Abstract

本發明提供一種塑膠表面處理方法,其包括如下步驟:提供一塑膠基體;於該塑膠基體表面噴塗一底漆層;於該底漆層的表面形成一啞光漆層,該啞光漆層的初始60°角光澤度為5-10;對該啞光漆層的局部區域進行遮蔽處理;對經遮蔽處理的啞光漆層進行拋光,直至被拋光部分的啞光漆層的60°角光澤度為80-90。該塑膠表面處理方法可使塑膠表面呈現明顯的亮啞雙色效果。本發明還提供一種由上述方法製得的塑膠件。

Description

塑膠表面處理方法
本發明係關於一種塑膠表面處理方法,尤其係關於一種在塑膠表面產生亮霧雙色的表面處理方法。
由於塑膠具有易成型、質輕等特點被廣泛應用於製造電子產品外觀件。目前塑膠噴漆外觀件表面大多為同一光亮度表面,比如產品的整個噴漆表面均為亮面,或者均為啞光面,表面光亮度缺乏變化,視覺效果欠佳。
一種在塑膠外觀件得到亮霧同體的烤漆效果的方法係對高光烤漆表面進行局部噴砂,使噴砂部位的光亮度降低,得到亮霧同體效果。然,噴砂後,噴砂部位極易吸附灰塵及油污,容易產生色差。另一種在塑膠外觀件得到亮霧同體的烤漆效果的方法係,對同一塑膠外觀件的不同表面區分別噴亮光漆和啞光漆而達到亮霧效果,然兩次烤漆後亮霧結合處存在較為明顯的段差,影響外觀品質。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種於塑膠表面獲得亮霧雙色效果的表面處理方法。
另外,有必要提供一種由上述方法製得的塑膠件。
一種塑膠表面處理方法,其包括如下步驟:
提供一塑膠基體;
於該塑膠基體表面噴塗一底漆層;
於該底漆層的表面形成一啞光漆層,該啞光漆層的初始60°角光澤度為5-10;
對該啞光漆層的局部區域進行遮蔽處理;
對經遮蔽處理的啞光漆層進行拋光,直至被拋光部分的啞光漆層的60°角光澤度為80-90。
一種塑膠件,包括塑膠基體及形成於塑膠基體表面的底漆層,該塑膠件還包括形成於該底漆層表面的啞光漆層,該啞光漆層包括亮光部及啞光部,該亮光部的60°角光澤度為80-90,該啞光部的60°角光澤度為5-10。
上述塑膠表面處理方法在塑膠基體上形成一底漆層後塗覆一啞光漆層,然後藉由對啞光漆層的局部進行拋光,使啞光漆層的局部區域的光亮度大為提高而形成光亮區,其餘部分仍保留為霧面,從而在塑膠基體表面獲得亮面和霧面共存的亮霧雙色效果,並且在亮霧結合處沒有明顯的厚度段差。
請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明較佳實施例塑膠表面處理方法包括如下步驟:
首先,提供一塑膠基體11。該塑膠基體11的材料可以為丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene, ABS)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate, PC)、聚乙烯(Polyethylene, PE)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polyethylmethacrylate, PMMA)等。該塑膠基體11可藉由注塑的方法形成,其具有預設的形狀。
對該塑膠基體11體表面噴塗底漆,並流平烘乾,形成一底漆層13。該底漆層13可為常規的透明溶劑型底漆,如透明聚丙烯酸樹脂底漆。該底漆層13可以有效地調節塑膠基體11的表面粗糙度,同時增加後續塗層的附著力。
對該底漆層13表面噴塗啞光漆,並流平烘乾,形成一啞光漆層15。該啞光漆層15可為丙烯酸聚氨酯啞光漆,其組成包括丙烯酸樹脂、顏料、消光劑、增塑劑等。該啞光漆層15的初始60°角光澤度為5-10。啞光漆層15的初始厚度大約35-45微米。
用遮蔽物將啞光漆層15的局部進行遮蔽,使需要形成亮面的部分啞光漆層15裸露。所述遮蔽物可為金屬遮蔽治或者膠帶。
對啞光漆層15進行拋光,直至被拋光部分啞光漆層15的60°角光澤度為80-90即可,使被拋光部分的啞光漆層15獲得光亮的表面,而被遮蔽部分的啞光漆層15仍然為霧面。本實施例採用羊毛輪及漆面液體拋光蠟對部分啞光漆層15進行拋光。由於羊毛輪與液態拋光蠟的切削力較小,使啞光漆層15的被拋光部分厚度比初始厚度小5-10微米,並且拋光後亮霧結合處沒有明顯的厚度段差。
去除遮蔽物,從而在塑膠基體11表面獲得亮面和霧面共存的亮霧雙色效果。
可以理解,為了獲得更好的附著力,在噴塗上述底漆層13之前可對塑膠基體11進行除塵處理。
請參閱圖2,由上述塑膠表面處理方法製得的塑膠件10包括該塑膠基體11、形成於該塑膠基體11表面的底漆層13、以及形成於該底漆層13上的啞光漆層15。該啞光漆層15的部分表面被拋光而形成亮光部151,該亮光部151的60°角光澤度為80-90。啞光漆層15的其餘部分表面為啞光部153,啞光部153的60°角光澤度為5-10。該啞光漆層15於啞光部153的厚度為35-45微米,於亮光部151的厚度比啞光部153的厚度小5-10微米。
上述塑膠表面處理方法在塑膠基體11上形成一底漆層13後塗覆一啞光漆層15,然後藉由對啞光漆層15的局部進行拋光,使啞光漆層15的局部區域的光亮度大為提高而形成光亮區,其餘部分仍保留為霧面,從而在塑膠基體11表面獲得亮面和霧面共存的亮霧雙色效果,並且在亮霧結合處沒有明顯的厚度段差。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種塑膠表面處理方法,其包括如下步驟:
    提供一塑膠基體;
    於該塑膠基體表面噴塗一底漆層;
    於該底漆層的表面形成一啞光漆層,該啞光漆層的初始60°角光澤度為5-10;
    對該啞光漆層的局部區域進行遮蔽處理;
    對經遮蔽處理的啞光漆層進行拋光,直至被拋光部分的啞光漆層的60°角光澤度為80-90。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑膠表面處理方法,其中所述塑膠基體的材料為丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一種。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑膠表面處理方法,其中所述底漆層為透明聚丙烯酸樹脂底漆。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑膠表面處理方法,其中所述啞光漆層為丙烯酸聚氨酯啞光漆。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑膠表面處理方法,其中所述遮蔽處理係採用膠帶對部分啞光漆層進行遮蔽。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑膠表面處理方法,其中所述拋光係採用羊毛輪及漆面液體拋光蠟對部分啞光漆層進行拋光。
  7. 一種塑膠件,包括塑膠基體及形成於塑膠基體表面的底漆層,其改良在於:該塑膠件還包括形成於該底漆層表面的啞光漆層,該啞光漆層包括亮光部及啞光部,該亮光部的60°角光澤度為80-90,該啞光部的60°角光澤度為5-10。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之塑膠件,其中所述亮光部為該啞光漆層的部分表面經拋光而形成。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之塑膠件,其中所述底漆層為透明聚丙烯酸樹脂底漆。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之塑膠件,其中所述啞光漆層為丙烯酸聚氨酯啞光漆。
