蓋304包括氣道326，氣道326包括單向閥340。單向閥340可例如是盤閥。蓋304包括出口通路339、位於出口通路339中的混合媒介344和出口噴嘴350。混合媒介344可以是混合筒、一個或多個篩、擋板、海綿或其它多孔媒介。在操作期間，行經通路326的空氣流過單向閥340，流經一個或多個孔342進入通路339，在此與混合室338中形成的稀釋的濃縮物混合物混合。空氣和稀釋的濃縮物混合物被迫通過混合媒介344並以泡沫的形式從出口350分配。
泵送機構351包括本體352。本體352具有稀釋劑入口384、液壓泵送室371、稀釋劑泵室396、稀釋劑通路392、氣道387、 空氣壓縮機基座360、稀釋劑活塞397、致動器杆355、液壓活塞372、多個止回閥368、389和388、浮動球閥369、再填充供給閥(refill present valve)336以及多個密封構件367、377、379，以下將對其更詳細地討論。
稀釋劑(例如水)來源連接至稀釋劑入口384。在一個實施例中，將稀釋劑供應到稀釋劑入口384的稀釋劑來源是連接至設備的管364，例如類似參照圖7示出並描述的淋浴噴頭。在這樣的實施例中，管364連接至配件365。配件365具有室382。浮動球閥381位於室382內。室382包括位於頂部的開口380A，並具有位於開口380A中的單向止回閥380。單向止回閥380防止空氣從開口380A進入室382。如果空氣在配件365中，則浮動球閥381將不能密封開口380A，因為配件365中的稀釋劑液面不足以高到安置浮動球閥381。因此，空氣將通過單向出口閥380流動離開開口380A，直到稀釋劑液面上升並安置浮動球閥381。
稀釋劑行經通路384，並流經開口386進入液壓泵室371，還流過單向止回閥388進入稀釋劑泵室396。在一些實施例中，僅當稀釋劑泵室396中存在真空時稀釋劑流過止回閥388。困在液壓泵室371中的空氣通過開口368A溢出。單向止回閥368允許空氣從液壓泵室371溢出，但是防止空氣從大氣進入液壓泵室371。另外，浮動球閥369防止稀釋劑從液壓泵室371通過開口368A以上述參照配件365描述的方式溢出。
液壓活塞372至少部分位於液壓室371內。活塞372包括活塞頭374。活塞頭374包括位於環形槽378內的密封構件379。密封構件379提供對液壓室371的內壁的密封。儘管密封構件379示出為O型環，但是可使用任一種密封構件，例如刮油密封環。本體352包括開口373，活塞372的柄372A經過開口373。開口372A內的環形槽376保持密封構件377，密封構件377形成繞活塞柄372A的密封件。例如彈簧等偏置構件370位於液壓室371內 以向外偏置活塞，使得液壓室371的體積擴張，稀釋劑可流入液壓室371。
活塞397至少部分位於稀釋劑泵室396內。活塞397被偏置構件398偏置而使稀釋劑泵室的體積擴張到擴張位置。環形槽394位於活塞397中並包含密封構件395。密封構件395密封稀釋劑泵室396的壁。
致動器杆355連接至活塞397。致動器杆355通過開口366A向上延伸通過本體352。環形槽366位於開口366A中並保持密封構件367。密封構件367密封致動器杆355以防止稀釋劑流體流出液壓室371。致動器杆355向上延伸通過氣道387、通過空氣壓縮機353的空氣室353A，並延伸通過頂板356的孔或開口357A。孔357A包括環形凹槽357，其保持密封構件357B。密封構件357B可以是任一種密封構件，例如O型環。當再填充單元301安裝在分配器中並與泵送機構351匹配時，致動器杆355在空氣壓縮機353的頂板356之上延伸並裝配到泵室314中。定位環354穩固地裝配在致動器杆355之上。定位環354可通過壓配合類型的連接方式來安裝。定位環354防止頂板356進一步向上移動致動器杆355並使得空氣室353A隨著致動器杆355向下移動而縮回。
空氣壓縮機353包括風箱358、偏置構件358A、一個或多個進氣口362和單向入口閥361。入口閥361可以是例如柔性盤閥。另外，偏置構件358A向其擴張位置偏置空氣壓縮機室353A。氣道387從空氣壓縮機353導出，經過單向止回閥389，通過再填充單元301中的氣道326，經過單向閥340，通過孔342進入出口通路339。
稀釋劑出口通路392從稀釋劑泵送室396導出經過再填充供給閥336和再填充供給閥336中的孔336A，經過止回閥331，通過通路324、進入混合室338。再填充供給閥336被偏置構件334偏置到閉合位置。因此，當沒有再填充時，再填充供給閥336偏 置到閉合位置。
儘管泵送機構351和蓋304被示出並描述為單個部件，但是它們可由多個部件製成。進一步，部件可處於不同位置或由不同機構操作。例如，空氣壓縮機353可由致動液壓活塞372的致動器直接致動。在一些實施例中，不需要空氣壓縮機，空氣壓縮機353可完全移除。另外，連接至稀釋劑入口364的稀釋劑源可來自例如淋浴噴頭或輸水管線等外部源或設備，或可連接至位於分配器殼體中的容器。
圖6示出未連接再填充並因此再填充供給閥336被偏置到閉合位置的分配器300中的泵送機構351。
參照圖3-圖6最佳地描述了示例性的分配器300的操作。再填充單元301***分配器泵送機構351上。在再填充單元301***分配器泵送機構351上之前，再填充供給閥336被偏置到閉合位置(圖6)。當再填充單元301正確地***分配器300時，第二筒形突出部331接合再填充供給閥336並使其移動到打開位置(圖1)。圖1示出了處於閒置的分配器300。在閒置時，稀釋劑流經管364進入配件365，在該處空氣通過單向止回閥380被清除。另外，一旦稀釋劑填充配件365，則浮動球閥381由於液面上升而密封開口380A。稀釋劑通過通路384流入泵送機構351。稀釋劑通過開口386流入液壓泵室371並經過單向止回閥388進入稀釋劑泵送室396。進入液壓室371的空氣通過開口368A和止回閥368溢出。 一旦液壓室371充滿稀釋劑，浮動球閥369密封開口368A。在這一階段，分配器300完成準備工作並準備進行分配。當首先連接到例如水容器等稀釋劑源時，系統可要求幾個致動器行程以使分配器系統300完成準備工作。
圖4示出被致動的分配器300。活塞372向內移動經過開口386，隔絕液壓室371與稀釋劑源。活塞372的連續移動造成液壓，液壓通過在表面390上施加壓力而向下移動活塞397並泵送稀釋 劑通過稀釋劑出口通路392，經過再填充供給閥336，經過單向止回閥328，通過通路324並進入混合室338。另外，活塞397的移動引起致動器杆355的移動，致動器杆355壓縮空氣壓縮機353並在濃縮物泵室314中向下移動。致動器杆355的移動允許偏置構件318向下移動活塞316以壓縮濃縮物泵送室314的體積，濃縮物泵送室314泵送濃縮液經過單向止回閥320通過通路322並進入混合室338。濃縮液和稀釋液在混合室338中混合在一起以形成稀釋的濃縮物混合物。隨著空氣室353A的體積由於致動器杆355的向下運動而被壓縮，空氣被迫通過通路387，經過單向止回閥389，通過通路326，經過單向閥340通過孔342進入出口通路339，空氣與稀釋的濃縮物在出口通路339混合並被迫通過泡沫形成筒344。空氣和稀釋的濃縮物混合變成豐富的泡沫而從出口噴嘴350分配。
當分配器致動器(圖中未示)移動返回或移離時，分別由於偏置構件370、偏置構件398和偏置構件358A，活塞372朝向其閒置位置移動返回，活塞397移動返回到其閒置位置，空氣室353A移動返回到其閒置位置。在本實施例中，因為部件是機械地或液壓地連結在一起，所以全部三個偏置構件都有助於所有部件的運動。致動器杆355也向上按壓活塞316。活塞316向上移動在濃縮物泵送室314中產生真空，濃縮物泵送室314從容器302汲取濃縮物經過單向止回閥312。稀釋劑泵送室396的體積擴張造成稀釋劑從稀釋劑源被汲取經過單向止回閥388進入稀釋劑泵送室396。
如果稀釋劑入口384的稀釋劑供應被斷開或耗盡，並且液壓泵送室371中有稀釋劑，則致動器(圖中未示)的運動將不向內移動活塞372。這是因為液壓泵送室371中沒有稀釋劑，所以浮動球閥369將不密封開口368A，活塞372的運動將空氣推離開口368A，經過出口止回閥368，但不移動活塞397和致動器杆355。因此，如果沒有稀釋劑，則分配系統300將不會試圖分配。這是 特別有益的，因為濃縮液可能引起刺激，而濃縮液不會被分配到用戶的手。
任選地，濃縮物活塞316可包含其自己的致動杆，致動杆可與致動器杆355連結，使得致動器杆355不進入濃縮物泵室314並接觸濃縮物。因此，在這樣的實施例中，通過再填充單元301可移除接觸濃縮液的所有零件。
圖7示出稀釋劑源700。在本實施例中，稀釋劑源700是固定設備。示例性的固定件包括延伸穿過淋浴壁702的淋浴管延伸部704。三通接頭708位於淋浴管延伸部704與淋浴噴頭706之間。三通接頭708具有與淋浴管延伸部704和淋浴噴頭706匹配的螺紋連接。三通接頭708的T字部包含單向止回閥710，用以防止流體從管714向上流動並流出淋浴噴頭706。相似的連接可與其它固定設備(例如水龍頭)一起使用。稀釋劑源的其它示例性實施例包括例如檯面下的水龍頭連接、輸水管線等。
圖8示出與容器801中供應的稀釋劑一起使用的示例性的濃縮液分配器800的截面圖。分配器800包括泵送機構805和出口噴嘴806。泵送機構805可類似泵送機構351。然而，在本實施例中，大體示出稀釋劑供應入口，稀釋劑入口384被連接至稀釋劑容器801的稀釋劑入口供應部804代替。稀釋劑容器801盛放稀釋劑，例如水。另外，稀釋劑可以是例如水和添加劑等物質的組合。添加劑可以是與濃縮液反應的添加劑，或可以是消毒劑或滅菌劑。另外，容器801可重新填充。
在一個實施例中，容器801可具有允許用戶從例如水龍頭等供應源來填充容器801的商用配件(圖中未示)，然後倒轉容器801以將其***分配器800，當容器801倒轉時，容器801的內含物不會濺出或溢出。分配器800包括連接至泵送機構805的濃縮物容器802。濃縮物容器802可被移除和替換。泵送機構805可以是單個零件、由多個零件製成或者可構造為圖3中的泵送機構351，使 得接觸濃縮物或稀釋的濃縮物的大部分部件或者全部的部件可用濃縮的容器802代替。另外，容器801和/或容器802可包括一個或多個排氣口(圖中未示)，以允許空氣代替從容器801、802移除的流體。
圖9是示出用於混合濃縮物與稀釋劑的分配器(圖中未示)的具有兩個室的瓶子。具有兩個室的瓶子900包括具有第一關聯出口903的第一部分901和具有第二關聯出口904的第二部分902。兩室的瓶子900可包括一個或多個排出口(圖中未示)，用以排空室。室901和902可被折疊或可通過泵送機構(圖中未示)排空。具有兩個室的瓶子900的一個優點是，在運送之前室902之一可充滿濃縮的流體，在使用之前第二室901可由用戶填充。因此，由於運送空的第二室902而減輕了重量，所以運送具有兩個室的瓶子900的成本可少於包含備用流體的傳統的再填充單元的成本。
圖10A示出可折疊的具有兩個室的瓶子1000的示例性實施例，一個室1001示出為被折疊，一個室1002示出為被展開，圖10B示出兩個室1001、1002均被展開的可折疊的具有兩個室的瓶子1000。在圖10A中，濃縮的流體已經被加入到室1002，同時室1003被折疊以便運送。室1001包括出口1003，室1002包括出口1004。出口1003也可用來以稀釋劑填充室1001。可折疊的具有兩個室的瓶子1000的運送重量減輕、運送體積減小。用戶簡單地打開容器1000，用例如水等稀釋劑填充室1001，並將容器安裝在分配系統中。室1001和/或室1002可包括排出口(圖中未示)，以允許空氣代替從室1001、1002移除的流體。任選地，室1001和1002可被構造為當移除流體時被折疊並減小室1001的內部體積。

Claims (24)

  1. 一種肥皂或消毒劑分配器，包括：殼體；能移除和能替換的濃縮物容器，盛有濃縮的肥皂或消毒劑，位於所述殼體內；濃縮物泵，與所述濃縮物容器呈流體連通；稀釋劑容器，用於盛放液體，位於所述殼體內；稀釋劑泵，用於泵送稀釋劑；混合室，與所述濃縮物泵及所述稀釋劑泵呈流體連通；以及出口；其中從所述濃縮物容器泵送的濃縮的肥皂或消毒劑與從所述稀釋劑容器泵送的稀釋劑混合，以形成稀釋的混合物，而且在所述出口處分配稀釋的混合物。
  2. 如請求項1所述的肥皂或消毒劑分配器，其中當被清空時，所述濃縮物容器能夠被移除並能夠被替換。
  3. 如請求項2所述的肥皂或消毒劑分配器，其中所述濃縮物泵被固定到所述濃縮物容器，而且當濃縮物被清空時，所述濃縮物泵與所述濃縮物容器一起被移除。
  4. 如請求項1所述的肥皂或消毒劑分配器，其中所述稀釋劑容器能夠被重新填充。
