Abstract

An innovative technology of manufacturing of porous lightweight ceramic tile was prepared by recycling of polishing porcelain stoneware residues and ceramics tile raw materials. Polishing porcelain stoneware residues was used as raw material in the tile manufacturing process. The polishing porcelain stoneware residues, in the ratios more than 50wt%, were mixed with raw materials such as clay, quartz, and feldspar. The mixtures were ball milled and spray drayed before they are dust pressed into green tile ceramic bodies. The pressed green bodies were then sintered at temperature range between 1030-1200 DEG C for an appropriated sintering time, and porous lightweight ceramic tiles were produced. Therefore, both purposes of zero-waste and resource-utilization are also attained.

Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention pertains] The present invention relates to the field of waste recycling and re-learning of brick grinding sludge, and is more a porous light made of brick grinding sludge as raw material. Porcelain monument and its maker. [Prior Art] The quartz stone is treated by grinding to produce the trend of the production of the monument. The grinding process of the brick monument factory will produce a large amount of sludge. (4) (4) 4 water treatment plant, the treatment process by coagulation, sinking and sludge dewatering becomes waste After the mud cake, it is often used as a landfill or a landfill for the landfill. Improper handling will cause environmental problems. Exploring the main reason for the difficulty in reusing the quartz grain grinding sludge is the coagulation agent, the coagulant/conditioner 2: the grinding sludge, which is mixed with the bad powder and the particle plate component of the abrasive piece falling, the wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering. The main component is similar to the brick, and it can be considered as the raw material for recycling bricks. Disposing it is a waste of resources and increasing the processing cost. At present, the related technology related to the recycling of the graphite sludge is a hole sintered body. The technology, such as the Republic of China No. 2, No. 43,874, "There are inventions for the production of a hole with a ceramic tile and a clay-based material." Light powder waste 1〇~9〇% and clay 9〇~(4) Manufactured as a main raw material and sintered with porous hole characteristics, as a lightweight aggregate or sound insulation material. Patent Publication No. 2_4594 "Sewage Sludge Spotted Polishing 201235533 Ash Mixed Sintered Body and Lightweight Bone Tile Polished Ash Mixed Burning" "Ding, using sewage sludge and m,. forming light bone with holes material. Then, the patent of f is used to make light-weight aggregates or sound-insulating materials. The mud is used for light weight. “Two: recycling and making valuable new light materials to reduce the exploitation of raw materials and protect the earth. The ring has reached the goal of zero waste 'reuse of resources, and it has benefits. However, so far, there is no research on the use of brick grinding sludge for the production of (4) porous bricks. The main object of the present invention is to provide a porous lightweight monument and a potting method, which can be used as a raw material for making ceramic, stone, and tantalum bricks for recycling. To achieve the ideal environmental protection goal of “zero waste J” and “resource reuse”. Accordingly, in order to achieve the foregoing objects, the present invention provides a porous, lightweight monument having a plurality of pores therein and having a bulk density of less than 1.0 g/cm3. Preferably, the tile grinding sludge and the ceramic raw material are mixed and sintered. In addition, the present invention further provides a method for preparing a porous lightweight tile, comprising at least the following steps: a) mixing. mixing the tile grinding sludge and the ceramic raw material; 5 201235533 b) ball milling: mixing the tiled grinding sludge and ceramic raw materials Ball grinding into mud; c) Drying and granulation: applying the ball milled mud to dry and remove water, and granulating the pellets into a spherical shape; d) molding: forming the granulated pellet into a bad body; ) Sintering at the south temperature: firing the bad body after molding at a high temperature; and f) cooling: After the bad body is fired, it is cooled to room temperature to obtain a porous lightweight tile. Preferably, in the step a), the brick grinding sludge and the ceramic raw material are mixed at a ratio of 50 to 80% and 20 to 50% by weight. Preferably, in the step b), the mixed tile grinding sludge and the ceramic raw material are ground into a slurry in a ball mill barrel. In the step C), the ball-milled mud is dried at a temperature of 1 1 〇〇c, dried, and then granulated.

It can be floated on the surface of the water. The preparation method is as shown in the first figure: The first step of Lu is mixed 11 〇: 50~80% (by weight) of brick grinding sludge and 20~50% of ceramic raw materials Wet mix the 'Tao # #料长; 5,; 5 Ying' clay and other pottery (four) materials. It is also possible to add 20% of the mature embryos as a secondary material. The second step of the present invention is a ball mill 12: the mixed tile grinding sludge and the pottery material are ground into a slurry in a conventional ball mill barrel. • The third step of the invention is drying and granulating 130: the slurry after ball milling is at 110. . The temperature is dried, moisture is removed, or the slurry is dried by a conventional spray dryer and granulated into pellets having a particle size of less than 0.5 mm (ASTM #35). The fourth step of the present invention is to form 140: the granulated pellets are pressed into a bad body by a pressure of 2〇〇_4〇〇kgf/cm2 by a conventional press machine. High-temperature firing 150: The molded body is sintered at a high temperature at a temperature of 201235533 1030-1200 °C. The final step of the invention is to lower the temperature by 16 〇: the porous body can be obtained by cooling the body. Thereby, the porous lightweight ceramic tile of the invention can be used for construction, and the brick grinding sludge generated by the stencil can be regarded as a raw material, which is different from the conventional brick brick to reduce the exploitation of the original material and protect the earth. The environment can achieve the goal of zero waste and resource reuse. Therefore, it is an environmentally innovative method of “zero waste” and “reuse of resources”. The reason is that the invention does meet the requirements of the invention patent and submits an application according to law. .
