Abstract

本發明涉及一種出紙裝置，該出紙裝置包括託盤、固定架以及滾輪組件。所述滾輪組件包括多個轉動地固定於固定架上滾輪，用於傳送紙張至託盤上，所述出紙裝置還包括固定於該託盤上方並與滾輪組件相向設置的止擋件，該止擋件阻擋由滾輪組件傳送的該紙張的一端，使紙張形成向上捲曲後落入託盤。

Description

出紙裝置
本發明涉及一種出紙裝置，尤其涉及一種能夠防止紙張捲曲的出紙裝置。
辦公設備，如影印機、印表機等，通常具有用於輸出紙張的出紙裝置。使用者在使用該出紙裝置列印高濃度圖案或影像時，由於墨水的特性會造成紙張剛性變弱，尤其是在列印短纖方向的紙張時特別明顯。因此在出紙時，紙張列印完成後會有向下捲曲現象，嚴重時甚至會造成夾紙或紙張破損。
有鑒於此，有必要提供一種出紙裝置，能夠有效避免紙張的捲曲。
本發明提供一種出紙裝置，該出紙裝置包括託盤、固定架以及滾輪組件，所述滾輪組件轉動地固定於固定架上，用於傳送紙張至託盤上，所述出紙裝置還包括固定於該託盤上方並與滾輪組件相向設置的止擋件，該止擋件阻擋由滾輪組件傳送的該紙張的一端，使紙張形成迂回後落入託盤。
該出紙裝置出紙時能夠避免出紙時紙張捲曲，有效地提升了列印進的性能。
請參考圖1，出紙裝置1包括用於承接紙張2的託盤11、與託盤11大致垂直連接的固定架12、滾輪組件20及止擋件30。該滾輪組件20轉動地固定於固定架12上，用於將紙張2傳送至託盤11上。止擋件30與滾輪組件20相向設置，用於阻擋由滾輪組件20傳送的該紙張2的一端，使紙張2形成向上捲曲後落入託盤11，從而有效避免紙張2落入託盤11時朝下捲曲。
在本實施方式當中，所述滾輪組件20包括主動滾輪21與從動滾輪22，紙張2自主動滾輪21與從動滾輪22之間被傳送出。
止擋件30由柔性材料製成，其位於託盤11上方並且包括一固定於固定架12上的固定端31和一自由端32。該固定端31用於將止擋件30固定到託盤11上方，該自由端32正對主動滾輪21與從動滾輪22之間的出紙點大致下方。
請參考圖2，所述紙張2經主動滾輪21與從動滾輪22傳送至止擋件30時，紙張2的一端受止擋件30的自由端32阻擋及自身重力共同作用而朝上捲曲。當紙張2與自由端32的摩擦力小於其重力時，紙張2落入託盤11內。該止擋件30使得紙張2在出紙時朝上捲曲，可有效矯正紙張2朝下捲曲的現象。同時，止擋件30的阻擋延長了紙張2進入託盤11的時間，使紙張2上墨水變為較幹，進入託盤11後紙張2後也較不容易捲曲。
儘管對本發明的優選實施方式進行了說明和描述，但是本領域的技術人員將領悟到，可以作出各種不同的變化和改進，這些都不超出本發明的真正範圍。因此期望，本發明並不局限於所公開的作為實現本發明。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種出紙裝置，該出紙裝置包括託盤、固定架以及滾輪組件，所述滾輪組件轉動地固定於固定架上，用於傳送紙張至託盤上，其改良在於：所述出紙裝置還包括固定於該託盤上方並與滾輪組件相向設置的止擋件，該止擋件阻擋由滾輪組件傳送的該紙張的一端，使紙張形成向上捲曲後落入託盤。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之出紙裝置，其中：所述滾輪組件包括主動滾輪與從動滾輪，紙張自主動滾輪與從動滾輪之間被傳送出。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之出紙裝置，其中：所述止擋件包括固定於固定架上的固定端和自由端，該固定端用於將止擋件固定到託盤上方，該自由端正對主動滾輪與從動滾輪之間的出紙點大致下方。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之出紙裝置，其中：所述止擋件由柔性材料製成。
