從而提高了貨櫃數據中心的散熱效率。

請參閱圖1，本發明貨櫃數據中心的第一較佳實施方式包括一貨櫃20、一導風罩40及一連接件60。
該貨櫃20內收容複數機櫃22，該貨櫃20的一端開設一入風口24，該貨櫃20的一側於遠離該入風口24處開設一出風口26。
該導風罩40包括一導風部42及一自該導風部42的一端向外延伸的連接部44。該連接部44的橫截面小於該導風部42的橫截面。該導風罩40開設一穿通該導風部42及連接部44的導風槽46。本實施方式中，該導風罩40由鐵製成。
該連接件60包括一方形的框體62，該框體62由四條依次首尾相連接的條形板構成。該等條形板共同圍成一空間64。每一條形板的兩側分別卡固一磁鐵66。本實施方式中，該框體62由橡膠等軟質材料製成。
請參閱圖2，組裝時，將該導風罩40的連接部44***該連接件60的空間64內，使該導風罩40於鄰近該連接部44的一端吸附於該框體62一側的磁鐵66上。再將該框體62的空間64正對該貨櫃20的入風口24，使該框體62另一側的磁鐵66吸附於該貨櫃20。
請參閱圖3，使用時，將裝設有導風罩40的貨櫃數據中心收容於一機房300內，該機房300的一側壁開設一通孔302。該貨櫃數據中心的導風罩40自該機房300內***該通孔302內。冷風自機房300外部流進該導風罩40的導風槽46，經該連接件60的空間64及貨櫃20的入風口24流入貨櫃20內，流經該貨櫃20內的機櫃22，使機櫃22生産的熱量隨風流從該貨櫃20的出風口26流出。由於該連接件60由軟質材料製成，使該連接件60與貨櫃20之間無間隙，所以機房300內的熱空氣不會回流至該貨櫃20內，提高了該貨櫃數據中心的散熱效率。同時，該導風罩40與貨櫃20之間藉由磁鐵66連接，不需使用工具，拆裝方便。
請一並參閱圖4及圖5，本發明貨櫃數據中心的第二較佳實施方式與第一較佳實施方式大致相同，惟，該第二較佳實施方式內的連接件60a與導風罩40a藉由複數鉚釘80連接。即，該連接件60a的一側開設複數固定孔67，該導風罩40a的連接部44a開設複數連接孔442，組裝時，該導風罩40a的連接部44a***該連接件60a內，使每一連接孔442正對相應的固定孔67，該等鉚釘80分別鉚接於連接孔442及對應的固定孔67內。
綜上所述，本發明符合發明專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請。惟，以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例，舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士，在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化，皆應涵蓋於以下之如申請專利範圍內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種貨櫃數據中心，包括一收容於一機房內的貨櫃、一導風罩及一連接件，該機房的一側壁開設一通孔，該貨櫃開設一入風口及一出風口，該導風罩的一端***該機房的通孔內，該導風罩的另一端連接於該連接件的一側，該連接件的另一側正對該入風口可拆卸地裝設於該貨櫃，風流自該機房的外部流入該導風罩，經該連接裝置及入風口進入該貨櫃內，從該貨櫃的出風口排出。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之貨櫃數據中心，其中該連接件包括一框體，該框體夾持於該貨櫃與導風罩之間，該框體開設一穿通該導風罩及該入風口的空間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之貨櫃數據中心，其中該框體由軟質材料製成。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之貨櫃數據中心，其中該導風罩包括一導風部及一凸設於該導風部一端的連接部，該連接部***該連接件的空間內，該導風罩開設一穿通該導風部及連接部的導風槽，該導風槽正對該框體的空間。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之貨櫃數據中心，其中該導風罩由鐵製成，該框體的一側卡固一吸附於該貨櫃的磁鐵，該框體的另一側卡固一吸附於該導風罩的磁鐵。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之貨櫃數據中心，其中該框體的一側卡固一吸附該貨櫃的磁鐵，複數鉚釘將該連接部與該框體的另一側鉚接。
