Abstract

一種薄型熱管製造方法,係包含下列步驟:提供一種中空之管體及一網狀毛細結構,再將該網狀毛細結構設置於該管體內,提供一治具並將該治具設置於網狀毛細結構內,再將該管體進行燒結使該網狀毛細結構燒結於內壁上並取出該治具,對該管體進行抽真空並填入工作流體,再將該管體封閉並施以機械加工以製成扁平狀;以使網狀毛細結構得完全伏貼附所述管體內壁上,藉以維持管體完整度與維持熱管內部汽液循環通道完整度。

Description

薄型熱管製造方法
本發明係有關於一種薄型熱管製造方法,尤指一種可避免網狀毛細結構因加壓變形而影響導熱效率之薄型熱管製造方法。

熱管,其表觀上的熱傳導率是銅、鋁等金屬的數倍至數十倍左右而相當的優異,因此是作為冷卻用元件而被運用於各種熱對策相關機器。從形狀來看,熱管可分成圓管形狀的熱管、平面形狀的熱管。為了冷卻CPU等的電子機器的被冷卻零件,基於容易安裝於被冷卻零件且能獲得寬廣接觸面積的觀點,宜使用平面型熱管來進行散熱。隨著冷卻機構的小型化、省空間化,在使用熱管的冷卻機構的情況,更有嚴格要求該熱管的極薄型化之必要。
按,熱管內部設有空間來作為工作流體的流路,收容於該空間內的工作流體,經由蒸發、冷凝等的相變化和移動等,而進行熱的轉移。接下來詳細的說明熱管的動作,該熱管具備密封的空洞部,藉由收容於該空洞部的工作流體之相變化和移動來進行熱的轉移。
因此,業界採用熱管作為導熱之元件,將熱管穿設或嵌結散熱鰭片,利用熱管內部充填之低沸點工作液體在發熱電子元件處(蒸發端)吸熱蒸發,向散熱鰭片移動,在散熱鰭片處(冷凝端)將發熱電子元件產生之熱量傳遞至散熱鰭片,利用散熱風扇將產生之熱量帶走,完成對電子元件之散熱。
又,目前熱管有許多種的之製造方法,例如係透過於一中空管體中填入金屬粉末,並將該金屬粉末透過燒結之方式於該中空管體內壁形成一毛細結構層,其後對該管體進行抽真空填入工作流體最後封管,又或於所述中空管體內置入網狀毛細結構體,並將該網狀毛細結構體透過燒結之方式於該中空管體內壁形成一毛細結構層,其後對該管體進行抽真空填入工作流體最後封管,但現今因電子設備之薄型化需求,致需將熱管製作成薄型。
請參閱第1圖所示,係為習知薄型熱管製造方法所製成之薄型熱管剖視圖,而習知技術係透過於一中空管體11內置入一網狀毛細結構體12,再將其中空管體11壓扁製成扁平狀,再填入工作流體及進行抽真空及封管作業,其雖可將中空管體11製成扁平狀,但其網狀毛細結構體12於中空管體11內壁並進行加壓致扁平狀時,其網狀毛細結構體12並非完全貼附於中空管體11內壁,甚至其網狀毛細結構體12交接處會呈現脫離內壁之狀態,以致於其中空管體11壓扁製成扁平狀其網狀毛細結構體12會有變形之情況產生,以致於無法完全緊密貼附其中空管體11內壁,甚至者有所述脫離之現象產生,進而造成影響其中空管體11壓扁與同其熱管內部汽液循環通道之完整度進而造成其導熱效率變差之情況產生。
故習知技術具有下列缺點:
1.網狀毛細結構體會有變形之情況產生;
2.影響其中空管體壓扁之完整度;
3.影響熱管內部汽液循環通道之完整度;
4.導熱效率差。
本發明之主要目的在提供一種可避免網狀毛細結構因加壓變形而影響導熱效率之薄型熱管製造方法。
本發明另一目的在提供一種可維持管體完整度與維持熱管內部汽液循環通道完整度以提升導熱效率之薄型熱管製造方法。
為達上述目的,本發明係提出一種薄型熱管製造方法,係包含下列步驟:
提供一種中空之管體及一網狀毛細結構;
將該網狀毛細結構設置於該管體內;
提供一治具並將該治具設置於網狀毛細結構內;
將該管體進行燒結使該網狀毛細結構燒結於內壁上並取出該治具;
將該管體加壓製成扁狀;
對該管體進行抽真空並填入工作流體;
將該管體封閉。
為達上述目的,本發明係提出另一種薄型熱管製造方法,係包含下列步驟:
提供一種中空之管體及一網狀毛細結構;
將該網狀毛細結構設置於該管體內;
提供一治具並將該治具設置於網狀毛細結構內;
將該管體進行燒結使該網狀毛細結構燒結於內壁上並取出該治具;
對該管體進行抽真空並填入工作流體;
將該管體封閉;
施以機械加工將該管體加壓製成扁平狀。
透過本發明之薄型熱管製造方法,可使其網狀毛細結構於壓製成扁(平)型態之薄化狀後可完全伏貼附所述管體內壁,並維持管體完整度與維持熱管內部汽液循環通道完整度,達到避免網狀毛細結構因加壓變形而脫離與管體內壁之接觸,進而影響導熱效率之功效,俾使熱管實現薄型化,並大幅提升導熱效率。

本發明之上述目的及其結構與功能上的特性,將依據所附圖式之較佳實施例予以說明。
請分別參閱第2圖及第3~9圖所示,係為本發明之薄型熱管製造方法之步驟流程圖及實施示意圖及立體剖視示意圖,所述薄型熱管製造方法,係包含下列步驟:
S1:提供一種中空之管體及一網狀毛細結構;
請參閱第2及3圖所示,係準備一中空之管體2及一網狀毛細結構3,所述中空之管體2及網狀毛細結構3係為導熱性質佳之金屬材質如銅材質及鋁材質其中任一,又或者為任一種導熱性質佳之金屬,本實施例係以銅材質作為說明但並不引以為限。
S2:將該網狀毛細結構設置於該管體內;
請參閱第2及4圖所示,所述網狀毛細結構3首先係為一片狀,因此取適當寬度與長度之網狀毛細結構3以符合所述管體2之內徑,而於本實施例係將其網狀毛細結構3捲曲且使其捲曲後兩端緣接合但不相互重疊作為說明但並不引以為限,而後便將其網狀毛細結構3穿入該管體2之腔室21內,而其網狀毛細結構3置入腔室21後會展開並貼附至該管體2內壁。
S3:提供一治具並將該治具設置於網狀毛細結構內;
請參閱第2及5圖所示,係準備一治具4,所述網狀毛細結構3置入管體2後會伸展開並貼附至該管體2內壁,而該治具4於本實施例中係使用符合其網狀毛細結構3內徑之治具4寬度,令該治具4設置於網狀毛細結構3內後會使其網狀毛細結構3會完全緊密貼附於管體2內壁。
S4:將該管體進行燒結使該網狀毛細結構燒結於內壁上並取出該治具;
請參閱第2及6圖所示,此時便可將其置入有網狀毛細結構3與治具4之管體2進行燒結,該管體2進行燒結後其內部之網狀毛細結構3便完全緊密伏貼附於該內壁上,而後便將其網狀毛細結構3內之治具4取出。
S5:施以機械加工將該管體加壓製成扁(平)狀;
請參閱第2及7、8圖所示,施以機械加工將所述管體2加壓製成扁(平)狀,所述機械加工可為沖壓加工機具5及滾壓加工機具其中任一,本發明係採沖壓加工機具5,將該管體放置於沖壓加工機具5上,透過沖壓加工之方式將該管體2壓製成扁平狀,同時其管體2內部之網狀毛細結構3與管體2同時製成扁平狀,且該網狀毛細結構3於該管體2內同樣緊密貼附其管體2之內壁。
S6:對該管體進行抽真空並填入工作流體;
將經過壓成扁平狀之管體2之腔室21進行抽真空以及填入工作流體之作業。
S7:將該管體封閉。
最後將抽真空及填入工作流體之管體2呈開放之一端進行封閉作業。
另外,本發明熱管製造方法另一步驟流程(圖中未示出),其S1~S4不變,僅在S5步驟更改為先行抽真空及填入工作流體,再施行S6步驟將管體封閉,最後再進行S7步驟將該管體施以機械加工製成扁(平)狀。
藉此,本發明之薄型熱管製造方法可使其網狀毛細結構於加壓製成扁狀後仍可完全伏貼附所述管體內壁,並維持管體完整度與維持熱管內部汽液循環通道完整度,達到避免網狀毛細結構因加壓變形而影響導熱效率之功效,俾使熱管實現薄型化,並大幅提升導熱效率。
雖然本發明以實施方式揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟悉此技藝者,在不脫離本發明的精神和範圍內,當可作各種的更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附的申請專利範圍所定者為準。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種薄型熱管製造方法,係包含下列步驟:
    提供一種中空之管體及一網狀毛細結構;
    將該網狀毛細結構設置於該管體內;
    提供一治具並將該治具設置於網狀毛細結構內;
    將該管體進行燒結使該網狀毛細結構燒結於內壁上並取出該治具;
    將該管體加壓製成扁狀;
    對該管體進行抽真空並填入工作流體;
    施以機械加工將該管體封閉。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄型熱管製造方法,其中所述機械加工係以沖壓加工及滾壓加工其一之方式完成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄型熱管製造方法,其中所述將該治具設置於網狀毛細結構內此一步驟係將該網狀毛細結構透過該治具有效緊密伏貼附於管體之內壁。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄型熱管製造方法,其中所述將該管體加壓製成扁狀此一步驟其管體內之網狀毛細結構係依附其管體同時為扁(平)狀。
  5. 一種薄型熱管製造方法,係包含下列步驟:
    提供一種中空之管體及一網狀毛細結構;
    將該網狀毛細結構設置於該管體內;
    提供一治具並將該治具設置於網狀毛細結構內;
    將該管體進行燒結使該網狀毛細結構燒結於內壁上並取出該治具;
    對該管體進行抽真空並填入工作流體;
    施以機械加工將該管體封閉;
    將該管體加壓製成扁狀。
