Abstract
本發明提供包括粘結劑層的層壓體及其製備方法,更詳細地提供一種包括用粘結部填埋印刷部來形成的複合第一粘結劑層的層壓體。上述層壓體可消除高度差引起的不均勻現象,並可減少其厚度,能夠通過簡單的處理進行製備,並能夠消除因貼合不良而發生的問題。
Description
本發明涉及包括光學透明粘結劑層的層壓體及其製備方法。
近來,如掌上型電腦(PDA,personal digital assistant)、行動電話終端或者車輛用導航等的電子設備形成一個巨大的市場。這樣的電子設備,在輸入操作部設置觸控式螢幕或者觸控面板開關的情況下,出於輕量化以及防止易碎等問題,使用著透明導電塑膠膜。例如,將聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET,Polyethylene terephthalate)膜作為基材,在其一面設有形成銦錫氧化物(Indium Tin Oxide,ITO)等的導電層的透明導電膜,上述透明導電膜通過粘結劑層層壓於導電玻璃、加固材料或者裝飾膜等。這時,層壓有透明導電膜的導電玻璃、加固材料或者裝飾膜上形成有印刷部的情況下,在上述印刷部上層壓粘結劑層以及透明導電膜,則產生印刷部的高度左右的高度差,因此在這些高度差部位產生光線的不均勻現象。
本發明的一實施例提供一種包括消除高度差引起的不均勻現象的粘結劑層的層壓體。
本發明的再一實施例提供製備上述層壓體的方法。
本本發明的另一實施例提供適用上述層壓體的方法。
本發明的一實施例提供一種包括用粘結部填埋印刷部來形成的複合第一粘結劑層的層壓體。
上述複合第一粘結劑層的一面可以是只暴露上述粘結部的平面。
上述複合第一粘結劑層的一面可同時暴露上述印刷部以及上述粘結部。
上述複合第一粘結劑層的上述粘結部的暴露表面存在選自包含羥基(hydroxy)、羰基(carbonyl)、醛基(aldehyde group)、鹵代甲醯基(haloformyl)、碳酸酯基(carbonate ester group)、羧酸酯基(carboxylate group)、羧基(carboxyl)、酯基(ester group)、氫過氧基(hydroperoxy)、過氧基(peroxy)、***基(ether group)、半縮酮基(hemiketal group)、乙縮醛基(acetal group)、原酸酯基(Ortho ester group)、原碳酸酯基(Ortho carbonate ester group)、羧酸基(carboxylic acid group)、醯胺基(amide group)、胺基(amine group)、亞胺基(imine group)、疊氮基(azide group)、偶氮基化合物(azo compound)、氰酸酯基(cyanate group)、硝酸酯基(nitrate group)、氰基(nitrile group)、硝基化合物(nitro compound)、亞硝基化合物(nitrosocompound)、硫醇基(thiol group)、磺酸基(sulphonic acid group)以及它們組合的組中的一個官能團而具有粘結力。
一面上可包括形成上述印刷部的基材。
上述基材可以是硬塗層或者視窗玻璃。
上述硬塗層可包含選自包含丙烯酸(acrylic)類、二氧化矽
(silica)類、氨基甲酸酯(urethane)類、醯亞胺(imide)類以及它們組合的組中的一種。
在上述基材的另一面、在只暴露上述粘結部的上述粘結劑層的一面,或者在它們的上部均可層壓離型膜層。
上述基材的另一面上可依次層壓第二粘結劑層以及離型膜層。
上述離型膜層可包含選自包含聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、塗敷有離型矽酮的矽酮層以及它們組合的組中的一種。
上述印刷部的厚度可以是約5μm至75μm。
述複合第一粘結劑層的厚度可以是約10μm至約200μm。
上述粘結部可包含選自包含丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA,ethyl hexyl acylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBOA,isobornyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,hydroxy ethyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥丁酯(HBA,hydroxyl butyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥丙酯(HPA,hydroxyl propyl acryalte)、甲基丙烯酸己酯(HMA,Hexyl methacrylate)、光引發劑、固化劑、添加劑以及它們組合的組中的一種。
上述印刷部包括選自包含墨色墨水、白色墨水、粉色墨水以及它們組合的組中的一種。
本發明的另一實施例,提供一種層壓體的製備方法,該製備方法包括如下步驟:在基材上形成印刷部的步驟;以及塗敷粘結劑組合物來填埋上述印刷部之後,進行固化來形成包括印刷部和粘結部的複合第一粘結劑層的步驟。
於所述層壓體的製備方法中,以使上述複合第一粘結劑層的
上部面形成為平面的方式,將上述粘結劑組合物塗敷於上述基材以及上述印刷部上。
塗敷上述粘結劑組合物之後,照射約180nm至約400nm波長
的光源,來固化0.1分鐘至10分鐘,由此可形成具有粘結力的上述粘結部。
上述層壓體的製備方法中,還可包括以依次層壓上述複合第
一粘結劑層及離型膜層的方式,在上述層壓體的最周邊的一面貼合離型膜層的步驟。
上述層壓體的製備方法還可包括如下步驟:未形成上述印刷
部的上述基材的另一面上塗敷粘結劑組合物,並進行固化來形成第二粘結劑層的步驟;以及將上述第二粘結劑層作為介質在未形成上述印刷部的基板的另一面貼合第二離型膜的步驟。
本發明的另一實施例提供一種層壓體的適用方法,該方法
中,從上述層壓體中剝離上述離型膜層,來暴露上述複合第一粘結劑層或者上述第二粘結劑層之後,將層壓體附著於粘結物件。
上述層壓體可消除高度差引起的不均勻現象,並可減少其厚度,能夠通過簡單的工序進行製備,並能夠消除因貼合不良而發生的問題。

上述複合第一粘結劑層140包括印刷部120以及填埋上述印刷部120的粘結部130。一實施例中,在基材110上形成上述印刷部120之後,以填埋上述印刷部120的方式塗敷粘結劑組合物而進行固化,由此可形成上述複合第一粘結劑層140。
如上所述形成的上述複合第一粘結劑層140的粘結劑層的一面為上述印刷部以及上述粘結部同時暴露的一面,上述複合第一粘結劑層140的粘結劑層的另一面為只暴露上述粘結部的一面。只暴露上述粘結部的
一面可形成為平面。上述複合第一粘結劑層140,例如,可作為在行動電話、平板電腦等的顯示裝置的視窗玻璃用於層壓透明導電膜而介於視窗玻璃和透明導電膜之間的粘結劑層來使用,由上述複合第一粘結劑層140的平面形成的一面能夠與透明導電膜相接來貼合,這時,具有能夠消除基於印刷部120產生的高度差的優點。
將上述複合第一粘結劑層140用在顯示裝置的螢幕或者面板
等時,上述粘結劑組合物可使用公知的組成來使上述粘結部130形成為光學性透明粘結劑層(OCA,optically clear adhesive layer)。具體地,上述粘結劑組合物可以是包含選自丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA,ethyl hexyl acylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBOA,isobornyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,hydroxy ethyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥丁酯(HBA,hydroxyl butyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥丙酯(HPA,hydroxyl propyl acryalte)、甲基丙烯酸己酯(HMA、Hexyl methacrylate)等或者它們組合中的單體、光引發劑、固化劑,其他添加劑等的組合物。可對上述粘結劑組合物進行基於如UV的光照射的光固化或者熱固化形成上述粘結部130。通過熱固化方式形成上述粘結部130時,上述印刷部120會受溶劑的影響而被損失,相反,通過光固化形成上述粘結部130時,不僅將印刷部120的損失最小化,還可容易地對上述複合第一粘結劑層140的厚度進行調節。
上述複合第一粘結劑層140的厚度,例如,可以是約10μm至
約200μm。在上述厚度範圍內可使上述複合第一粘結劑層140充分遮蓋以約5μm至約75μm厚度形成的上述印刷部120。這時,由於上述複合第一粘結劑層140的厚度應為能夠填埋上述印刷部120的厚度,因此上述複合第一粘
結劑層140的厚度大於上述印刷部120的厚度。
由於上述粘結部130由具有粘結力的粘結劑層形成,因此,
在上述粘結部130的表面可存在羥基、羰基、醛基、鹵代甲醯基、碳酸酯基、羧酸酯基、羧基、酯基、氫過氧基、過氧基、***基、半縮酮基、乙縮醛基、原酸酯基、原碳酸酯基、羧酸基、醯胺基、胺基、亞胺基、疊氮基、偶氮基化合物、氰酸酯基、硝酸酯基、氰基、硝基化合物、亞硝基化合物、硫醇基、磺酸基等或者它們組合的官能團。即,上述複合第一粘結劑層140的上述粘結部130暴露的表面可以是具有官能團且賦予粘結力的表面。。
如上所述,由於上述複合第一粘結劑層140的上述粘結部130
暴露表面具有粘結力,因此無需追加的粘結劑層,通過上述粘結部130可直接粘結於粘結物件(未圖示)。
上述印刷部120能夠以墨色墨水、白色墨水、粉色墨水等多
種顏色的物質來形成,且使用公知的物質,並通過公知的方法來形成。例如,為了形成印刷部120,使用網版塗布等方法將印刷部形成用組合物形成在上述基材110上。
上述印刷部120的厚度為約5μm至約75μm。
上述基材110可以是要形成上述印刷部120的物件物,例如,
可以是硬塗層或者視窗玻璃層。上述硬塗層,例如,包含丙烯酸類、二氧化矽類、氨基甲酸酯類、醯亞胺類等或者由它們的組合形成的物質,且並不限於此。上述視窗玻璃層,例如,在行動電話、平板電腦等的顯示裝置的螢幕或者面板等用作蓋玻璃層壓的層,例如,包括康寧公司、朝日公司、NEG公司的鋼化玻璃等。
上述層壓體100可以是在只暴露上述複合第一粘結劑層140
的上述粘結部130的一面上層壓有離型膜層150的結構。將上述層壓體100使用在粘結物件(未圖示)時,上述離型膜層150被剝離,使上述粘結部130附著於粘結對象物。
上述粘結物件,例如,使用在行動電話、平板電腦等顯示裝
置的螢幕或者面板等情況下,將聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)膜作為基材,在其一面形成銦錫氧化物(Indium Tin Oxide,ITO)等的導電層的透明導電膜。因此,上述粘結物件可以是經過硬塗處理或者未經硬塗處理的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯膜或者銦錫氧化物導電層。
上述離型膜層可包括聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、塗敷有離型矽酮
的矽酮層等或者它們的組合。
第二圖是本發明另一實施例的包括複合第一粘結劑層240的
層壓體200的剖視圖。
如上所述,上述層壓體200包括複合第一粘結劑層240,該複
合第一粘結劑層240包括在基材210上形成的印刷部220和粘結部230,且在上述複合第一粘結劑層240的上部形成離型膜層150。
適用上述層壓體200時,有必要向上述基材210的周邊一側賦
予粘結力。在這種情況下,未形成有上述印刷部220的上述基材210的另一面上塗敷粘結劑組合物來經過固化形成第二粘結劑層260,且依次還形成離型膜層250。上述層壓體200適用在粘結對象物(未圖示)時,通過剝離上述離型膜層250,將上述第二粘結劑層260作為介質附著於粘結對象物。上述粘結物件,例如適用於行動電話、平板電腦等顯示裝置的螢幕或者面板
等的情況下,可成為顯示模組。
上述第二粘結劑層260,例如,通過使用用於形成上述粘結
部230的粘結劑組合物來形成,並且可根據公知的方法形成為光學性透明粘結劑層(OCA)。
本發明的另一實施例,提供一種上述層壓體的適用方法,該
方法中,從上述層壓體100、200中剝離上述離型膜層150、250,來暴露上述複合第一粘結劑層140、240或者上述第二粘結劑層260之後,將層壓體附著於粘結物件。
上述層壓體100、200以一體方式將印刷部和粘結部形成為一
個層,這時,由於上述複合第一粘結劑層的上部面不會因印刷部而產生高度差,而形成為平面,因而能夠消除具有高度差的印刷層形成之後,貼合粘結劑層的情況下發生的不均勻現象,例如,適用於行動電話、平板電腦等的顯示裝置的螢幕或者面板等時,防止產生邊緣(edge)不均勻現象,能夠擴大可視區域(view area)來改善可見性。
並且,由於上述層壓體100、200以一體方式將印刷部和粘結
部形成為一個層,因而與將粘結劑層另行貼合在印刷層的上部的情況相比,能夠減少厚度。在處理層面上,省略貼合粘結劑層時所需的其他層壓處理,不僅能夠簡化處理,還能夠消除因貼合不良而產生的問題。
本發明的另一實施例中,提供一種層壓體的製備方法,該製
備方法包括如下步驟:在基材上形成印刷部的步驟;以及,以填埋上述印刷部的方式塗敷粘結劑組合物之後進行固化來形成包括印刷部和粘結部的複合第一粘結劑層的步驟。
通過上述製備方法可製備上述層壓體。
塗敷上述粘結劑組合物時,上述粘結劑組合物塗敷於上述基材以及上述印刷部上,使得上述複合第一粘結劑層的上部面形成為平面。
對於上述粘結劑組合物的詳細說明如上。
上述粘結劑組合物通過UV等光固化來得到固化,可形成粘結部。可根據形成具有粘結力的粘結劑層的公知的方法來執行上述固化工序,這並不受特別的限制。例如,使用低強度的光源長時間進行固化,可形成具有粘結力的上述粘結部。具體地,通過照射約180nm至約400nm波長的光源來進行約0.1分鐘至約10分鐘的固化。
能夠在上述層壓體的最周邊的至少一個面貼合離型膜層。
一實施例中,上述層壓體的製備方法,還可包括以依次層壓上述基材、上述複合第一粘結劑層以及離型膜層的方式在上述層壓體的最週邊的一面貼合離型膜層的步驟。
另一實施例中,上述層壓體的製備方法,為了在上述基板的未形成有印刷部的另一面貼合離型膜層,還可包括如下步驟:首先,在未形成有上述印刷部的上述基材的另一面上塗敷上述的粘結劑組合物並進行固化來形成第二粘結劑層的步驟;以及,將上述第二粘結劑層作為介質,在未形成有上述印刷部的基板的另一面貼合上述離型膜的步驟。
上述粘結劑組合物可通過UV等光固化來得到固化而形成第二粘結劑層。上述固化工序可按照形成具有粘結力的粘結劑層的公知的方法來執行,且不受特別的限制。例如,可利用低強度的光源進行長時間固化形成具有粘結力的上述粘結部。具體地,可通過照射約180nm至約400nm
波長的光源來進行約0.1分鐘至10分鐘的固化。
以下記載本發明的實施例以及比較例。但是下述的實施例只不過是本發明的一實施例,本發明並不局限於下述實施例。
實施例
實施例1
將包含丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA,Ethyl Hexyl acylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBOA,ISOBONYL ACRYLATE)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,Hydroxy Ethyl Acrylate)、光引發劑、固化劑以及其他添加劑的粘結劑組合物塗敷在已印刷的PET膜上,來形成以充分遮蓋厚度為35μm的印刷部並將上部面成為平面的方式形成100μm厚度的粘結部之後,使該粘結部經由UV類型的固化烘箱,來製備出形成有複合第一粘結劑層的層壓體。
比較例1
在聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯膜上形成厚度為35μm的印刷部。另外,製備了將包含丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA,Ethyl Hexyl acylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBOA,ISOBONYL ACRYLATE)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,Hydroxy Ethyl Acrylate)、光引發劑、固化劑以及其他添加劑的粘結劑組合物進行UV固化而形成的厚度為100μm的粘結劑層的薄片。形成有上述印刷部的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯膜上貼合上述粘結劑層的薄片製備了層壓體。
評價
利用如下的方法測定了實施例1以及比較例1中製備的層壓體的邊緣(Edge)不均勻度。
通過拍照的方法進行測定,根據光線在邊緣部向下曲折的現
象是否發生,判斷了光線的不均勻(Uneveness)程度。
第三圖是實施例1中製備的層壓體的照片,由於能夠確認未
發生斜線方向的光線向下曲折的現象,因而能夠確認出未發生不均勻現象。相反,第四圖是比較例1中製備的層壓體的照片,可見,斜線方向的光線從邊緣部沿著不均勻的面向下曲折,由此能夠確認發生光的不均勻現象。

Claims (20)
- 一種層壓體,其特徵在於,該層壓體包括用粘結部填埋印刷部而形成的複合第一粘結劑層。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,其中,該複合第一粘結劑層的一面為僅暴露該粘結部的平面。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,其中,該複合第一粘結劑層的一面中,該印刷部以及該粘結部同時暴露。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,其中,該複合第一粘結劑層的該粘結部的暴露表面存在選自包含羥基(hydroxy)、羰基(carbonyl)、醛基(aldehyde group)、鹵代甲醯基(haloformyl)、碳酸酯基(carbonate ester group)、羧酸酯基(carboxylate group)、羧基(carboxyl)、酯基(ester group)、氫過氧基(hydroperoxy)、過氧基(peroxy)、***基(ether group)、半縮酮基(hemiketal group)、乙縮醛基(acetal group)、原酸酯基(Ortho ester group)、原碳酸酯基(Ortho carbonate ester group)、羧酸基(carboxylic acid group)、醯胺基(amide group)、胺基(amine group)、亞胺基(imine group)、疊氮基(azide group)、偶氮基化合物(azo compound)、氰酸酯基(cyanate group)、硝酸酯基(nitrate group)、氰基(nitrile group)、硝基化合物(nitro compound)、亞硝基化合物(nitrosocompound)、硫醇基(thiol group)、磺酸基(sulphonic acid group)以及它們組合的組中的一個官能團而具有粘結力。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,更包括基材,該基材在一面上形成有該印刷部。
- 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述的層壓體,其中,該基材為硬塗層或者視窗玻璃。
- 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述的層壓體,其中,該硬塗層包含選自丙烯酸(acrylic)類、二氧化矽(silica)類、氨基甲酸酯(urethane)類、醯亞胺(imide)類以及它們組合的組中的一種。
- 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述的層壓體,其中,該離型膜層層壓於該基材的另一面或者僅暴露該粘結部的上述粘結劑層的一面,或者同時層壓於該基材的另一面和該粘結劑層的一面的上部。
- 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述的層壓體,其中,在該基材的另一面上依次層壓有第二粘結劑層以及離型膜層。
- 根據申請專利範圍第8項所述的層壓體,其中,該離型膜層包含選自包含聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、塗敷有離型矽酮的矽酮層以及它們組合的組中的一種。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,其中,該印刷部的厚度為5μm至75μm。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,其中,該複合第一粘結劑層的厚度為10μm至200μm。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,其中,該粘結部包含選自包含丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA,ethyl hexyl acylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBOA,isobornyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,hydroxy ethyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥丁酯(HBA,hydroxyl butyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥丙酯(HPA,hydroxyl propyl acryalte)、甲基丙烯酸己酯(HMA,Hexyl methacrylate)、光引發劑、 固化劑、添加劑以及它們組合的群組中的一種。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的層壓體,其中,該印刷部包含選自包含墨色墨水、白色墨水、粉色墨水以及它們組合的群組中的一種。
- 一種層壓體的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:在基材上形成印刷部;以及以填埋上述印刷部的方式塗敷粘結劑組合物之後,進行固化來形成包括印刷部和粘結部的複合第一粘結劑層。
- 根據申請專利範圍第15項所述的層壓體的製備方法,其中,以使該複合第一粘結劑層的上部面形成為平面的方式,將該粘結劑組合物塗敷於該基材以及該印刷部上。
- 根據申請專利範圍第15項所述的層壓體的製備方法,其中,塗敷粘結劑組合物之後照射180nm至400nm波長的光源,進行0.1分鐘至10分鐘固化來形成具有粘結力的粘結部。
- 根據申請專利範圍第15項所述的層壓體的製備方法,還包括以依次層壓該基材、該複合第一粘結劑層以及離型膜層的方式在該層壓體的最週邊的一面貼合離型膜層的步驟。
- 根據申請專利範圍第15項所述的層壓體的製備方法,還包括如下步驟:在未形成該印刷部的該基材的另一面上塗敷粘結劑組合物,並進行固化來形成第二粘結劑層;以及將該第二粘結劑層作為介質,在未形成該印刷部的基板的另一面貼合第二離型膜。
- 一種層壓體的適用方法,其特徵在於,從申請專利範圍第8項至申請專 利範圍第10項中任一項所述的層壓體中剝離離型膜層,來暴露複合第一粘結劑層或者第二粘結劑層之後,將層壓體附著於粘結物件。
