Abstract

A stand for electronic device is disclosed, which includes a base, an engaging member, a shaft and a cover. The engaging member is moveablely along a predetermined direction disposed in the base, wherein a first end of the engaging member has a first hook. The shaft is rotatably disposed in the base, wherein a plurality of grooves are formed at the outer surface of the shaft. The first hook is corresponding to the one of the grooves and engaged therein. When the engaging member is away from the shaft along the predetermined direction, the first hook is disengaged from the grooves so as to allow the cover which is connected to the shaft to pivot about the base.
