Description

[Prior Art] Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, the transport tray for transporting the panel has a substrate 101 and a pressing member 104, and the panel P is placed on the substrate 101, and is supported by a stacker or the like. The transport device holds the substrate 101 and transports it. The substrate 101 is slightly the same size as the panel P, and a pressing member 104 is assembled around the panel P so that the panel P is fixed and fixed. Further, in the transfer tray described in Patent Document 1, a support table (plate-like mounting member) on which a panel is placed is provided on a substrate (base), and a pressing member (movement restricting member) is also incorporated around the support table. Such a transfer tray can only produce a dedicated tray that conforms to the size of the panel on a panel having a different transport size. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 3165973. However, in the case of a panel having a dedicated size, it is necessary to prepare a dedicated tray, which has a problem of an increase in cost or a large space for storage. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the foregoing, it is an object of the present invention to provide a transfer tray that can transport carriers of different sizes. The invention of claim 1 has a substrate, a main support table, a sub-support table and a pressing member. The main support table is disposed on the substrate, 201236952, and the carrier is placed, and the auxiliary support table is larger than the main center. =, the height is above the height of the main support table, the m-pull pusher packs the load on the secondary support yoke element from the horizontal direction, and when the table is assembled: rr is installed around the main support tower, and in the auxiliary branch building, ', and installed around the auxiliary support table. In addition, the post is attached to the main support table or sub-support &&&&& The case of the peripheral portion and the case of being assembled on the substrate around the main branch or the table. Further, according to the invention of the present invention, the invention is based on the case where the pressing member is assembled around the main support table (corresponding to a small panel), and the sub-bracket surrounding the main branch is assembled, and then A panel in which the pressing members are assembled around the sub-supporting table and used (corresponding to a large panel), and the weights of the pressing members should be different. Since a single substrate is used in common, the cost can be suppressed, and the storage place does not require a large space. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the transfer tray of the present invention, various kinds of carriers can be transported, but here, it is assumed that the smashed slabs are stacked and transported. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the first embodiment of the transfer tray has a substrate 1, a main support table 2, a sub-support table 3, and a pressing member 4. The substrate 1 is a rectangular flat plate, and the upper four corners thereof have posts 11 for stacking, and the side faces have forked holes 12' for insertion into a fork such as a forklift. The main support base 2 has a rectangular flat plate shape and is slightly smaller than the transport panel P1 and smaller than the substrate 1, and is detachably fixed to the center of the surface of the substrate 1201236952. Further, the main support table 2 is provided with a panel P1 placed thereon, and the upper surface is formed in a plane. The sub-supporting table 3 has a rectangular flat plate shape and is slightly the same size as the conveyed panel P2 (greater than the panel pi), and a rectangular insertion hole 31 is formed in the center, and a surface material 32' covering the insertion hole 31 is assembled on the upper side to form a flat surface. Here, the height of the sub-support table 3 is higher than that of the main support table 2, and the insertion hole 31 is formed larger than the main support table 2. Therefore, if the sub-support table 3 is placed on the substrate raft from above the main support table 2, The main support table 2 is placed in the insertion hole 31, and the main support table 2 is covered by the sub-support table 3. Further, a bracket L (slightly four on each side) of a slightly L-shaped bracket is attached around the sub-bracket 3, and the bracket 33 can be screwed and fixed to the substrate 1. The pressing member 4 is a flat plate-shaped object that can be assembled on the side of the main support table 2 and the side of the sub-support table 3 - in the case of any - two on each side, a total of eight assembled And extending upward from the side, and supporting the panel from the horizontal direction. also. The Yutian J support table 3 is assembled to the substrate, and the pressing member 4 is assembled to the sub-support port 3, and the column 11 provided on the substrate 1 is higher than the pressing member 4 (Fig. 2 (〇). Next, The assembly portion of the pressing member 4 is explained in detail. Fig. 3: 'The pressing member 4 has the pressing piece 41, the claw portion 42, and the hanging piece 43, and the piece 41 is slightly flat and extends upward, and the claw portion π is taken. The IS is extended inwardly and has a chevron shape, and the hanging piece 43 extends from the IS: of the pressing piece 41. On the other hand, the upper side of the main branch 2 is formed with an engaging groove 21 along the side of the main branch 2, It can be formed with the claw portion U of the pressing member 4. The assembly groove 22 is formed in the direction of the lower side of the side and the direction of the free braking, so that the brake member 23 has an upwardly extending locking of 12,369,352 pieces. When the pressing member 4 is assembled to the main support table 2, the claw 42 of the pressing member 4 is engaged with the engaging groove 21' the hanging piece 43 against the side surface of the main supporting table 2 if the sliding stopper 23' is the main supporting table 2 The side surface and the locking piece % fitting ' can fix the pressing member 4, so that it is easy to assemble. Moreover, if the brake member 23 is slid, the locking piece 24 is removed When the sheet 43 is lowered, the pressing member 4 can be easily removed. Further, the side surface of the sub-supporting table 3 has the same structure as the side surface of the main supporting table 2, and the pressing member 4 can be assembled and removed in the same manner. In the method of using the transport tray, the transport tray is transported by the transport tray. As shown in Fig. i (a), the squeezing element 4 is assembled to the side surface of the main support base 2. j' is placed on the upper surface of the main support 2, but the panel P1 is not damaged because the upper surface of the main support 2 is a flat surface. Then, the panel P1 is pressed by the pressing member 4 from the periphery and is transported. When the large-panel P2 is transported by the transport tray, as shown in FIG. 1(b), the pressing member 4 is detached from the main support 2, and the sub-support 3 is placed from above the main support 2. The main support table 2 is covered on the substrate 1, and the pressing member 4 is assembled on the side surface of the sub-column 3. The panel P2 is placed on the upper surface of the sub-support table 3, but the upper surface of the sub-support table 3 is a flat surface. The panel P2 is not damaged. Then, the panel P2 is pressed by the pressing member 4 from the periphery and conveyed. The transfer tray can stack the other substrates 1 on the columns provided on the four corners of the substrate 1. As shown in Fig. 2(c), the columns 11 are higher than the pressure-receiving elements 4 assembled by the auxiliary support table 3. Therefore, in a state where the panel f>2 is placed on the sub-support table 3, a plurality of substrates 1 can be stacked. Further, the main support table 2 is covered by the sub-main support 3, wherein the main support table 2 is lower than the sub-main support Table 3, 201236952, and the upper end of the pressing member 4 assembled to the main support table 2 is not higher than the upper end of the wishing member 4 assembled to the sub-tower 3, so that stacking can be performed when the sub-tower 3 is used, Of course, when the main support table 2 is used, stacking can also be performed. In this way, the first embodiment of the transport tray according to the present invention utilizes the case where the pawn element is assembled to the main branch building (corresponding to the small panel), and the sub-bracket is assembled from the main branch platform. When the pressing element is assembled to the sub-supporting table and used (corresponding to a large panel), it is possible to correspond to panels of different sizes. Since a single substrate is used in common, the cost can be suppressed, and the storage place does not require a large space. Moreover, the main support table is formed on a flat surface thereof, and the auxiliary support table covers the main support table, and the group 2] is formed on the upper surface of the sample system. Therefore, the panel is placed in any case, and the panel is not damaged. . Further, the step-by-step sliding of the brake member allows the beating member to be easily assembled and removed, so that it is easy to switch between the use of the main support table and the use of the sub-support table. The fork, the fixing portion of the pressing member (the lower portion of the pressing member) is close to the panel where the pressing member is subjected to the load (the upper portion of the pressing member). Thus, a stronger structure is formed. Further, when the sub-supporting table is assembled, the pressing member is assembled to the sub-supporting table, so that the sub-supporting table can be enlarged to a size similar to that of the substrate. Further, a plurality of substrates can be stacked in a state in which a main support table or a sub-support table is used. Further, Fig. 4 shows a second embodiment of the transport tray of the present invention. The configuration of the second embodiment is different from that of the first embodiment, and does not have a surface material, and the insertion hole 31 is exposed. The configuration of the other substrate i, the main support table 2, or the pressing member 4 is the same as that of the first embodiment. In 201236952, the small panel P1 is transported as shown in Fig. 4(a), and the panel ρι is placed on the main branch. Building 2. Further, when the large panel p2 is transported, as shown in Fig. 4 (匕), the sub-support 3 is placed on the substrate to surround the main branch. The main branch 2 is housed in the insertion hole 31 of the sub-supporting table 3. The upper surface of the main supporting base 2 and the upper surface of the sub-supporting table 3 are formed at the same height, and the area of the main supporting base 2 is enlarged by the sub-supporting table 3. The second embodiment may be utilized when a certain degree of step or gap may occur between the main support table 2 and the sub-mount 3, but the placed panel p2 may not be damaged by a degree difference or gap. In this way, even in the second embodiment, it is possible to correspond to panels of different sizes, and since one substrate is used in common, the cost can be suppressed, and the storage space does not require a large space. Further progress, Figs. 5 and 6 show a third embodiment of the transport tray of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the configuration of the pressing member 4 is different from that of the first and second embodiments. When the sub-selecting table 3 is removed and assembled, the vesting elements 4 are fixed to the upper surface of the substrate 1. Therefore, the sub-support 3 is smaller than the substrate 1, and the space in which the pressing member 4 is assembled on the substrate 1 is sufficient in the state in which the sub-mount 3 is assembled. The pressing member 4 has a pressing piece 4ι, a resisting piece 44 and a grounding piece 45. The pressing piece 41 has a substantially flat shape and extends upward, and the resisting piece 44 extends from the lower end of the pressing piece 41 to the inner side, and is bent downward on the way. Extendingly, the grounding lug 45 extends outward from the lower end of the contact piece 44, and the pressing member 4 is provided with a wall 46 that engages the contact piece 44 and the grounding piece 45 for reinforcement. Further, the grounding piece 45 is formed with a through hole 48 for passing the screw 47, and an inner screw hole 13a and an outer screw hole 3b are formed in the substrate ,, and the inner screw hole 13a is corresponding to the auxiliary support table 3 when it is removed. , the outer side 201236952 screw pin hole 13b is corresponding to the assembly of the sub-bracket 3, and the rivet element 4 is fixed by screwing the screw 47 through the through hole 48 to the inner screw hole i3a or the outer screw hole 13b. On the substrate 1. Further, the configuration of the substrate 1, the main support 2 or the sub-support 3 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and in the case of transporting the small panel P1, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the contact piece 44 is in contact with the main support table. 2 The pressing member 4 is assembled, and the panel Pi is placed on the upper surface of the main support table 2. When the large panel P2 is transported, as shown in FIG. 5(b), the pressing member 4 is detached from the substrate 1, and the sub-support 3 is placed on the substrate 1 from the main support 2 to cover the main support table. 2. The resisting piece 44 is further engaged with the sub-supporting table 3 to assemble the pressing member 4, and the panel P2 is placed on the upper side of the sub-bracket 3. Further, the fixing method of the pressing member 4 is not limited to the screw lock. For example, a concave portion may be formed on one side of the substrate 1, and a convex portion may be formed on the other side to fit the pressing member 4. Further, Fig. 7 shows a fourth embodiment of the transport tray of the present invention. The fourth embodiment is different in size from the first embodiment in that the main support tower 2 and the sub-support platform 3 are different from each other. Further, the sub-main support 3 has two large-sized foreign objects as shown in Fig. 7(a) ( The inner sub main support 3a and the outer sub main support 3b). Further, the configuration of the substrate 1 or the pressing member 4 is the same as that of the first embodiment. The main support stand 2 has a rectangular flat plate shape and is slightly sized to be different from the transported panel and is smaller than the center of the substrate 1' on the upper surface of the substrate 1 so as not to be detachably fixed. Next, the inner sub-supporting table 3a has a rectangular flat plate shape, and is slightly larger in size than the conveyed panel P2 (larger than the panel P1), and a surface material 32a covering the insertion hole 31a is assembled on the upper surface of the rectangular insertion hole 31a' to form a surface material 32a. a plane. Here, the height of the inner sub-supporting table 3a is higher than that of the main supporting table 2, and the 201236952 insertion hole 31a is formed larger than the main supporting table 2, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 7(b), if it is above the main supporting table 2 The inner sub-support 3a is placed on the substrate 1, the main support 2 is housed in the insertion hole 31a, and the main support table 2 is covered by the inner sub-support 3a. A slightly L-shaped bracket 33a is assembled around the inner sub-supporting table 3a, and the bracket 33a can be screwed and fixed to the substrate 1. Further, the outer sub-supporting table 3b has a rectangular flat plate shape and is slightly the same size as the transported panel P3 (greater than the panel P2), and a rectangular insertion hole 31b is formed at the center, and a surface material 32b covering the insertion hole 31b is assembled thereon to form a plane. Here, the outer sub-supporting table 3b has a higher height than the inner sub-supporting table 3a, and the insertion hole 31b is formed larger than the inner sub-supporting table 3a. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 7(c), if the inner sub-supporting table 3a is used When the outer sub-support 3b is placed on the substrate 1, the inner sub-support 3a is housed in the insertion hole 31b, and the inner sub-support 3a is covered by the outer sub-support 3b. A slightly L-shaped bracket 33b is assembled around the outer sub-supporting table 3b, and the bracket 33b can be screwed and fixed to the substrate 1. With this configuration, it is possible to correspond to three different sized panels. Further, when the outer sub-support 3b is used, the inner sub-support 3a may not be accommodated in the insertion hole 31b. Further, it is also possible to have three or more sub-supporting stages. The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. For example, the main support table and the sub-support table are not limited to rectangular shapes, and may be of any shape. Further, the pressing member may be a rod in addition to the flat member, and the number may be appropriately increased or decreased. Further, in order to stack in a state in which the transfer tray is used, the post may be not higher than the pressing member, and a recess may be formed under the substrate so that the upper end of the pressing member does not contact the lower surface of the substrate. In addition, the substrate can be transported by a stacker, or by a roller wheel vey〇r) or a belt wheeler (5) tc_ey〇r). (_) Further, the transport tray of the present invention is assembled to the side surface of the main support table when the detachable component is detachable, and can be assembled to the side surface of the sub-support gantry when the cut-off is performed. The assembly is close to the structure of the fixed part of the panel opposite to the pressing element. In addition, by forming the _ group: two to form a stronger platform to expand to the same size as the substrate. Yutian J support table, The sub-support branch 2 = the delivery tray, since the sub-branch is covered from the upper side by the main branch, the sub-supporting table covers the main cover and is formed in a plane. Therefore, the panel is placed on the mouth and assembled. Go, ~, and the 'the panel will not damage 0. The tray can be placed on the substrate. The lower 彳H纟 silk plate, when 4 rows are stacked, the lower side of the upper substrate is south to the lower side. The upper end of the pressing element of the sub-substrate on the substrate. Thereby, a plurality of substrates are stacked around the use of 3. Further, the state of the support table of the main branch of the Taitian 1 can be piled up below, and therefore, if the sub-support is used In the sub-tower = when using the main branch, it can also be stacked.
